  • this does not work properly, tried to play a bet on sportsbook, the buttom place a bet does not work, went to chat several times , no representative avalible just a robot trying to answer questions, a robt that does not understand words like deposit bet bonus. Maile to support, nobody answers , sent mydokuments for verification, they replied that I received a bonus, but when I go to my account nobonus has been added to my account, treid to withdraw my money, but the panel withdrow is empty, and when I try to withdraw manualx the system gives me an error, despretly need somebody that will handle my problems

  • Please help me to get my money out of there, the site is awful. I mailed to [email protected] and to [email protected] and nobody answers to my request any other mail address I don't have.     We would like to inform you that your withdrawal was canceled for the following reasons:
    1.    According to article 9 (https://online.nordiscasino.com/welcome-bonus-casino) of the terms and conditions of your bonus you must run 45x from  he deposit + bonus in 7 days 
    You deposited 20 euros on 06.06.2022 and received a 50 euro bonus. which means you have to wagering 3150 euros in 7 days. You wagering 250  euros  so you still have 2900 rolls to be eligible for withdrawal.

  • this site is an absolute nonsense,I just logged in to kill the curiosity, and now is 29 euros eligible to withdraw. How did they come up on 29 euro I don't know. If I place a bet on sportsbook, the betslip does not empty automatically. I have to clean up everything by myself, and if I want to see my bets there is a page under my account called history." They named it finance history. If I choose a date and click on search, nothing comes up, not even my payments. I just wonder how they came up with the idea to call it "finance." Finance what?. This site is a joke, and the people behind it do not deserve to be a business partner.

  • Got it I have had a winning bet, but what happened to the money that I paid in, and why I can't withdraw it, I don't know. No one to explain, no information on site, no explanation, just a big silence. Who the hell is behind this site, and how come  that they are still have a licence to gamble? It's interesting that they have a famous 8048/JAZ licence. I think everybody who doesn't have a licence put it on the site. It's just a breeze and 8048/JAZ sounds so good.   • I just checked my credit card account, and what a surprise! All the payments went over to a Chinese bank, and it was booked more than I actually paid in. No warnings that the payment goes over to a non-EU bank. What a strange method. What kind of money laundering is this site?

  • Good afternoon, you made 3 deposits with the bonus code NORDIS1000, the bonus balance was 650 euros. You bet on sports bets 63, 35 eur and you had a winning ticket of 28.35 eur which went in the real balance eligible for withdrawal. The ineligible bonus amount for withdrawal remains in the balance for fulfilling the bonus conditions.

  • what a surprise, my player ID is 328006, but why are you asking for it when you know details of my bets, and for the seventh times, whithout a bonus there is 115 euro, they must to be eligible for withdraw, the bonus i don't need, you can keept it, Here is your condition for bonus "1.1.3. Only after the deposit amount is played, the customer will start using the available bonus balance" That means that my 115 euros are alive, and must be fully eligible for withdraw I sent already twice all my data for money transfer you can do it manualy, there is no particalar reason why I have to make a withdraw request over the system.Over the system that does not work for my request of 115 euro.It's realy nice that you recognize that my winning bet is eligible for withdraw, but it must be the same case for the money that I paid in.

    When a player deposit using a bonus code his funds and his bonus should be wagerend in order to become withdrawble.
    He have not met the wagering requirements yet and this is the reason his funds are not withdrawable.

    If the player "bubasinter" would deposit without using any bonus code his funds would eligible for withdrawal.

    Please be advised that the most recent message made by Casino Rep is viable and it makes sense why you can't withdraw your money as you deposited using a bonus code. If it was the case where you deposited without a bonus code, you'd be able to withdraw your money no problem.

  • i just noticed that I the butom works one two hours before the game starts, but if i want to place 5-6-7-8 hourse before it won't work, I couldn't find any explenation in terms & conditions, so it must work for everytime. To be honest I will be glad to lose all the money, just to get ride of them

  • NO NO No, this site is awful. I have a winning bet with conference league games on it. It was a selection of 5 games , with a small 5 euro stake and a win pos of 45 euros. 4 games are recognized as winners, the 5th one, Guimares, is still on hold, although the game finished yesterday at 23:15 , all other games have been settled immediately after the games finished . They won't allow me to win. What a scam site is it? Of course, chat doesn't work on mail; they don't reply
