  • I've been waiting for 3-4 weeks now on my payout and keep getting told the same thing and been told my payout has been moved to priority or get told I'll be paid before the weekend or by the end of the week and that comes n goes and still nothing ...I can't find a phone to call and it's getting really irritating...I want to cancel my withdrawal and try again but don't want to restart the process...did they take my money or what?

  • Hi I have a payout due to me . It was originally 300 however after waiting over a month to get the same canned response from every customer service representative. I reversed the payout ...played it and won 200 more. Well since I never got paid on the smaller amount, I truly dont believe I will on this one. It's at 500 was requested 01/12/23 it's been past 7-10 days like they kept telling me. I could desperately need it since, I was short on funds for Xmas and had to borrow from a friend  to cover what golden Lady did not pay out. All my documents were sent and it is with the finance department. So anyway you can help would be great.

  • My username with golden lady casino is dddragon7 and I met my play through on a no deposit welcome bonus, made the $25 verification deposit, and requested my withdrawal on 12/24/22. I have confirmed that my documents have been accepted and my account verified, but for the last month they have told me my withdrawal will be processed by the end of the week, but it STILL shows pending and hasn't been paid. Same bullshit answer of paid by the end of the week. I have contacted support and given my bitcoin address so many times but still pending. PLEASE HELP!!

  • To yourself and all the other moderators that have put in the hours and hours of work chasing down deposits from the shady a** casinos like Golden Lady Casino, I would just like to see thank you very much for your hard work put in to claim winnings for us as customers that knew we were taking a big chance by gambling with and out of country Casino. I wish I would have been a member back in the day when you used to be able to actually get a response from Golden Lady and was getting people paid. Unfortunately I missed that boat and I know my story is no different than the rest but I was wondering if by chance you might know of any other organizations companies websites that we could turn to. And by we I mean those of us that are still owed money as I am owed a LOT of money from them.

  • I’ve been waiting for a pay out from this casino for five months. I’ve contacted customer service several times only to be given answers, such as that there is a problem with their financial department and they are experiencing unfortunate delays in processing payments. I’ve been given this excuse for about four months or more now I’ve contacted many customer service representatives with much difficulty I have escalated my case to supervisors several times mainly to one name Cynthia she has given me the same excuses and has offered very little support in getting this payment handled. I am always told to contact support at goldenladycasino or manager at goldenladycasino which I have done many times this ultimately result in nothing I get no email back I get, no answers from anyone. I’ve contacted them over and over again and been on the line many times for hours, trying to resolve these issues that I’m having. I have yet to be compensated I don’t have a huge amount of money there proximately $400 in winnings.

  • Just following up on my old post. Now It's been a year. Yes, that's right One YEAR.   I logged in account today and my $1,296 withdrawal was reverted back into my account because of a "glitch". Now I have to start all over with the withdrawal process.

  • Hi I requested a withdrawal on 12/24/22 after meeting my playthrough on a no deposit sign up bonus. I made the $25 verification deposit, and have now been waiting 7 months for my payout. I have contacted support probably 25 times and get the same runaround every time. Once they asked me if I wanted to reverse my withdrawal to get some double or nothing bonus to which I said no. Now when I logged in to check the status, my previous withdrawal disappeared and the money is back on my account. So I requested another payout and contacted support and they gave me the same old fancy worded nonsense. 7 months for a payout is insane. Please help??

    I have been waiting on a $602 withdrawal from Golden Lady Casino since 5-5-23. I understand that you have stopped receiving responses from the casino reps and in such a case can do little to help, but I wanted to put this out for posterities sake. I have communicated with the casino through both Live Chat and E-mail. They do respond but I get the same canned response every time. I will update this if I get paid.

    In the meantime, if you somehow reestablish communications with the casino, please keep me in mind.

  • I would like to dedicate this post to everyone that has an active withdrawal at Golden Lady Casino that has not been paid and is overdue.

    I had an outstanding transaction for $600 at Golden Lady Casio that I started 5-5-23. I spent almost an entire year talking with live chat, emailing support representatives and managers. I filed a complaint with an official online site that tries to resolve issues as an intermediary, all to no avail. In fact they quit returning email inquiries and live chat went silent as well. This did not deter me from making my twice weekly inquiries to live chat and emails to everyone I had an address for.

    In the last weeks of February this year a live chat agent came on and told me that the casino was now under new management and requested that I submit my verification documents. My withdrawal  request was cancelled and I resubmitted it. After about 7-10 business days (2 weeks to you and me) I received an email approving my documents and that they will look into the withdrawal. 

    To make a short story long, after about another 2 weeks I received $329 in my bitcoin account. The bonus amount of $271 was deducted from the $600. I had forgotten about the bonus. They didn't explain the reasoning for the 1/2 payment and it took another week for them to straighten out my confusion.

    I would suggest that any and all patrons of Golden Lady Casino with outstanding transactions go to the site and try again. I was doubtful that they would complete this transaction, I was pleasently surprised..
