Hi, sorry for late reply.
To update you on what has been going on, some of the users that have been mentioned in my previous posts have been banned from our brands; some others may be as well.
The reason for this action is that they had been using betting systems (specifically, systems designed for RTG slots), as well as bonus abuse across all of our brands. Additionally, we found direct association between at least 6 players who also had opened affiliate accounts with RevenueJet, a clear violation of our T&C.
These player-affiliates:
A. All worked together;
B. All opened affiliate accounts;
C. All had unrealistic ratio between deposit/amount of wins--loses/withdraws, and affiliate earnings.
Essentially, when this group of players was not fraudulently winning (using a betting system), they were fraudulently earning affiliate commissions on their own losses.
As a result, the affiliate accounts/player accounts were suspended, and earnings removed. These players are now taking to the forums in an attempt to force payment, despite the fact that they have made fraudulent affiliate earnings. However, this tactic of bullying will not work or change how we operate.
I’d like to assure any legitimate player (the vast majority in this community) that they can safely play in our brands. These are false accusations from a group of individuals who believe that they can abuse the casinos and get away with it.

Loco Panda sent me a winnings check drawn on the Bank of Montreal for $580 -- and it bounced! Now, the online casino is closed down. All I can get from the place is that they are undergoing software updates and will be up and running in a week. They state that the worthless check was a "mistake" and that the casino will make good on the payout soon. What we have here is check fraud, at the very least.

I cannot get into OnBling, LocoPanda or Classy Coin's cashier..when I click the cashier button it just shows "loading" forever..got all these free play offers and can't get past this point on any of these with these 3 casino's only...can get in other casinos so I doubt it's my system

I was able to get into the casinos fine last night,but today is a different story.I keep getting disconnected from the sites.I kept trying and I was able to get back on the sites,but the reels keep spinning without stopping.I read on the forum at ask gamblers that the casinos are down again.

Why would anyone keep money in a casino that's been down for a month. If it goes down for another extended period of time. This isnt the first time this group has been down for a long period. Its no one fault but yours. This is an unstable environment. Processors are going down, Bad checks are being issued. Casinos going AWOL. This is NOT the time to be trusting your money with these companies. If it was me I would make a deposit and either cashout or lose it all in one session. I wouldnt dare leave just a balance just for the convince of keep playing.

Hey you got more to lose then I do. Just don't come crying when it has happened again. Its like when Americans left money in Neteller.They had to play a waiting game to get it back. Then some of them did the same thing with QT. And finally lost it all leaving it in Ewallet Express. See I learned from the Neteller madness. Never left any more money with casinos unless I was cashing out. Never had that problem with casinos going off line for a month. Nor an ewallet disapperaing wih my cash. I think J.G Wentworth said it best “It’s your money;...” So if you feel the need to continue to support these unstable entities. Just be aware of the consquences that follows. nope no response from the rep..just got a new email from Grand parker with a free chip saying they were now up and running- I downloaded them and though I can now get on the site when I click on any game to play I get the message "unable to connect with server"..again they jumped the gun and thinking all is ok to play and it is not

I hope im using this correct i have had alot of issues with a casino and filed complaints but i do want to comment on grandparker casino thats my favorite i have had one issue and it was taken care of the same day. they make fast payments and customer service is great i highly reccomend them......

I cant believe you are coming on here and are saying you highly recommend them. Have you read this thread? Its horrible , its an exact mirror of the thread you keep begging for your money in. These casinos have the same problems. With that being said I would expect you to maybe post something like, "sorry guys im going through the same thing it really does suck". Instead you are recommending them. I really used to feel sorry for you on your issue, but obviously its your choice to play at these known problem casinos.

No i am sorry i didnt read this. and maybe i should of said my experience was good with them. im sorry if your offended by what i said and my heart goes out to anyone having issues that i have had. yes guess i should be ashamed for begging for them to pay me back for bounced check. I disagree with you BMW..she gets to say anything she wants...she had a major problem with Begado and was entitled to say so..and I am glad she did...and she also gets to say her experience with Grand Parker was a good one and they paid her quickly- isn't that what we are here for? to hear the good and the bad experiences so where know where to play..for those of us who will continue (for now) to play online..there is no doubt in my mind that she would be sympathetic to someone having a dificult time collecting her money given what she has been through...she already gave you details of her situation and you are coming across as a bully..yes they all pretty much suck that is a given and there is not a casino on here (or very few) where you won't find a post about a problem somone is having or has had..still there is a strong membership on here..as for me I want to hear every horror story and every story where someone got paid quickly..that is all I have to form my opinions on where to play.

Yes indeed she can say what she wants, we are all entitled to our opinions. I am aware of her situation and have supported her on the other thread with such. My reaction to her post is based upon the problem she is going through. The problems that people are experiencing here are the same she is having. There really is nothing wrong with her post. Yes say you had a problem and say you did eventually get paid, it was the highly recommend part that made me respond the way I did. I do not want to see anyone get burned, there are current on going problems and I would hate to see someone take the highly recommend part and deposit.

@baby --- I apologize if I came off harsh. I think the main thing is you said you recommend the casino that is having current problems, your post is fine it said you had problems and got paid. This is the information that people need to know. But when you recommend them I think you may deposit again or other people may deposit based upon that statement. Right now with all the problems its not a good thing to go deposit at this casino. You do need to keep posting in the other thread about getting your money , you are entitled to it and it is a very bad thing they did with the bad check. Saying you were begging for your money was the wrong thing. You seem like a nice person and please learn from your experiences not to get taken advantage again.

Just to let everyone know, I had words from Matt and my Grand Parker and possibly all other sister casinos were closed due to charge back across the network. I was shocked. I never had a single charge back with this group of casino because I only used prepaid visa card to make the deposits. As you all know, the deposit will be either successful or fail, depends on the balance on your prepaid card and the amount of your deposit. Charge back will never happen. It is unfair, of course.
I already sent Matt a pm to see if he can help me out on this issue. -
