Not my type of casino. Dated website, don't like the games. Too many options out there and I didn't care for anything here. Never deposited, never won, never withdraw... Didn't appeal to me

There was some weird activity in my account. Said withdrawal fixed by admin. I never received said withdrawal. Was told by customer support i would receive an email in regards to my complaint. No email a week later.

I tried to cash out a while ago but was left with no response. I received a free spin email today so i logged in to claim it. I realized my balance was at $0. I check my transactions and it said an admin corrected my withdrawal but no one ever contacted me and i never received payment. I do not recommend.

Made my first deposit here yesterday! Didn't try to even claim a bonus. It seems everywhere I've tried claiming bonuses I never make the play through. So just been doing no bonus with deposit. You have to make a deposit after every tournament you place in if you want to withdraw anything.

This casino will never pay. They keep delaying payment until you end up playing your winnings. Is there such a thing as too many bonuses? None of which will ever pay out. My impression of these genesis casinos was like slimey snake oil salesmen. Stay away!

I'm sure they will pay it but come on, at best I'll receive it on Monday and that's 7 days for crypto withdrawal. A bit excessive for a couple hundred bucks. Other than that the games were paying pretty well for me and I had a good time here but the turnaround time for crypto withdrawals is a bit much for me. Until they improve in that department I don't think I'll be back.
