  • IMO there is nothing unclear about your complaint. You played non allowed games, which is breach of promotional T&Cs.
    It was your responsibility to read the terms. And you cannot now blame the casino for your own mistake.

    Given how many times you played with a bonus in past, it is quite unclear how is it possible not to check the terms. Again you got no one to blame but yourself.

    And actually if they were to refund you on your past lost deposits, that would set a precedent and invite all sorts of abuse. Plus mind those deposits were lost and it does not matter how you lost it. They did not take the money from you, you spent it / gambled it away. And perhaps got entertained in the process ( as gambling should be taken as fun pastime ).

    But this time you won, and then got refunded your deposit due to breach of the terms. So you cant apply the same logic to your past lost deposits.

    I understand that you are not happy with the answers, but there is really nothing we can do for you. IMO Inetbet is well within their rights to void the winnings and refund your deposit only.

    Why not? Win or lose, the situation is the same. If you take the winnings for a reason the bet is void because of playing on disallowed games, you can't keep the losses also for the same reason of playing disallowed games. The player never had a chance to win at all, the winnings bets are voided, so should the losing bets. ALL bets were on voided games. I repeat, I NEVER played one single bet on any allowed games everytime I played this bonus, I am not trying to to cheat for e.g. playing some balance on allowed games, then trying to play a disallowed game and claim a refund. Obviously that is wrong and absolutely obvious the case I don't do this. Actually more than obvious, the casino could prove if I did this and obviously would have said if I was doing this.

    How does it set a precedent for abuse? You and inetbet said this, I don't get it. If you always play ineligible games on 100% of the bets without noticing, you never can win anyway as it will be voided if you do, so how can you abuse that? It's totally different than someone playing allowed games to try to win, then losing most of balance, and switching to unallowed games and trying to claim a refund. This behaviour is completely obvious.

    I am totally amazed at this stance.

Seems that not resolution comes here either, not that I am accepting anyway, so I would like to ask if inetbet or someone here could direct me to the gaming or licencing board of inetbet so I can file with them directly? The only reason I ask is I can't see any information about any licence or so on there site for e.g. Malta

    They do it for the same reason you accept the bonus, they want more money.

    As soon as you violate the terms - the best you can do is get your deposit back.

    Don't accept and just play bonus free unless you are sure you understand the terms.  If something doesn't seem clear, ask.

    Yes, I agree, and I am asking for my deposits back, having never had any chance to win smiley

    Also, my question still goes unanswered if someone can tell me the gaming or licencing board of inetbet, so I can contact them myself? There is nothing on the inetbet website about this? Actually makes quite nervous as normally this must be made public knowledge. Also requested a callback many days ago to talk on the phone and did not receive anything yet.

    I signed up with them last weekend, submitted my documentation and I got an email saying it was approved in less than a day.  I then deposited on Sunday and played for 2 days and cashed out $500 on Tuesday and by Wednesday it had been processed and sent .. they said it would take anywhere from 2-8 days to see the money in my account.  They were fast, I didn't have to plead with them for anything and it was refreshing to not have to chase my money down.

  • I have been playing at Kudos Casino for about a week, won some and lost some but now all of a sudden I cannot play the progressives.  I don't understand it and support is no help at all.  All of the other slot games are fine, it is just the progressives that will not allow me access.

    The software is downloaded onto my desktop and I've played the Progressives before but noticed that right after I cashed out with them I get an error whenever I log into any of the progressives and try to play. There are no coupons involved as I do not play with coupons AND they don't offer them anyway, instead they offer daily, weekly and monthly cash back on whatever you lose.  This was a straight up deposit with no coupons or casino bonus money involved.

    Support tried to sell me the whole "it's the server the progressives are on and your ISP is blocking access or your firewall is preventing the program from operating".  Well if it were my ISP I would think I would not be able to access ANY of the games and the same thing goes if it were my firewall. Trying to get support to help is like pulling teeth. Instead of offering suggestions on how to remedy the situation, they just say the problem is on my end and has nothing to do with their software, which makes it sound like it's actually them doing it and refusing to admit it.

    Frankly, it is my belief that they have blocked me from playing the progressives for one reason or another but refuse to tell me the truth, why I have no idea.  My account is a brand new account and is only a couple of weeks old AND all of my documents were sent in the first day and verified so that is not an issue, otherwise I would have never been able to cash out AND they wouldn't have paid me.

    I would be grateful if the rep could look into this and see if there is some kind of problem or issue and help get it resolved.

  • Hello i have a few issues with Kudos. I have deposited there just twice. But the first time a few months ago i received my daily and monthly kudos credits. I didnt make another deposit as I was not feeling RTG at the time. I saw on LCB a free chip a few weeks ago and claimed and lost and it made me think about not receiving my weekly credit. So they credited it with no issues. i made my wagering requirements and requested a withdrawal.

    My troubles started after that. I sent in my required documents and waited and waited. So my mistake not theirs. I reversed the withdrawal. And lost it. Again not their fault and not a big deal as it was only for $100.

    But it has been over a week and nothing on my verification. I have sent in the documents a second time and contacted chat several times asking about the status.   • Also I sent them a Thank You letter because I wanted them to know what winning meant to me.  I have terminal cancer, and I have 5 granddaughters that range from 3 to 12, and my dream since finding out about the cancer was to try and win the money to take them to Disneyland, since I will not be around to see them graduate or get married or have kids. So  that in a way upsets me the most is that they never even acknowledged my thank you letter and are just leaving me hanging when they have no idea how much time I have left. Anyways I grew up in a small town where people treated each other with kindness and respect and I just feel so much sadness that I cannot truely feel comfortable that they are going to pay me and I was so excited when I won I told all the girls that I was going to take them and now I worry all day everyday if I am going to be able to keep my promise. Stress causes my cancer to get worse which is so unfortunate, because I should be on top of the world right now planning a trip of a lifetime with my precious granddaughters, my 86 year old Mother (who was the best mother I could ever hope for) and my sister whom e just recently found after losing touch many years ago and instead I am getting worse  everyday with  the stress and anxiety of it all.
