I am very sorry as well. I do not know why a casino would think they can stay in business if they do not pay players. They will be avoided like the plague and lose more money then if they just pay the money if someone wins .

This is what rogues do... Look at the business model that slot nuts, lock casino, virtual group and rushmore group do. RTG is a safe haven for those types of casino operators. That's why its important to stick with solid groups. Always google the casino name followed by keywords such as complaints, non payment, rogued, etc.

I just don't understand after coming on here about my issue, the rep then helps me get $3000 of my $4350 balance, then it's back to square one for the existing $1350 in my account, with several emails going unanswered, and no response on here. Surely after paying $3000, the final $1350 is academic? I sincerely hope someone gets back to me soon to sort this, being given that stupid email again on my birthday no less (bad timing, I guess) is astounding

What I don't understand is why you must deposit again to receive the last payment. Dear God, I am judged for not making a deposit in the last 30 days? How can I deposit again if after all this time and we are talking here about a lot of time I didn't get all the amount? Of course I would not be so stupid.
Matt,I think is time for you to get back here to speak with slotnutter. -

I agree, what does making a deposit have to do with getting paid your winnings. It does not make sense. I will never make endless deposits at any casino, i deposit and play where i want to, and if i win i want to be paid. -

To be honest, they don't give a fug about you or some of their players. If they did they wouldnt treat you the way they do. This group is rogued across the internet and for good reasons. Damn this fugging group! -

I guess not the best time for me and my $1350 for that to be posted.. however Classy Coin have a chance to make a statement to this article and pay the rest of my balance. Come on Mitch, Matt, CC, please, this money is a lot to me and would make a difference to my life -

I have just received an email informing me $500 of the $1350 I requested has been sent to my bank account (not received yet). I don't quite understand why they are sending just 500 of the 1350, leaving just 850, it doesn't benefit them and just costs me more of my money in bank fees when they send the rest.. but anyway, I have requested the final $850 in my account. I sincerely hope the reps here can try and expedite this, it would certainly be a show of good faith to this forum IMO.
I guess happy to receive another 500, or whatever I end up getting in GBP. Hopefully the final $850 is forthcoming very soon. -

that is their "old trick" to send money in $500 installments . They are hoping you will give the rest back.
For the record the only reason why this group and their sister group Affactive are still allowed to be present here ( even though they are de facto blacklisted ) is because we still have some hopes that having their Reps on board will somehow help the players.
Granted we are getting the same ole and lame excuses and being lied to ( both players and LCB management ) that the things are going to change for the better, which in fact never happens.
But again I have to stress out, that if having this topic and their Reps on board is putting additional pressure and having some kind of positive effect to the outcome of the complaints , even if it means having to wait for a long period of time, then it is my firm conviction that it is ( still and somewhat ) beneficial to have them present here.
It is like choosing the less of two evils in some way.
And please allow me to illustrate with one example.
Player A gets their account locked due to (not) random 'security check' and then after 60-90 days gets told they havent been active in 30 days nor made any deposits ( who in their right mind would do that when they r being 'under security check' ?) .
Ultimately the player A wont get paid ever.
Player B gets the same treatment by this group, but ends up posting a complaint at LCB and getting in touch with their Rep(s).
Player B eventually gets paid ( granted if they did not reverse any cashouts and spent it all back , which is ultimately this group's intent ).
I do honestly believe the Reps here are trying their best. But their hands are often tied and they have no influence in decision making.
When we are being lied to that is only because them too are being lied to by their upper management who thinks that cheating players is okay.
When there is silence and no reply, that is only because they were instructed so.
This is by no means trying to make an excuse for them, I am just saying that the real decision makers are pulling the strings.
In a conclusion , We will continue to report and warn players against this group, and at the same time will keep this topic open as long as we think it will help the unfortunate player(s). -

I think this is as good a time as any to mention that I did post this complaint on another portal, a big portal, I think possibly the biggest online and it went unanswered. I would absolutely be an advocator of you keeping this thread open and I do agree that the reps are doing their best. I don't want to be too gracious in my praise because I am still short $850 and it's taken a year to get to this point, but without this forum, and reps present on it, I'd 100% be $4350 out of pocket.
It is a shame because as I logged in just now to request the final $850 in my account, it seems they have done a redesign etc and it all looks very nice, and now they have Skrill withdrawals, which would bypass the bank transfer fee for me (I am not going to add another withdrawal option at this point it will just slow things further) along with the juicy deposit bonuses.. but they really have to keep showing this good faith and IMO they should start by expediting my last $850 that I just requested! -

Zuga you know there is a few forums that doesn't even allow these reps to have an account there; And you know what? No complaints from this group is there either. Because majority of the players there knows not to play with this group. Sometimes just by giving reps a chance. You yourself also becomes an enabler. People will see that and say, "oh if i deposit and then come to LCB and complain I'll get paid". But if the rep's account here was closed. Problem solved! Play at your own risk. But don't come to LCB looking for help.
Please don't take this the wrong way. There was some of us who warned about this group early on. But those warnings went unheeded. In fact LCB started giving cashback bonuses with these groups. I remember when some of us warned about 'Lock Casino'. LCB listed them as #1 on their list for USA play. Come to find out Lock ran off with many of its player's money. LCB used to be a very active forum. Some members left because they felt LCB was promoting such rogue casinos and other various reasons.1.1/ 5

Your support in my efforts to recoup my money here have been most appreciated, but I think you are totally wrong here. This forum helped me get paid, uptil now, $3500. I am sure I am not the only one who has been able to use this forum as a go between for player/rep of this group.1.1/ 5

No offense taken, but I beg to differ. I appreciate you speak your mind, and so will I.
Honestly it is not our concern what other sites/forums do, this is LCB and our records speak for us. IMO We are not being "enablers", as most of the complaints for rogue casinos are coming from players that are not LCB referrals. We rarely get our own referrals complain, for the reason of our warning/blacklist and forum threads like this.
As far as this group goes, yes there used to be the cashback ( for affactive ) which was terminated the moment the serious issues started occurring .
Up to that point they were paying the players ( granted in crappy $500 installments for which we had clear warnings from the start ). There were some slower payments at times yes, mostly accredited to payment processing issues which were out of their hands.
Back then some of their T&Cs were crappy, but at least we warned everyone of them, allowing every player to make an educated decision based on all facts.
Now once these two groups turned fully rogue we have stopped everything, but did allow their Reps to remain here in order to assist.
As far as the Lock Casino goes, it used to be top notch op, then they ran into some money flow issues. That was initially fixed, and they were doing well for a while. Only to fall from grace again.
LCB never promoted Lock Casino when they were rogue, only when they were what then seemed as a solid operation. And if my memory serves me well, during that period we had no major complaints and had an active Rep ,which was part of our requirement ( for player safety ofc ).
We believe that it is better to have a contact and open dialog, as long as there is a will on the other side. This is why LCB has a record for successful resolving of many thousands of complaints ( thats millions of dollars retrieved ). This service is free , and you dont have to be LCB's referral to seek help, and most are not.
We get players that found LCB as the last resort to resolve their complaints. And this is why we choose to keep the line open.
Again, these two groups are de facto blacklisted ( been a while now ), and we will see how things develop as far as the resolving complaints goes, if the Reps actually are being engaged and if the purpose of this thread is still giving results.
So for now We will keep the communication line open.

I see what Chocolateman is saying and I see what Zuga is saying also. What I hate seeing is the repeated post for the exact same things from the exact group of casinos.
What is really needed here is regulation, because no land based casino would be allowed to pull this crap As for the reps, I think Zuga hit the nail on the head. There is only so much they can do,because I do not think they have any control over the crooks that own the group. I would not want a job representing this group, and I am sure it is not easy for the reps either.
What I would love to see happen, is RTG being held accountable for letting these crooks get away with this crap for so long. After all, they are promoting this brand, and it seems this brand will sell a license to just about anyone. Don't get me wrong. there are plenty of honest RTG casinos, but to me it seems there are just as many dishonest ones. I wouldlove for RTG to implement a clause stating that casinos must post a banner on their website stating they are known for stalling tactics and rogue behaviors. That would stop a bunch of these crooks if they had to make it known before players sign up and deposit!! (I know, I know, I am dreaming!)
All the best,

At the end of the day, no matter what warnings are put, people are going to play where they want. I agree with LH. If RTG would take some responsibility and pull the rug from under the rogues, it would make for a better resolution. -

I did not receive any confirmation from Classy Coin, but it appears I have received the final $349 in my account (the conversion works out about right with the usual a little lost with a wire fee or whatever) and in Classy Coin it says the withdrawal was processed. I wasn't expecting any other payment of such an amount so I can only deduce I have indeed received the final $349, and therefore finally received my whole balance of $4350.
I've said it before, but I'd like to say a big thank you for this website for providing this free service on the forum for players and reps to come together. I would also like to say a huge thank you to Mitch, the Revenue Jet rep as I think he worked very hard to ensure that I got paid and.. well I did. I would certainly advise anyone else having similar difficulties to me to contact Mitch from this thread and hopefully he can help you the same way he helped me.
Not sure what else to say but.. Cheers!!! -

Hello,
I'm happy I found this forum. I started playing on ClassyCoin a LONG time ago (not sure how long but at least a year) and had a successful cashout before. After that I've had problems cashing out and some strange checks. Anyways, fast forward a few weeks ago I did play more and got really lucky, won a bit over 20.000. I wanted to just cash out 500 to my skrill account to test if that works, it showed as "processing" for a week and that was it. Now it seems to be cancelled, no email or anything and I have my entire balance as playable in my account. Please help me jswqzs.com and ClassyCoin Rep.
Thank you -

Good luck to you lucky123 and just so that Matt & Co. are aware, I'm one of many watching very closely how this is handled. Do the right thing !
Whether or not this casino does the right thing. They have a horrible track record and should be avoided at all cost. Are you waiting on them to pay a few folks, and lure you back to sleep. Just to pull the crap they do again? Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me... -

Let me give an update:
There were security issues with both my neteller and skrill account (God knows how) and as a result I won't be able to use them for the cashouts. Now I spoke to support again and was finally able to make a credit card deposit. They first got declined, but I made a new card.. that's why the update took so long. Unfortunately no credit card cashout is offered, so I reqeusted a wire transfer. The software only accepts cashouts to US bank accounts with a routing number, not to my german one
So I spoke to support again and they said it's fine - I just need to send an email to support. I sent one to the address he gave me and also replied with the same thing to Mitch since all me previous emails to regular support were ignored. It's been quite a challange to cash out money but Mitches reply gave me hope that it will all go throught now quickly and I can enjoy the money I won.
If a rep reads this please check if it's being processed. Thanks a lot! -

Actually, no I would've never gone near those places ever again. I guess I was just trying to sound like a watchdog. lol As if they really fear anybody anyway... when they are just stealing your money, and about to drop off of the radar screen. I have empathy for those such as lucky123...that now will probably never see a penny !
