Waiting 6+ Months for BTC Withdrawal?!

Our Tester’s Experience Wasn’t Positive Either

Her first attempt to withdraw took place on the same day, but once again, without success, so she continued playing. In the meantime, she had a couple of winnings, so her balance climbed up to $310.81.
Long story short, she tried to cash out the funds multiple times. As advised by the support agent, she logged in and out several times and tried to split the amount into two installments, but nothing worked. The tester’s final attempt to cash out occurred on March 21, 2022. We published the report on May 6, concluding that the request wasn’t processed.
However, a couple of days after the GoldenLady Casino test report went live, our tester was e-mailed by the casino on May 6. The operator apologized for the delay and asked for the BTC address to process the payment. Our tester received 0.009399 BTC on May 10.
Steer Clear Until Some Major Improvement Is Spotted

It’s a shame this casino doesn’t care about its reputation at all. One delayed payment can be a glitch or a technical problem, but multiple issues reported is simply not a coincidence. Placing them on a Warning list was a wise decision.
