It has been resolved, thank you very much Mr Sloto for your help I didn't have high hopes for resolution but you surprised me and I am so glad because I did not want to play anywhere else, it takes a lot of time and $ to earn platinum status and I didn't want to give it up so I will continue to recommend Slotocash to all my friends and family. thank you!!!!

I requested a payout on 08/13/2015 and received an email confirming that it had been processed on Monday via Card Pay. Everything is wonderful like it usually is with Slotocash, but when I have received these emails before the payout shows up on my card the day after or at the most two days. This did not happen this time and I emailed support to check in. Support said that it can take 3 to 15 days for the payout to reach my card. I have never heard of a 15 day window with Card Pay. Is this new?

I had a cashout from Miami club casino on Dec 23 2015 via card pay as of today Jan 6 i still have yet to receive my cash out to my card, i have called Miami club and yesterday Jan 5 i was told that if it wasn't on my card by the end of the day (Jan 5) to call back today Jan6. Miami club Casino haven't paid me $4460 they Own me
I requested my payment to my debit card and the payment department sent that money to a different credit card , I couldn't get my $4460 from the credit card company because they weren't OK with 2 invoices the casino sent me to provide my credit card bank. The bank refunded the money and sent me the stamens where clear they can see 2 charges one for $2480 and $1980 reflected on that stament.I sent it to the casino people and they refuse to pay me after 3 months trying to get my money. I Need help to get my money .I close my account with the casino.

I spoke with support who confirmed that they are aware of this issue and are waiting for you to send a letter from the bank stating that the funds were indeed reversed, because at this point, the funds have not come back to the casino.

Alright looks like I come to the right place . First of all Players BEWARE of Red Stags deceiving bonuses and may even apply to other WGS software casinos .The issue is when a player receives any bonus funds it shows as Bonus money as you play these funds anything won off a bonus wager placed above the original wager goes into Balance until the original bonus fund balance is zero . And by the way there are several other things in this process that just not right .Mostly communication on there part claiming they could not communicate to tell me my cash out was denied VIA Email but yet did manage to send me the original bonus and security to ask me for my documents and the cashier to ask for those documents and for customer support to send me an email that said this after they already denied my cash out but failed to let me or there own staff know this was sent the Day after I sent this Can you tell me what this means

Here is the kicker that email I sent was the 11 th they responded on the 10th telling me that is the information that we have of your withdrawal. So you don't have to worry, the withdrawal should be issued, please be patient. But on the 2016-06-09 12:44:39 Redeposit 150.00 20160609044438869393000000 Redeposit they already had denied the cash out put 25.00 bonus back into my acct without me having any knowledge as to them giving returning the original 25.00 so when I logged in thinking everything was all good saw 25.00 bonus in my acct and was happy thinking I won this in a tournament I had played turns out I did win in a tournament that day only not at red stag but at Intertops yes I lost the 25.00 no big deal as I had 150.00 coming so I thought and support confirmed two days after they already denied it I would be paid

As a New Casino trying to promote what they Claim to be this great casino .One would think perhaps giving all the mistakes on there part and they made several of them that may or may not question a new or current players trust in them . Myself I worked many years in the Pit as as a Supervisor and there are times when it is best for a casino to pay a player rather then create a negative impact in the public's eye besides it is not very much money to begin with . I am a regular depositor at Red Stag and have some successful withdrawals with them. Never really able to get any freebies from them except the one I purchase from LCB shop. I don't like to use any of their deposit match bonuses for two reasons: 1. Too high WR and 2. no way to know where you are at in reference to the WR ( unless you are the one counting how many spins and at what bet you have spun, not unlike other casinos where there is an indicator on your progress in reference to the WR )
Then, in reference to your case, you may have not went past WR on the bonus that you get that's why they denied your WD, BUT . . why only $25, not the amount you are withdrawing? Well, you should have asked chat about that $25 first before you played it or as you say, it might have come from a tourney win > >should also check the tourney results. Or you might have had many freebies ,have you deposited with them? . Some casinos use the two no consecutive freebies rule. I didn't read their T and C cause never really getting any freebies from them.

If you had already played the $25 you saw on your account, I think there is no more way to go after the failed withdrawal unless you file a "proper complaint" against them. -

Regarding fee chip offers, it is the general rule (especially for US brands) for all no deposit bonuses that they are only allowed for slots play. Once you play any table game winnings from that bonus are instantly void. It is important to read all the terms and conditions, it might not state them all in the mailer but they are clearly outlined in the general terms and conditions in the free chip/ no deposit bonus section and is always the responsibility of the player to read them.
An email can only display so much info, a mailers intention is to grab the recipients attention in order to make a sale. -

I do understand your point of view, however, when doing the audit the same day I applied the $25.00 Free bonus to restart your wagers, I did send the email to your regular email [email protected]., but for some reason, the system won't allow to send any email to your email address, I realized this when I tried to reply to your first email, that is why I had to send it to the casino's email, we don't use the casino's email to provide this type of information, but since we are not able to send any email to your email, this is the only way to communicate, unless you would like to contact me by phone.

I know and pretty much we are at there mercy when it comes to if and when they decide to enforce there T&C and I also have withdrawn from both Sloto cash and the old Desert nights RTG now uptown aces and never had any issues with them but of coarse they were not new and pretty much very professional and yes I clearly violated when I went to table play but this whole ordeal was not right both on parties perhaps better communication could have been better but regardless it will not change the end result balance 0.00

And yes I must admit it is not the first time T&C have bit me .And besides its only 150.00 unlike Lotus asia were I got bit by 23,000 + after i hit the moultin moolah progressive slot on bonus funds .But I must of had some sort of impact on them they did change the way bonus money can be played and no longer will a player ever go thru what i did you can no longer enter a progressive game with bonus funds .Wonder why perhaps although I did not get that money I may have saved someone else the same issues .With that said as much as I like to be able to sit in my home and have a little fun I am tarnished by not knowing if I will get paid or what they will say next so in my opinion I prefer Las Vegas where I am certain I will get paid from free bonus or any bet I make without T&C besides not like I live very far from it 2 hour drive

Thanks for all your patience with this. I had the following back from the casino:
'This is a non depositor customer that received $25 Free Bonus back in 2016-06-07. This bonus has the standard free bonus wagering requirements which are 40X the amount of the bonus on slot machines only. The customer played on both slot machines and on table games (Blackjack) before he completed the required wagers of the bonus.
Please keep in mind that the casino holds the right to void any winnings generated from non slot games if playing with a bonus.
The withdrawal of $150 was reversed and the funds were voided. His account was credited with the original $25 Free Bonus so that he could start wagering again on slots only. The player played the new $25 and lost.
This customer has received a total of $134.80 in free bonuses since his account was opened in December 2015. No deposits have been made yet.
The rules are clearly stated on the casino website and are available for all players to review.

Hi, I have a pretty big problem with Red Stag. It concerns the fact that their Deuces Wild Video Poker game DID NOT Double my $400 to $800. They asked for a screen shot. The truth is I was too caught up in trying to get it to $800 that I messed up and was unable to get the screen shot. The top and bottom amount read $400. There should never be an amount in both boxes at the same time. I deposited $35.55 at 7:30 am on 9-23-16. I need big time help with this problem I have. My Casino account # is RS0313603670.
