        Approximately 10-14 days ago my wife received an email from Slots Garden promoting the game Primal Warriors Legacy and giving out free spins. We both read the terms and conditions as always and noted specifically on how consecutive free bonuses are not allowed. We are both very familiar with these rules from various casinos- cheap, less productive casinos follow these rules diligently and 99% of the time put a lock on what codes youre allowed to redeem in order to make it easier on everyone- once you put in a code, you're either denied or it allows you to redeem- as was the case with with slots garden prior to this. Since redemption was granted, we figured since it's a new game promotion, everyone was allowed to collect these spins and pay the $10 verification deposit in order to collect.  Once she completed the promotion and entered live chat to see exactly what she needed to do in order to collect and make sure they were going to allow it. Multiple live agents were communicating with her over the course of 4 hours because the fake verification software they use would not process her documentation which was all crystal clear.  Almost a week passes and then they inform her that her documentation was accepted and she can now make a deposit in order to make the withdrawal of $100. My wife makes an $11 deposit just to make sure it didn't dip below the threshold of $10. She received the email that states the deposit what accepted, her account was verified and she should expect payment within 4-7 business days. I believe it was on "business day" #5 that her request was denied due to multiple free bonus redemptions. (Which was the sign up bonus she took part in a couple months ago) They then added the $11 dollars to her slut garden account so when we observed this, my wife entered to live chat again and they inform her on why she was denied. We explained to them that we have all the screen shots and emails from the multiple conversations we had with them and how this had not been the case the entire time and they should have allowed her to make the deposit (all bitcoin transactions) or in the very least- refund the verification deposit. When they were reminded of all this, the agent apologized for the other agents not realizing anything until it was all already finished and too late. The $11 still sits on their generic C- rated site because we hope LCB can help fix this and we receive pull pay out. 
    As stated above, we have an extensive amount of evidence, including the agents granting her the opportunity to claim bonus, win the bonus, give up her personal documents, making the verification deposit and then apologizing on how it should have never happened and acknowledging they made a mistake but are unable to fix it. I can provide whatever you need and surely hope you can help us get this resolved. I don't know if they even care that I can post detailed screen shots of their scam work from the beginning to the very end and post it on every casino bonus website known to man- which we are very close in doing so. Thank you for taking the time to read this- please get back to me ASAP. There are around 15-20 screen shots during live chat and numerous emails, I only attached a short conversation in regard to how much longer the withdrawal will take.   • That's great! I've heard and read extensively about casinos like SG using the vacation and/or sick at home excuses for delayed responses- atleast they did respond. I do not know why my wife and I did not do our research before any of this took place- I honestly don't think they even care about their reputation on LCB or any of these sites.

  • She was actually so upset with them not responding to you/LCB that she went on the site and hammered away the $11 within a couple seconds and then blocked their propaganda/scam emails. Haha. So, I guess they just owe us the remaining $100 now.

    Apologies for the tardiness of my reply, I reviewed your situation JJodray and I'm afraid you had 12 consecutive free bonuses into the casino, the 12th of which resulted in the win in question. Unfortunately the terms and conditions of the casino state that only one free chip is valid between cash deposit/play sessions. As your account had no history of deposit (until your confirmation deposit after your win) the free bonus in play is not eligible for withdrawal. As you mention you confirmation deposit has been refunded. Hopefully this clarifies things.

    Supporting documentation has been forwarded to the LCB team for review.

  • Documentation and screen shots of your casino basically stealing my personal information, documents and money under a false premise that I was being able to withdraw winnings, only to deny it in the very end of a process that took up to 2 weeks to complete. I was just wondering why you hold absolutely no fault whatsoever after not 1, 2, 3….but 4 agents told us multiple times that there was not anything holding us from claiming the promotion win and to go ahead and submit all of the sensitive and private information? That alone does not even touch the surface of how shady this all was and then to top it off- we have these casino promoter websites that promote fairness and act as mediators on behalf of players- only to side with the casino or shut down the complaints all together when there is substantial evidence that any business in the United States would lose not only millions of dollars in court but lose their license and business as well. You accepted a deposit and very private personal information just so you could deny it based on multiple bonuses…. How on this planet is that in any inch of being our fault? It is very clear that this website and others do not solve legitimate claims or is it more of a sponsorship that gets paid to slam the door on honest people and promote bonuses and market whomever pays the most? I sincerely thought this would not only be disturbing to your casino, LCB and others that may read it but would also provide termination of your multiple live agents and management for such a critical mistake... and to say the least, a simple apology for your entire staff attaining information about me that only the federal government and a select few others have. Of course multiple bonuses are not allowed and that’s why I made sure 110% that everything was good to go because this bonus was unlike others- it was the type that's sent out as a new game promotion that everyone is free to try, regardless of deposits and then we documented every single word and conversation so someone could be held liable- mainly because of all the problems and complaints people have had with your casino over the years.. it wasn't a trap to take advantage of a casino- it's obvious that's not the truth to anyone that could see how this all played out. We were very specific and blunt with our questions regarding this transaction- you say it's according to your terms and conditions when your entire casino broke them from the beginning and instead of trying to fix your mistake, you flip it on us like we're the scammers- when WE ARE THE ONES THAT HAVE ALL THE PROOF THAT WHAT YOU DID WAS WRONG and would possibly produce jail time if this wasn't in make believe land. You are all insane.
