I don't deposit at prism and it worked for me. Can't get slots of vegas to run. Everytime i logon it says it needs to update and then won't reload because the app is running. tried to delete it but it says it's still running. Anyone have any ideas? would greatly appreciate getting it off my computer so I can reload.

Go to your task manager. Then go to processes. Find that applications process and end the task.

The process name for SOV I do believe is casino.exe

Hehe nope I'm serious.  When I clicked redeem and the message popped up saying 30000 with 12000 playthrough I rechecked and sure enough my balance said 30,000 lol.  It was an error of course but it was fun to play for 10 minutes and make that playthrough and get to the $300 max cashout.  However of course I did not cash out because it would have been pointless.

I haven't played at SOV, Club Player, Palace of Chance, and Cirrus for ages. After reading someone's post, I think here at LCB about slot tournament at SOV, I didn't find a free one, but I found $25 in my account, it was a managers bonus from  not sure when. I asked if okay to play it and if lucky enough to cash out if it'd be all good and yes 20x and x2. Checked at all the others, and found $25 at Palace of Chance, Cirrus, and Club Player. Thought for sure I'd find it on at least 3 others, but didn't . And didn't make it on any, but still tickled it even happened. The only trouble I ever had was with Vip Lounge over $150 from a supposedf chip they redeemed and then said it was a chip I shouldn't have used. Other than that if I don't mind waiting forever for a cashout, these places are fine. I probably need to learn a little patience anyway. That was the point of the post it is supposed to before $300 not 30k but it did give me 30k.  Obviously it was an error and along with the ridiculousness of these casinos it was funny being that I could play that much and not even expect a possible cashout. 

The purpose was not to give people a code for 30k, just share a funny mistake with this casino.

This casino may as well give everybody 30K, this casino never hits.Out of the $300.ndbonus I won nothing more than $5 & recieved no bonus games, you've got to be kidding me.  OMG, the standards of these online casino are crazy. If you received 30K I would be very interested in what kind of payout you got. My overall percentage of winning was 0.026%, that means that I would have to spend over $1200. to win $300. here.....LOL............... Amazing.

Well let me clarify one more time...I knew when I redeemed what I thought was going to be a $300 free chip that if I was able to claim it, it would only be for entertainment as I have never deposited and used WAY MORE than two free chips in a row.  When I clicked on redeem coupon and entered the code I was shocked it gave me what was an obvious ERROR with the message about congratulations something or other $30,000 chip was redeemed and I rechecked the playthrough and it was only at $12,000.  I played at max per spin mostly on Sea Captain which is 100 or 125 per spin just to see what would happen.  At needing a playthrough of 12k and even at only 100 per spin thats only 120 spins which doesn't take long to do which still would obviously leave me with some left over even if I never hit any win at all.  Within about 10 minutes I made playthrough as everything but about $800 dissappeared automatically upon meeting playthrough requirements.  I continued to play knowing max cashout was $300 and of course I played it all out as I never intended to cash out.  It was more of an experiment and to see what it was like to play max spins and having a huge bankroll even though it was only in fun.

I then posted the message here not to inform anyone that there was a 30k bonus code but to share something funny with the other members.  Most believe as I do that many casinos such as Slots of Vegas is Rogue and therefore it was more of a "hey look what I got on accident and if only it was a legit casino".  However even if it was considered legit I still wouldn't have been able to cashout as the casino would have seen the error and voided the win which would have been fair as I knew when it was redeemed for 30k it was an obvious mistake.

I probably won't redownload the casino to check my payout percentage unless someone is extremely interested to know just out of curiosity.  If this is the case explain to me how to find out and I will find out what it was.

I understand that this was a casino error & that you were playing for fun. My math was bad, sorry, it would take someone $11,400 ( roughly $12,000) to win back their initial investment of $300. Computers are only as smart as their programmers. Slot machines are programmed to payout a minor percentage after a set amount has been taken in. Hence why, slot machines in the real world are 80-86% of a casinos main income.
So, with that in mind, be aware of where you put your money!
