I can tell you why:  I got $160 credited to my account (history screen has it "promo credit ") for answering the correct movie names for their Halloween Contest
Well i worked that 160 up to 2500. As i was playing i got a pop up screen saying I have been spook, spotted or something like that and said click on this link for your $100 prize.  Well it took me to live chat, who then looked at my account and said oh no since you claimed a no deposit bonus before entering the movie contest you are not eligible for another free chip. Meaning when i got back to playing what i was playing live chat representative withdrew $2447.00 something dollars from my account and left me with 50 cents.  Oh did i mention to you all of that $2500 they took out of my account was in a WITHDRAWABLE status.  Now i have played there before, deposited multiple times and since I used the no deposit chip code:  2010OCTAPP earlier this month (free chip), I am not eligible for my winnings i earned by answering the correct movies for the Halloween Contest, because they are claiming the winnings to be "free chips".  But my account history screen indicates "promo credit"  See the system is not suppose to give you two free chips back to back.  But it allowed the credit of 160 because it doesn't see that money being  a free chip.  But if you talk to the casino rep they consider it being "Free Chips"  I say they stole 2500.00 withdrawable money from my account.  I earned that $160  they didn't just give me $160 to try their casino, it was a contest.  I won it.  They robbed me and there was nothing i could do it was gone.  All because they spooked me or something and they wanted to give me another $100.00  on top of what was in my account. What another free chip so they can say i am abusing the free chip rule.  A BUNCH OF B...S...
