got my third check from cleos the day i got the tracking number was the day it was due to be delivered.  and yes if you can deposit its on its way but be patient

I RECEIVED A EMAIL THAT MY WITHDRAWAL WAS DECLINED DUE TO A MALFUNCTION ERROR  THAT CREDIT MY ACCOUNT TWICE WITH SAME BALANCE. THEY SAY THAT ANY WINNINGS GENERATED FROM THIS MALFUNCTION IS VOID, ACCORDING TO THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I MADE SEVERAL WITHDRAWALS AND CANCELLATIONS OF SAME WITHDRWAL PRIOR TO THIS MALFUNCTION. MY BALANCE WAS GENERATED FROM MY $20 DEPOSIT. I SPOKE TO CHAT AND THEY SAID MANAGEMENT LOOKED OVER ACCOUNT AND HE AGREES WITH THEIR DECISION. THEY SAID THAT I COULD EMAIL THEM IF I STILL DISAGREE. I AM SO UPSET. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL DEPOSITORS,DEPOSITING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?????? PLEASE HELP!!!

The good thing at Cleo's is that you can go back in the history and see every one of the spins you made and the results. So if an error occurred on a game play, you should be able to clearly see it.

But it sounds like this wasn't a game malfunction?  They do keep track of every tiny transaction and the results so they should be able to provide you with a copy or image of the malfunction where you can clearly see what it is they are talking about.  And if that is what happened, you are going to have to go along with their rules/regulations even though that is not what anyone would want to do.

Are they letting you keep your balance that you had before the malfunction occurred? 

They offered you the option to email them if you disagree.  Do it, or if you aren't sure if you disagree yet, ask them for some kind of evidence of what they are telling you.  They should be able to provide it.  I will say this for them, even with the glitches on Highlands, and this error, I feel they are still thousands of times better than the rogue casinos or the ones that never ever intend to pay you your withdrawals and either ignore your inquiries or ban you from their site and add you to the "LIST" of blackballed players.


On a slightly related note, I got an email saying that I had won the $20 raffle.  I went and looked but nothing in my account.  I finally went to live chat and asked.  They credit those at 4am as soon as they do the draw.  I happened to have been playing at the time and of course, did not notice an extra $20 slipping in there. 

So if you are playing around that time of day, and you have raffle tickets, be sure to watch for any extra cash showing up.  I didn't get the thrill of enjoying that raffle win one bit!  lol.

I had that happen to me. I canceled a $500 withdrawal and when I looked at my balance it said $1000. I have to admit it went through my head to play with it , but I decided to contact support and tell them what happened. I had to wait until the next morning so they could adjusted my balance. I'm so glad I notified them of the error because I ended up cashing out $4000, and used about $100 of that money when I received my first $2000 check and cashed out another $1500 that I will receive Wed. or Thursday. I would have been sick if they were declined because of something I could have avoided for just being fair and honest. 

This is not a no deposit bonus.  Please go to banners and bitchin for this kind of stuff.

Ive been a long time loyal loser at cleos. when I was declined to redeem this bonus I wanted to know why. I contacted live chat, and was told it was only valid for people who received the "email". Just out of curiosity, how many of the people who were received this bonus actually received an email  with this bonus in it? I Get 3 or more a week that have a bonus code I redeemed over 6mos ago,(annoying) and have heard nobody say they got an email from cleos with this one. As far as I'm concerned, this place has has gotten it last "like" from me. And my last dollar.

Did you email support and ask them why you are not eligible? Seems you should be after making all those deposits and received the email.

I agree too , since I won twice , I can't win anything . I deposit three times this week and didn't even get play backs or any bonus round it really sucked. I think that's just it we've been had and suckered into playing here to get our money. I know its a small amount but I don't like the fact that even if its only  10 cent in your account you have to let them keep it, just to deposit because of the dumb rule zero balance before depositing.
