Actually...they practically don't exist here And for my birthday they gave me the SMALLEST birthday chip "$7"  and I play here the most   I got way more from casinos I have never even deposited at(LUCK3, CasinoVEGA, VEGASREGAL(won here) I know it is a free birthday chip, but I did not at all feel like a valued player on my birthday with Casino Titan

thats awful. I got $50 from inetbet last year and cashed out $500 after playthrough.

I love Casino Titan but I was hit by a car and on crutches cant drive or deposit on my VISA it's a reloadable one. Thats why Casino has not seen me in a while. I was wondering do you give sympathy chips to try out the new games? I saw that game Triple twister under newslotgames RTG.  I cannot believe you are one of the first ones to have it. Since I have to have a Surgery I probably wont be walking for a while. Oh and the 20yr Uninsured Driver nothing happened to. Why? He was borrowing a friends car and in California it is NOT against the law to hit a pedestrian. If the police do not cite him the DMV says NOTHING against the kids license either. GOOGLE it. California the insurance goes with the CAR not the driver.  The car owner's insurance coverage denied why driver was not covered on the policy.

I would love to see Casino Titan offer an ND free chip once in awhile.  I think that the support is great, and payout times are great, but I tend to play more where I am offered a ND from time to time.  Maybe a small ND when a new game is released, or player appreciation chips, any kind of free chip.  Great casino, nevertheless!

I doubt it too. Some of these more reputable casinos just dont believe in free chips. However in Casino Titans defense, they are very generous to me when I go to live help and ask for a free chip off of my deposits. If I deposit $25, and burn thru it, I usually go to live chat and ask for a freebie, and recieve $5.  If your a depositer, they usually have no problems giving a free chip.  At least in my experience.

Heres another suggestion:    Don't be afraid to get to know the VIP Manager Neil. I emailed him today to see if they had any freebies for Halloween, and he put in $10 in my account.    Now I know he can't do that for everyone, but if you are a depositer, it may work for you.

When I asked for a  birthday chip that I never got, I had to wait for approval, didn't hear from them about that. And it's embarassing, at times I am so pathetic. I do love all their customer support and they have given me lots of little surprises.

Good news, I wrote and Debbie sent an email back, that said I qualified for a halloween treat, I checked and had $7 in there.  I played Triple Twister and right away hit a bonus for almost $200, I managed playthru and cashed out $150.  Thanks CasinoTitan.

First I would like to say I have heard nothing but great things about your casino and that is why I decided to deposit with yall for the first time today.  I deposited 25 dollars with a whopping 400% bonus and 25x play through which was discussed before I deposited.  I thought WOW this is going to last me a while and I am going to have a blast playing.  First, I did not received the full 400%, I only received $105 to  play with.  I did not even realize it until after the fact that I had lost everything in a matter of MINUTES!  I have heard yall have the loosest slots on the net from friends but boy was I wrong.  With $105 betting no more than 1.25 each spin I lost in a matter of MINUTES! (7MIN) And that is with SEVERAL bonus rounds.  I am very very very disappointed in not only the fact that I did not receive my full bonus but how quickly I lost at this casino.  I then contacted customer service and was awarded a WHOPPING 20% back on my deposit with a 50x playthrough!!!! What a joke that was, I almost felt like that was a slap in the face seeing how this was my first deposit with yall.  Unless you are able to do something without some outrageous playthrough I will never deposit here again and will spread the word on the casino forums on how disappointed my experience at casino titan has been.  I really hope you are able to work something out because I have heard nothing but positives about this casino.  Please respond asap as I work in sales and customer service and I expect very quick responses.  Also, I was not planning on cashing out or winning big but enjoying atleast 30 minutes to an hour of play time at the casino.  I know that you run a business but my gosh when I lost this quick at the casino I am just speechless.

Sounds like the promo was added for a deposit of $21 instead of $25.  This is something you should bring up with support, especially if you are sure your deposit was $25, because mistakes like this shouldn't happen.  As for losing $125 in 7 minutes, that just how luck is, something you can win but sometimes you have to expect to lose.  I know that is sucks to have short playtime, it happens to me all the time.  But definitly bring up with live support about your deposit promo, see if they can credit you with the rest.  Good luck!

Already did and they told me the max bonus I could get with a 25 deposit is 80 dollars which is NOT what they told me when they offered 400% bonus...

very very frusterated so far with the casino I hope support will do something to put a grin on my face..

I have been playing at titan for a long time now and have been a regular depositor and have cashed out a few times with no problem. I recently made a withdrawal request on the 20th of april and again on the 23rd of april totaling 500.00. I still have not recieved the money. I have contacted finance and my vip manager several times over this period and keep getting told the money will be paid. In the past it has only taken 5 days. I have always enjoyed playing at titan but this has caused me to lose interest in playing here anymore. Any suggestions?  Thanks
