I registered at this casino and received a 10 euro no deposit bonus. Started the game and did not see where to watch the wagering progress. When my balance became more than 100 euros, I ordered a payment 100 euro. A little time has passed and the withdrawal of funds is canceled! But 100 euros have not been refunded to my account! I think i have same kind of issue than firrlost. Balance shows all withdrawable but for some reason its not. And there is no wagering calculator on their pages for bonuses. There might be some bug in their systems. Im waiting Marinas answer how to proceed...i have my cashout on process atm

My issue is still unresolved. She answered just shortly: "Unfortunately you did not meet the driving/ running conditions". Nothing else.
Im not sure what that "driving/running" means...never heard such things. My balance showed all "withdrawable" before i made my cashout so im not sure if that means wagering. Ive asked Marina whats going on but havent heard from her after this first answer.
My money is stuck somewhere on Nordiscasino possession. Havent got it to my skrill and it also isnt on my balance.
Hope this will be sorted somehow tomorrow...

We chatted with the casino rep and they advised us that you didn't finish the wagering requirements therefore you were unable to make a withdrawal. They are implementing it in their system so players can see how much they have to wager. Hope it will be done soon since it is confusing when you can't see how much you've wagered.
Ok. Can you also ask them how much i have wagering left and provide me that information? Because on my account shows all my money "withdrawable" and no bonusmoney at all.
