I requested a withdrawal on December 16th and haven't received anything. Trying to look at my withdrawal it only shows the day and time. You can't check the status of it (e.i pending, reviewed, processed). I contacted support on December 21st asking how long does it take? She told me 3-5 days. Taking into account of the holidays I didn't ask about it again till January 4th but could not reach live support so I left a message with the live support bot. I got an email informing me someone would contact me soon. January 5th, same thing, today same thing, but I didn't leave a message since my two earlier messages were never responded to. I'd appreciate some help please!

I'll say that this complaint will most like stay unresolved and I won't receive any of my winnings. They can send me promotional emails with match bonuses and free spins, stating I'm valued player.
