also you could have said the casinos that you are talking about - I know of one and that is the Grand Prive group - not a very reputable group a fact I learned after they closed my account and I tried to resolve that with them and being unsuccessful in getting it resolved just thought that with their reputation I should probably just consider myself lucky - but the thing that bothers me about what is going on between Lotus and me is that I submitted my documents when I first opened my account - and then I was just asked to resubmit them again which I did - why did you have me do that if your decision was based on being blacklisted at another casino? And what happens to my credit card information at this point? And also if I would not have posted here when would I have been notified ? I am not trying to be harsh but it is upsetting to be treated this way by a company with which I have had no problems with treat me like this!

No response to our email but still support team arranged a telephonic conversation with you on 3rd April 2013 & you said " you don't care about playing with us, was winning at another casino" & hung up the call so we decided to remain your account locked. It has been almost 1 year and now you are asking about your money and all such things. We didn't have any issue to unlock your account if you would have sent required documents. We are bounded with our policy and trust me, we just wanted to verify your identity. A player needs to verify their identity before making any withdrawal or in case of suspicious activity.

We can understand your concern but there are some guidelines we are bounded with. We always ask our player to verify their identity while making their first ever withdraw with our casinos or incase if we find multiple accounts from same ip.

Read it again and let me know where i passed judgement? I typed If that is what HAPPENED that group should have a warning. I also went on to type (not saying it did not happen) . For a rep you sure are adding fuel to the fire and i find it unacceptable (IMO). I never said you guys are bad and i was waiting for your response. Since you basically spoke directly to me saying i did not wait on your response when any one with two eyes can see i was just comforting the OP then that says a lot to me. Lucky me i stopped playing at your group long ago and erased the casinos. I never deposited there but i did take advantage of the free spins thank you. Oh by the way Lotus Asia i told you a couple months back that you will remember me Good or Bad and now i choose my place and time for the public can see and no you cant delete alter or erase the parts you dont want the public to see and one more thing why we are here i was a dep loyal player I have a complaint about a casino and i do have all the info including dates and screen shots so i will start by saying it happened at lotus Asia after a week end tourney i entered with my VIP points but turns out still considered a NDB thus limiting payouts to a max of 150.00 and although i am very bias in terms of my personal win i agree T&C are needed to insure fair gaming to all as long as they are enforced and implied to all party s equally .So here is my issue while playing my bonus money i got above the actual bonus money and was allowed to play a progressive game called moultin mooloh with all my funds above the actual bonus amount of 50.00 which is considered bonus and must be giving back if a cashout is requested after playthru amount well this is where it gets a little strange and maybe even corrupt to say the least i hit the progressive jackpot for over 25.000.00 + a little made my cash out from which i was paid 150.00 the max allowed on a ndb the progressive was reset as if it was won back to 5000.00 my question is i really didnt win that money but yet they reset the jackpot as if it was paid where did the money go to. I feel as if the real loser is the players who have paid into this pot that really was never won or paid out .We are talking about 20.000 dollars vanished and yet when i ask this very question why so you allow a player to play a game knowing he can not win and best part if he does you reset the pot to start back to the beginning i just cant see it ! You posted a complaint which was intended for everyone to read , including the Rep. And you would get your message across the board if you made it easy and clear to read.
However You will lose the reader, like you lost me , after first two lines. And you can bet on it.

i was a loyal customer with lotus for a long time, i made a lot of money on your $10 cash entry fee slot and blackjack tournaments on tuesdays and thursdays so you froze my visa debit cards, cant deposit cant win, your casino rep manegers gave me quite the run around talked to 4 defferent ones there names all started with the letter J turns out they were all the same guy, was the reason for the freez becouse i did not piss it all off back to your casino instead of cashing it out

This was one of my fav casinos! Not anymore! I deposited here often and have cashed out once. I recently got one of there free spins that I actually made the playthru requirements and withdrew the amount. I was told that I had taken to many free chips between deposits and could not receive my money. I had deposited within two weeks of this!! The bonus that I won on was the 20 free spins that they offer daily. The playthru is so high the chance of ever making it is rare. I just happened to hit on the few dollars I won on so my playtru was low for the small amount I won. Well they wont let me log on to my acct saying my acct is under review!! So I will be going to every casino forum I can find and giving them a review!! I would not deposit or even play for free at any of the lotus groups again. I assure you the amount I was trying to withdraw was much much lower than the amount I have given them in this year alone!! So they can keep my tiny withdraw and I will give my money to a different not shady casino!! -

We got the info from the casino rep regarding your case. You didn't read their bonus T&C carefully. Namely, according to their T&C, after a deposit is made, a player is allowed to claim 1 free bonus and thereafter a deposit is needed before another can be claimed. You made a deposit on the 14 March 2018 - after making that deposit, you went on to claim 16th free bonuses and you won the 17th, therefore, the withdrawal is declined.
11. Each individual Player may receive only one bonus promotion per deposit. Any winnings will be considered to be void in the case of a Player receiving more than one bonus promotion per specific deposit.

We got the info regarding your bonuses. Namely, the casino's confirmed that you have received all the bonuses claimed so far, including your Deposit Bonus which can be viewed on the Statement Tab.
They also say that their system allows one active bonus on your account at any given time due to the Wagering Requirement attached. When it comes to multiple pending bonuses, once your active bonus has been played down to a zero balance, your pending bonus then become active.
The casino invited you to contact their Support Team for a more detailed explanation if needed.Hope this helps.

I notice there hasn't been much activity on this board recently. Hopefully thats a good thing.
I recently deposited here without taking a bonus, and fortune shined on me! So I have submitted my withdrawal request and all the necessary documents and the request is still pending as of this moment. It has not been a full 24 hours yet, so this is totally expected.
I just wanted to see if this is still a viable Avenue for support/resolution in the event an issue should present itself.

Blacklotuscasino.com, know that this casino has multiple websites about 10 in total trying to scam people, and make deposits, you will find more down in my explanation.

I chose a no deposit bonus, and also invite few friends to play in this casino throw their Referral system to invite a friend (20 euro for you and 20euro for the Referral)
I won one bonus with x60 wagering playing over 5 days, and i made withdrawable 150euro, i proceed to make my withdrawal and send my documents.The support team told me that I had another older account, i asked them to delete my older account and they agreed, and they told my i can keep continuing playing
only in my current one.Then they told me that my address in Greece was not supported, but luckily i live in Germany, and i changed my address to my German address and asked them to send
all my legal documents they asked me to send.Then after the 2 first excuses, they made another one, that I'm not allowed to use multiple bonuses ( but their referral system does not state anywhere, on how many friends i can invite
or how many Referrals I'm allowed to make, they only say that as many friends i invite I get 20euro as a bonus, and 20 the person who gets the invite.Then, after them ''kind of accepting that, with the referrals, they yet got to another excuse, saying that i have multiple accounts, because of the second account which they deleted
at the start of the conversation and it was not a problem anymore.Then they kept making excuses to that i have to make a deposit of 20 euro, in order to cash out my winning which was 150euro, I agreed to that.
That was not enough, they start arrogant chatting, and saying that I'm not allowed again to use the free bonus in between without deposits, but i read their terms and condition
and no such thing was stated, they only had in terms and conditions, that ''for Deposit Bonuses'', before activating another ''Deposit Bonus'' you need to finish the first one.Also, their system, lets u get the free bonus, as many more friends you invite or coupon codes they send you, till 6-7 times, and then it says you cannot redeem another code before you
make a deposit, and i understand that.So to make a recap, this company with their multiple websites, and multiple no-deposit codes, it's just a scam, they want to drag you into their multiple websites,
give you ''fake-free bonuses codes'', and try to make you deposit if you lose to your bonus codes.
But they will not give you any withdrawal.All the conversation and the excuses with the support team is taken in pictures.

agree with everything said here, am fighting with them about a bonus that they gave me with no max cashout and they took my 400 and changed it to 100 and said that was max cashout on a bonus even though the support agent who gave it to me claimed there was only a wager requirement. i played at lucky creek mandarin palace treasure mile and grand eagle. depositied hundreds between the four sites. you barely get playback off your money and the bonus wagers are ridiculous. ive only ever come ahead the one time and they took most of the winnings. i did get my 100 but im still fighting for my other 300 its been many conversations and complaints and still fighting it

We should spam post this topic everywhere on the casino bonus industry, to get them blacklisted everywhere so no more people lose their money.
AskGamblers for example have banned all their websites.
More topics exist in the internet, easer will be for the people not to fall for them.
Also, lcb and any other site should blacklist them, as you can see in my topic it's a total scam with proof and everything.
