Thank you for adding this free new no deposit bonus. i tried it and i succeeded to get the max cashout of 50$ only the supp told me that the 30$ bonus will be deduced from the 50$ won when to cashout. It s not fair because i had more than 50$ when i completed the bonus they could deduce the 30$ from the bonus when it s completed.

Thank you for your answer Steven, I m not talking about the 50$ that will remain after completing the bonus it s totaly normal because it s the max cashout. When i contacted your support i asked what should i do to witdhraw the 50$, and the answer was deposting at least 20$ and wagering x1 this amount totaly agree with this. But, she also said that i can withdraw only 40$ if i deposit 20$ and that 30$ will be deduces from the 50$ max cashout so my question now is if i deposit 20$ and wagger x1 how much i can withdraw? and if i win from the wagering from my deposit it can be added to my 50$ winning?

Exemple : i deposit 20$ + 50$ that i already have, i rollover x1 the 20$ i win 100$ . how much i can withdraw?

And my last question is if there is a limit in time to make the deposit to cashout the 50$. because i can deposit only the coming friday or next monday.

Sorry for asking so much questions. I just don't want to lose my last chips. After depositing 30$ and wagering X1 and have a balance of 80$ I can cashout 50$ and the remaining 30$ what about them?

As the $30 bonus is non cashable the $30 would be removed from the account. Obviously if you had more than $80 in your account what ever left over from the $50 withdrawal and $30 bonus removal would remain as long as you do not mix the deposit and the winnings from the bonus.

The Casino Representative has advised us that you failed verification. He has seen the documents you've sent and they are not acceptable.
The original ID you've sent them looked a bit weird, so they asked for a picture of you holding the ID. Then they received a picture of a guy holding a different ID. Since  the guy holding the ID looked nothing like the people in both of the IDs, they couldn't accept these documents. 

Please send them the documents they've requested, otherwise we can't help you with this issue.
