  • I probably should've included my mini book. I'll add that for sometime I've been a Level 5 VIP. This morning that too went away supposedly because my profit/loss was +$17. Ive play regularly/daily for years to pass the time and make numberous deposits a day. I rarely make withdrawals but I did make a few withdrawals this past month but played all and then some back. But the VIP manager told me even though I lost my top tier VIP status that the services I receive will not change.Correct. Raging Bull and all sister casinos such as Slots of Vegas, Cool Cats, etc. I contacted Support at Slots of Vegas, RB and Cool Cats, the support member couldn't keep the "reasoning" straight. At first they said that none of their casino sites offer Coindraw, I replied back with a screenshot where I'd recently withdrew using Coindraw on May 10,2024. Then it went to - Player class must be Free, new, Depositor or VIP (1-5).- when I asked what my new player class is The agent from Cool Cats said they could not disclose that information. The agent from Slots of Vegas said I do not meet any of their player class requirements...so I provided him a screenshots from their VIP page where I did in fact meet every requirement for all 5 VIP levels. 

    I'd be more than happy to provide the download of the chat history from both sites if needed. I was disappointed this morning over losing years of progress but Peter V. was adment that all would remain the same...low and behold the night agents gave me every reason but the real reason.

  • Before I reached out to SOV, RB and Cool Cats I did search this site to see if anyone else has had the issue with Coindraw. I came across the Casino Rep- NickHelp's reply to some on that a player's class did not effect the option to use Coindraw. As long as the Coindraw Requirements are met.

    The funds have been released by the 3rd party payment providers. It depends on the bank at this point when you will receive your funds.

    Bboy Elon, in answer to your query Coindraw is an automated system and has it's limitations. Sometimes a withdrawal needs to be handled manually for various reasons, most commonly the automated system can't determine the eligibility of the withdrawal request in which case it needs to be reviewed by an actual human who will go through the specifics of the requested withdrawal and determine it's validity. The simplest thing to say is if Coindraw is available as an option for you it will show up when you go to request the withdrawal, if it is not available for what ever reason it will not. My suggestion is to request using standard Bitcoin at this point, once it becomes a manual process all points in the withdrawal process need to be handled manually and this takes time, but once a Bitcoin withdrawal does go through the withdrawal process at least it is delivered almost instantly when it makes to disbursal. Hopefully this helps.

  • I will disagree. The last 2 Bitcoin withdrawals were a nightmare. From the day request to received 35-38 days for the 2 withdrawal. 1 had been approved for 3 weeks before I received. Multiple Bitcoin address verifications. So no it's not almost instant.

    You're most welcome. The rep has just advised that the documents and wire details are now complete and payment has been initiated to the 3rd party payment provider. In theory you should be seeing those funds in the next 10 business days in the bank account.

    Below you will find a re-post of my original statement from March but for clarity there is no approved withdrawal, we were unable to collect deposits and some were disputed thus all deposits were refunded including the winning deposit making the win  void unfortunately. In total it was 4 deposits totalling $490 which should certainly have returned to your bank by now.

    For these reasons and others related to account validation our security department opted to close the account. The refunded deposit transaction should be back in your account soon if they have not returned already.
