     In fact there  is an  other rule t hat  i  earned today   with KUDOS, i won last month at this casino, or in september , i dont remember me.  Martin said me  that i can have  free bonus  even i deposit   because  the amount that i won is  bigger o f the total of my deposit. So they dont allow me to use  free  bonuses untill my deposit wll be bigger that my last  winning.

    I did not know this rule - i dont complaint -  i won the last tim e i played there (but i deposited yesterday)

    Do you know if other casinos have this rule ?

  • I do remember Claralie. Each of the casinos has their own rules which sometimes differ from other casinos. They usually state how many free money bonuses you can have in between deposit bonuses. That was the case with you last time. 

    With that said, the best thing is to read T&C carefully before you deposit at any casino.

  • Well, I am a very unhappy customer.

    Kudos casino first has a false advertisement stating right on the cashier and their promotion page "Pay to Card' as option for

    withdrawal.  Well, great, I thought, and signed up as most other casinos have removed that option.  I withdrew $500 and it was denied because they dont' offer that option. What?!?  It states so right there in the cashier. 

    I made a withdrawal on with a daily credit and it shows $570 approved last week.  I spoke with Anna yesterday morning and she said she contacted finance dept. to see how long it would take to get my funds and they would get right back to me.  NOthing.

    I spoke with Martin today and he said withdrawal was not approved.  I complaind he stated he would transfer me to his supervisor. Screen went blank and he locked me out of my account.  I have money and more than $20 in comp points so that is stealing.

    I obviously can't get into my account to see my deposits, can't get to live chat and they have no phone number.

    Tom, Again, would you please mail me my money that is sitting in my account. For you to keep it would be wrong. I did take screen shots of the approval as well as the 'chats'.   • Hi Melissa, I am just writing to tell you that Inetbet has never processed any of my withdraw requests and now they are simply saying that they had already told me they wouldn't  process any due to a malfunction, which they had not. Also they never sent me any information regarding the investigation by rtg. So I have filed a dispute with rtg disputes and pray they can help me. Thank you for your help, I just wish it had turned out better. I feel very discouraged with online gambling now and thats very disheartning since it helped me forget about my cancer for a little while. Oh well all I can say is  "Fellow gamblers beware of Inetbet" I believe they have been very deceitful in their handling of the whole ordeal.  Sincerely dogghze!

  • INetBet has several daily promotions. I previously made BTC deposits and withdrawals same day very easily. According to the INetBet promtions, there is a reload bonus and and a return bonus. The return bonus offers $10 free Chip to Players that have not played or deposited in 30 days with a code. I entered the code as stated and it was redeemable and active for $400 playthrough, and $50 max cashout, which was okay with me.

    INetBet was one of my favorites. I was going to share this with my fellow members, however, you may not have the same problem. The excuse I was given by the Chat Rep, Martin, was contradictary and changed after telling me to just reload the game and it my extra unused spins (51) would pick up where it left off. he came back and told me I was not eligible for the return bonus, which I read crefully, his rule was not in the displayed rules.  And when I entered  the code it was redeemed and acceptable to play.

    So it wouldn't hurt to try. Maybe it'll work for you.

    I periodically receive Manager Bonus emails with free spins, but also make deposits. Now it seems as though the returned bonus rules changed on me right in the middle of a God of Wealth bonus feature of 10 free spins, then i hit 5 cookies at $0.20 bets on 1 spin which gave 58 additional spins.. 

    The Bonus spins stopped in the middle of the 52nd spin. Even though I could have only cashed out $50, I found joy in hit such an enormous free spin bonus feature on one of my favorite slots.sad

    This may be posted in the wrong section, because I wanted it posted as a complaint, amazing screenshots, and my rating for INetBet has definetly decreased in interest.

    I am a little confused about this one as you have never requested a withdrawal with us.

    The reason why the balance in your account was voided was not due to the techincal issue but due to the fact that you had claimed 5 non deposit bonuses since your deposit on this account and over $450 of bonuses without making a purchase on your duplicate account.

  • Well I finally heard from the casino they need a utility bill which I do not have. My paper Bill stop coming several months ago. Everything is paid automatically or online. I honestly doubt I will see my money as I never got a response to why my money was declined the first time. But I know for one thing I'm not playing here ever again fast payouts my ass

    My username is key2020567.  I have been attempting to reach out to support concerning the deposit from 9/29 for $2375 and have yet to receive any answer   The first deposit of $2500 went through quickly, but this second one has been taking over a month.  My bank has no record of it and chat assured me they are working on it, but it’s been a month and I haven’t been told why the money isn’t in the account.  Can this please be researched, I love this casino, but this experience is making me think twice.  And help would be appreciated.

  • We got some updates from the casino. They informed us that they are still working on this with the bank and hope to have a resolution soon.They need to figure out why it was returned before they can resend the funds.

  • I have a complaint, I redeemed the free spin promo Cleopatra Gold for $20 at $1 bet from Kudos. Managed to win approx $85 from the promo. Then was required to wager 25X that amount which was approximately $2125.  Well upon completion of the wagering requirement I had a balance of approximately $790 and they immediately removed $637.32 from my balance in the middle of play! I find this a horrible thing to do as I realize that the max cashout is $150, however, the original amount of the coupon which was $20 should have been the only thing removed and I should have had the option to play with the money I had legitimately won even though I could only withdrawl $150.  That should have been my choice as to how I wanted to handle what I did with that balance.  I could have used to accumulate Comp points and no where in the terms and conditions does it say that money would be removed! That's pretty shady business if you ask me! I'm kind of irritated by this! Someone explain this to me.

    Once you have finished the wagering requirements, the system automatically removes the balance that exceeds the max cashout amount. In your case it is $150. There's nothing unusual in it. In some casinos, you need to contact live chat to ask them if you have finished the wagering, but in some of them, the system does it automatically. It's better you withdraw the amount you won.

I deposited and won and withdrew 101.55.  Then I used a free spins bonus which is permissable if you have made a previous deposit for $20 made the playthrough and won $150 and yet they did not process the $101.55 used on the deposit, instead they took the $101.55 won on a deposit I made and only paid me for the free chip winnings! What in the heck is going on over there?

    So I have been informed by inetbet that I am no longer able to use coupons.   I have always used them when I deposit, well since I won, apparently they aren’t happy.  Here’s a copy of the chat below.  I have been banned because my coupon usage exceeds my deposits, which is abuse.  I have been playing there for a few years, always used a coupon and now that I cashed out it’s considered abuse?  So It seems you can only use them if you don’t win.

    Unclear behavior. Perhaps they have in the rules that you can not use two free chips in a row?

  • I didn’t actually use two free chips, I used their coupons they advertise all the time.  I just deposited money as I always do, I happened to win and now im banned from using them :-(

  • I have that problem on slotocash and cant use codes over 90% .becouse i won. I don't really play there much anymore because of this. They send out catalogs with codes and I can never use them. I've basically gone back to local casinos. They don't screw you

    We've asked the casino about the coupons you can no longer claim and the reason for that. I assume the answer would be identical to the one the live support agent gave you, but still, we're going to double check with them.

    Player Key2020567 has been excluded from redeeming coupon codes, because the value of the codes he has claimed more then $2 200 is more then his deposits.
    The restriction is for a period of time, once the player attempted some more deposits, he will be able to use our promotions again.

    Thank you!  I always used coupons, so it’s odd that they exclude me right after I win.  I won’t be depositing there anymore, it took over a month to get paid and now they exclude me from using coupons.  I have been depositing there for years, it’s nice to see how they treat their long time customers

  • My previous issue was resolved, however, now I have won again with the weekly Kudos that the casino credits on Fridays of every week according to your losses for that week.  I made a withdrawl via the bitcoin method and they refuse to pay me via that method eventhough I have been paid that way and deposited that way in the past citing some BS that you can only withdraw your winnings via bankwire or check from "free" chip winnings when bitcoin is clearly listed as a method of withdrawal. Their terms also state that the first withdrawal in every 30 day period is free no matter what method you use but when I went into live chat to dispute their refusal to pay me via the bitcoin method he gave me a hard time and then proceeded to tell me that any other method would also be charged the fee regardless because it was won from a "free chip". What kind of way is this to do business? I'm upset and feel that I should be able to be paid via any method they have via their options. I hope the rep can resolve this issue for me asap.

I also sent an email to the casino and am still waiting for an explanation from them, I have yet to receive a reply.  It just shocks me because I have never had a problem with them until the last 2 cash out attempts.  I honestly cannot wrap my head around the whole denial of the bitcoin withdrawal and the attempt of being forced into a $50 wire transfer fee on a $212 withdrawal, which is a bit excessive AND having to depend on a foreign check to clear is just as ridiculous.  Bitcoin is suppose to be a fast and easy method but it's not if they are going to attach some "phantom" rules to it that no one can actually see.
