    I promised myself that I would never waist anymore money at this ridiculously tight casino- but like an idiot, I re-installed the casino to claim the LCB free chip today and ending up making two more deposits. Needless to say- that the playtime was, once again, absolutely pathetic. What a scam.

    They will definitely stay un-installed this time!

I truly adore all of the CS reps, and Debbie is top notch. But I have had to make the decision to play at Bet Phoenix from now on where at least I can have a little entertainment.

  • I just closed my account as well. No play time, bonus rounds are just about non- existant, and if your lucky enough to get the bonus round you don't even get your bet back. I was even given 30 dollars to try my luck again, so I did, was gone in 15 minutes. So I just closed my account. I agree with you about the CS, couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of people.

Rather than deposit there at them again, it is time for something new. Everything just seems so tight these days.       When I went to live chat the first time they told me "technical difficulties". Second time, they put back the "one penny" in my account that I had the hardest time getting rid of it. It was bugging me. But I will leave it there so I won't be shut out of any more tournaments. It seems to be a connection.

  • This happens to me daily when i register to play in the tourney it does not open up. So I go to chat and they put 0.01 in my acct and I can play.
  • I have dep meny times here and lost my arse,same thing no play time and bonus rounds never come up.When i ask for a free chip i get 5.00 <-- What a joke.When i dep 100.00 and bonus 200% and its about the same on jackpot capital.I'm getting sick of playing and not haveing the fun i'm used too.

    If you do not take a deposit bonus, you are more likely to get a free chip. This goes with most casinos.

    I myself, NEVER take a deposit bonus b/c I dont want to have to make playthrough on my own money, and immediately after I loose all my money, I go to live chat, and get free chips ALWAYS at JC, TITAN, INETBET, LOCK, & WINPALACE...All RTGS.

    You should get free chips if you do not take a deposit bonus.  wink

  • I just thought I would drop a note and say that I am no longer a depositin player at Titan.  It used to be the only rtg I deposited with.  However, with the change in management, I don't trust them.
    Heck I lost my account manager who used through me freebies every week. 
    As for freerolls, I would have reconsidered my decision if they were handled differently.  It is a crap shoot whether or not the casino loads and then a bigger crap shott whether or not I can register for a free roll.

    Anyway, I just wanted to share a few thoughts.

  •   Last week I put over $1500 at Casino Titan. I was relieved when I won back $400. That was on the 17th. I rememember it taking only 2 days before. I went to try and play with $8 in comps and got a message it was excluded from promotion? First time I noticed this. It was in the redeeming coupon part too. When I asked in chat sounded like I was just cut off from these. I wasn't too concerned about redeeming any coupon, but it really bothered me after putting all that money thru in one night that I wasn't entitled to something I actually earned.  Anyway yesterday I get an e-mail from finance, said casino under new management and need to resend old documents. So I did even wrote out by hand faxback form. He said I could rdeem my comps.  But later when I tried same thing and support said no Frank till tomorrow and nothing they can do. I wrote back to Frank, no answer, support said they'd write to me when they talked to him or found out anything. I already was figuring I'd have to wait 2 more weeks any way to make it thru 10 business days. I don't know why they wait till now to ask me for this, maybe because I've been trying to get some answers and talk to somebody. Neil isn't there any more. I sure hope this isn't some sort of "sting" deal.  Maybe I shouldn't have sent off my docs, but hell I want my money. They still made plenty of profit. Now that my docs are in their hands why isn't the money in my Quicktender yet?      This might not be the proper place to say this, but I do have a point when I say Inetbet is awesome!

  • I believe you have to ask livechat because they have changed owners and no rep has been here from the new owners. I wouldn't deposit there anyway, but that is just my opinion.

  • hi.  i played in casino tita 's tournaments and loved it.  i lost silverlight, crashed  my computer trying to get sl back.  now, after 3 weeks i succeeded but titan comes up a restricted sight that i can't overcome.  checked my restricted list made by whomever, i guess the anti virus program, took it out as casino titan and titan casino.  still restricted when i try to get online.  internet explorer refuses to show the site.  any ideas? i have only used a computer for a year,but i fixed silverlight in the registry, so i'm game for anything.  would there be a restriction in the registry?  try to give me a few ideas to try cause i really enjoyed your tournaments.  thanks. have a great week.  karensg1

  • I use to deposit before Winpalace took over but once Winpalace took over Casino Titan I deposited much much more regularly.  I hate that I have to earn 200 points to just earn 1 buck in comps.  Winpalace doesn't operate this way so I thought it would have changed with the new owners.  I recently won over $600 and played it all back even though I made playthrough.  I was only able to get 3 or 4 bucks in comps with all my play.  I would appreciate if you could look at my account and see if there is something available for a loyal depositor who has never cashed out.
