Thanks guys.  Interesting.  I was told, by 2 people, that only ONE free chip could be claimed per person/household.  I've deposited at Mandarin but not Wizbet. 

Could not redeem at either. 

Tried contacting support again and now I'm getting the run around with different bogus explanations from Evan.

I just talked to support, and was told it was by invite only. Only a select number of people could get it. I told him he better talk to management and tell them they better change the way they "select" people because there were many angry people at this. Know what he had to say.. Have a great weekend! I'm a depositor, I REdownload wizbet and it didnt work for me, said that "you are not eligible for this bonus"  BS, uninstalled again 

  I got one for $25 from Lucky Creek, but the picture wasn't coming up and when I clicked link to website it showed Grand Eagle. I asked support at Lucky Creek which one it was for, and he put it in for me.
