  • I somehow started receiving the email newsletter again.

    Just wanted to say that the free tourneys on the weekend had me confused when I signed up.  They were free but said I needed 1 loyalty point and I couldn't figure out why y'all were sending me this free tourney code when I couldn't play as I had no loyalty points. 

    Today I got more curious and figured out that if you put the code in the bonus field, no loyalty point is required. 

    So, cool!  Now I will be able to play the tourneys on the weekends and I no longer am mystified as to the 'free' but yet elusively unplayable weekend tourneys.

    I wonder if any others of us here didn't figure out that little detail and thus abandoned your site.  I'm pretty sure that's why I never went back before.

    Yes it's me again!  I've waited "very" patiently til now as my Withdrawal from "Begado" was confirmed by their finance department on the 15th NOVEMBER! They told me, you told me, having tech issues with server and will b paid as soon as casino up again.Received email from Finance late November, stating "Not to worry, it will b up and running between 3-6 Business days from the email and I shall b paid asap. Its now 10th exclamation! DECEMBER and i cannot yet access the casino still and no updates whats-so-ever from support. I need to know what is actually happening???? and EXACTLY when i will be paid plz??? Why cant the sister sites take over the finance department of Begado and issue all withdrawals out so they can concentrate on fixing the problem with server without losing customers and leaving a sour taste in everones mouth who are owed money$ , not just Begado but for ALL the sister sites also???? We need answers now; as the answer i give to my daughter at xmas will not be a happy one. I made a honest deposit, played honestly, had all papers and docs verified and approved, played only slots; so i think nearly a month without payment is disgusting;esp with everyone concerned giving me date after date and never fixing the issue.   • Happy Holidays Devjeet.  I don't understand something about the bonus system?  I am a very Meticulous person and always add my points on paper  {it adds to the fun} for me.  I started with 236 points and with the equation of  1 point per 10$ of betting  I would need 14 points = 140$ correct?  Well I waged
    $2.10 x 11,    .30  x  330,  .44 x 3,  1.50 x 17  and .90  x 14.    Should be around 161.02?  But it shows that I only have 248 points.    Now I really don't know how to be gracious about this?  Do I call it a misunderstanding?  Should I run out in the cold weather and march right back in the store and put my hard-earned money on my card and drive back home and go thru the loops to transfer it over to my card from one website to another so that I can get my 2 points and finally earn my BIG 10$  reward?  Hmmmm?  I'm sorry I don't think so.  Please delete my account  immediately  and have a good 2013.  I think the year is gonna be a doozy    woo woo woo woo woo shocked shocked be_sickamp; be_sickamp;

Well one day my account was closed and i was told it was because i had multiple accounts in other casinos (not yours) . Well my husband and i had a "freind" of his renting a room from us when he needed help and unknown to us he was using our names and info to play at casinos just to get the free bonuses.He actually opened a visa in my husbands name and he is now dealing with charges for that.  I know that is against the rules but i just wanted to know if there is anything that i can do to clear my name and gamble on your site?   • I'd like to add that your casinos (lotus asia & black lotus) were very helpful when it turned out that my husband signed up and thus created duplicate accounts.  He didn't know I had one, and I didn't know he was opening one.  Your customer support identified the problem and went ahead and disabled the additional account without it causing me to lose mine as well.  They were very understanding and it was quite nice of them to have dealt with the situation in a very reasonable manner.

    So, Zeebra, do contact them and explain the situation and provide them with your identification docs so that they know you are who you say you are and everything will most likely work out very well.

    This happened to me at another casino, where I have been playing a long time.  I finally made w/d requirements and so they said I violated the rules (I had the original account, so I don't know how it was violated by *me*.  My husband had signed up years ago, never played after using the sign on bonus, and never logged on after that, without my knowing.  I had even already been certified at their sister site!)  In order to be reinstated (after removing my cash balance, of course) I have to sign a statement that I know I broke the rules and am sorry and won't do it again.  I can't in good conscience affirm to that because it wasn't I who broke the rule and how can I stop someone else using their own computer from signing up again?  I don't like getting blamed for other's misdeeds.

    None of that hassle from Lotus Asia!

  • I have sent my documents numerous times to those 2 email addresses + one more.  As for your suggestion I talk to support,, I have.  I called and talked to Janet.  She just gave me another email address that I don't get any response from either.

    Still no response from any one of the emails I have sent.  This is the first response I have had!
