  • I've been a long time loyal Cool Cat player for the last couple of years and have spent a huge amount on their Casino as VIP4 (at least 50K). After going on 3 winning streaks  (9k, 14k and 17k) where I've managed to lose pretty much most of those winnings (due to them delaying withdrawal requests) they strip me of my VIP status very abruptly, denying perks like monthly cashback and players rewards that I should  have received had they stripped me of my status the following month. Now I don't get any coupons nor do I get quick support. Moral of the story is do not play here. They will love you if you lose but when you start winning they treat you like crap. Regretfully I referred lots of current paying customers to them and have now told my referrals to play somewhere else. 

  • I played a free spin tournament on Dreams Casino and I took 3rd ($20), so I ask where my tournament winnings are since I was never paid. Mind you, they don't reach out to me to tell me, but wait for me to reach out to them to inform me that I've played multiple tournaments in a row so the finance department has been instructed to halt any payments to me or withdrawals from my account even though I've never won a dollar from playing any free tournaments. They advertise their DAILY free spin tournaments as DAILY and FREE. These casinos are fucking crooks...

  • Wouldn't surprise me if they blew the entire thing off. Most these inclave seem like scam artists unfortunately. I have some family that are attorneys and we've began contacting people who have had similar experiences that are documented. You can rob all the customers you want, but it only takes one to bankrupt your entire business in court. 🤝

    Thank you for the clarification watty2193, I was able to locate one account under this email address which had no playable balance, and no requested withdrawals, only many consecutive free bonuses which had been played to zero and no history of cash deposit. It is worth noting that only one free bonus is allowed between cash deposits.

    Supporting documentation has been forwarded to the LCB team for review.

  • I've been trying to withdraw balance since 12/17. Second withdrawal request initiated 1/2/24. Waited seven days for approval as instructed, request was never reviewed. This is the second time that my withdrawal request wasn't even Reviewed for approval. Place escalated and I was told I would be contacted in 24 to 48 hours. I never was. I contacted your site. They asked me to verify a whole bunch of information including my bitcoin address. It had been 10+ days and I wasn't sure which address I used. So I changed a bitcoin address and I escalated the case told me to check check back in 24 hours and they would re-escalate the case due to the delay. Contact your tech-support for two days and cannot reach anyone. I've had three chat windows open in different browsers, all of which say a different number in front of me in the queue and when it gets down to nobody in front of me, the window just sits blank as the other two support windows in different browsers show the Queue number dropping. so you're either ignoring me or lying about how many people are in the queue in front of me. I've literally waited over a month for withdrawal to be processed that takes hours on the Blockchain. As I cannot contact anybody in tech-support, could you please escalate my case since the review request has been in for 16 days (My second withdrawal request on the same balance amount I've been trying to withdraw) , I was instructed to do this by your tech-support, but I cannot, because I cannot reach your tech-support.

  • I'm not happy with this casino... they took my first winnings from me 2 weeks ago!!! Now I have won again $100 I had deposited then used a NDB so it is on the up and up!!!

    They rave about CRYPTO cash out in as little as 15 minutes ya right it's going on 24 hrs nothing!!!

    Their customer service is horrible it's like they ghost you nobody replies to your inquiries and I'm getting frustrated!! Palace of Chance is part of the Virtual group, and has been known for offering a quantity of no deposit bonuses. This is one of the reasons why they have been under attack by bonus abusers, fraudsters, multi accounters etc, making it harder for regular players.   • Just thought I would come here before it gets to the point of being mad. Made a withdrawal from Ruby on a no deposit monthly bonus for $350. They said it would take 2 weeks and would I like to deposit while I wait. I politely said no, that's why I stopped depositing here. It takes just as long to get your money with a deposit. Actually always takes longer as I'm sure this withdrawal will too. And this is such a shame. I have had more luck and cashed out more times at Ruby than any other casino. The more you win the more they dislike you. They have to see their reputation going down the drain. Believe it or not when I won like $8000 in 2022 they were sending me payments in 48 hours the first few times. Then it got longer an longer. Why Ruby? You had a good thing going!     I had the opportunity to review the situation and it appears all is well in the account, the chip which provided the win in this case ($350) came with a 1x maximum cashout allowing $350 of the available funds to be eligible for withdrawal. The withdrawal method requested by the player is standard Bitcoin which is a manual process and subject to the terms and conditions of the casino regarding withdrawal timeframes (7 business days on approval is standard). The previous $20,000+ you withdrew mplaster was using Coindraw for withdrawal, Coindraw is an automated system which eliminates almost all human contribution and thus the human factor in terms of time. I highly recommend using Coindraw for withdrawal whenever it is available as an option as it normally results in much much faster withdrawal times as you have noted above. All looks well from what I see, we are on business day 2 since request so we should see some movement shortly.   • After attempting to get bank wire transfer approved 3 times, screenshot shows evidence that I was told to withdraw via bitcoin. 
     

    The reason for denying bank wire transfer was because 1) "they show it is a joint account" - Not possible! It is only in my name. Provided proof 3 times

    They also stated 2) They never received the proof that was sent to them 3 different dates to [email protected] -of course they received it! Gmail clearly shows they did! Sent it to them 35 times in one day lol!!

  • This one I'll take responsibility for not FULLY reading the fine print. Won over $12,000 and played roughly $1000 of it on blackjack. Lost every hand so I withdrew $9,750.00, and the casino took all of it lol! Absolute insanity! In retrospect, it is clear they never would have paid out anyways.
