First off I apologize for raining on everyones  parade  but I feel you should read this. 

Well before everyone gets to excited about the free chips you should read my post. I have a review of Cleos that you should read in addition to this post.

Since my review of this site from 8/26/13 I mentioned I was no longer going to play at Cleos. Well you know how that goes. I did continue to spend about $100-200 per month. Just wanted to see if anything had changed with the odds and playtime.

From 8/26/13 until 3/3/14 nothing had changed. Everytime I made a deposit it was always the same  my playtime lasted only 30-45 minutes and that was just wagering 25-50 cents per bet.

On 3/3/14 I finally got through the play through with $350 . I tried to get up  a litte higher but Cleos was not having that. My money was only going down so I cashed out at $300.

On 3/3/14 I sent the W9 right away and they had all my other paperwork from previous payouts. They sent me a reply 2 hours later letting me kmow that if they needed anything else they would contact me.

Well according to Cleo there payout time is 10 business days which was true when I got paid before. Over the past six months I have read several complaints from players that they were having a problem with getting paid in a timely matter. Well now I know what they are talking about.

I requested my payout on 3/3 on 3/12  8 business days later I received an e-mail , When I got the e-mail I thought it was going to be a tracking number for my FedX check. Well to my surprise it was not instead it was an e-mail requesting a copy of the credit card I had been using for a year.

I was so mad because I knew it was just a stall tactic to delay my payment. Just exactly like the complaints I had read mentioned. I responded right away by sending them a copy of the original e-mail that had all the attachments of credit cards and verification forms from my first payout.

Once again they respond with a simple e-mail saying thank you  (no apology) for the document.

So now it is Friday 3/14 and I get another e-mail from Cleo. Now 10 business have past. Of course right away I think finally the tracking number. No this time they tell me they will not process my payout unless I spend my VS credits first. I couldn't believe it I was trying to save up my credits to get my wife something nice. Whats really hard to believe is I only had 1600 credits

Well at this point I do not know how long it will take to get my money plus my account is blocked and I cant play because I have a payment pending.

I'm in the same boat I two requested a with draw on 3/3/14 my payment I would receive on 4/2/14 I think its a bunch of bullshit if you ask me but I won my money on a free five chip $300 its fee money so hang in their have good day.

The T&C's were not with the code. I just went to Live chat at the site to find out. That was a complete waste of time! Operator shows up and never says a single word after "may i help",  who then transfers me to another operator and he says absolutely nothing either!

So i do not know if its for certain players or not.

Lips you're so funny, the thing with the operator must happen to me more than it doesn't, and that's not good. Don't companies know about customer service? More people tend to tell friends when they have a bad experience with a company than a good one. The reason I would say is because when people feel they've been treated badly they tend to get mad at least I do, and when that happens I tell everyone:)
