  • Still haven't gave me my payout I think I need help seriously :( they said something about I have a crypto coin base address and they needed a crypto cash base address and I am really confused I tried to give them what they asked for and they also told me they needed a picture of my id and me holding it and proof of address and then told me later that they dont need it  bc im from the united states but I was confused and I sent it to them anyways and I also had to prove how I was the real account holder of the account because my email didn't include a period in it like it usually does and it's been nearly 4 days now and I also can't claim a bonus or cash back until after it's processed and they take forever to get back up with me and they give 25 daily spins but they have been terrible for me anyways I don't foresee winning anything and if withdraws is as half as a hassle as this one I'll be in for it I mean I borrowed the money to make the verification deposit they said payouts in 24hrs but that's a lie

    I signed up for this casino about a little over a week ago , i redeemed the free code MYMEDUSA30 

    All was well , the games were hitting like crazy , Never did i beat a playthrough with such ease , when i go to withdrawal is when it all went to hell. They first ask of me to send my id and i did , then they tell me that since im a player from the United States that id verification was not required to just emailed their documents team that im from the usa and provide my user name and that they will manually verified me , well i send them my id and tod them numberous times i was from the united states , well then they also asked me to provide them with a proof of address that was not  from no longer than 3 months ag o , i luckily had one document , then they wanted me to prove that i was the real owner of the account so i sent them screen recordings of me logging in to their casino , went to the profile section and then showed me signed in to thw email that was getiing notifications regrading the casino accpunt , so after i jumped through all those hoops they in fform me that i was approved to withdrawl and on their withdrawal page there was no information regarding the fact that they needed a sepific type of bitcoin address all it said was that they need you to provide a BTC crypto address and that was it and so i provided the address that i usually use when i receive bitcoin payments on most other places and they still didnt tel me til way after they denied me and sent the funds back to my casino account that after that thwey finally finally send me an emial back saying that i provided a crypto cash currency  and they actually need a crypto address that starts with numbers not letters then i swear we ran through this process 8 or times and i swear i believe that in one email they said they needed a crypto cash address and  then a crytocash account base account . ) They made no sense and as why it took so much to get away to notice and care but i think they justddont have this in orfer and you just make shit worsde  and it took me a long time to have any idea of what they meant b that and when i finally do figure it out 

     

    They yet again for the 6 ot 7th time have sent me my 100 back to my account . i honestly believe they are being so diffcult and keep sending it back hoping i will just play it off. They didnt even specify that they wanted a legacy bitcoin address instead of the other ones that are used more. they wait til after you already initiated a withdraw to inform you of that and i even went to live support and emailed their finance team when i fif finally figure out what kinda address they were requiring of me , if i needed to cancle my withdraw and start a new and put the correct bitcoin address in the withdraw  process and they ensured me that if i just emailed their payment email the finace team will see it and they will be able to send it to the correct address and that i didnt have to start a new withdraw or worry about if it was going to be deined and the funds sent back to my account but then they d excatly that . i am really getting fustrated with this casino . it makes no sense to me why they dont specify beforehand on what excaty kind of address they require , what cryptocurrenceny they were sending and on what network so you could easily provide what is needed but instead they wait to email you that sent your credits back 5000 times and then they also dont allow you toclaim a bonus while any withdrawals are pending process they give little no information until its too late and you have to start thewhole process back over . but yeah i keep jumpig through their hoops and still  no payment . i never had such trouble with withdrawaling from a casino and it shouldnt be even more diffcult with bitcoin is whats being used it actually should be alot simpler than this

  • Hi Dayyzzyed, what's update now? Have they deposit the funds in your account or not? Really its very bad when player got no deposit bonus completing the wagering requirement but when the time of withdrawal they demanded minimum depositing amount. Why they do so when?

  • Still haven't received it they keep saying  that I have to wait for the payment department to send it but it's been so long it's ridiculous to be honest never had so much trouble 

  • They should of been more clear from the beginning of what kinda address they needed they still never were to clear it took me doing my own research to figure out just what they were requiring to just get money that I won . They could of been more clear about that before hand and what network it was on.

  • They also claimed a chip on my account after the withdrawal was approved that I didn't agree too . It was a 22 dollar chip with a 600 playthrough
