I see you are able to reply here from time to time. Why do you keep ignoring the real content in your replies ? Why can't you answer my questions about the case ?
You took € 240, the least you can do is tell me why. Why can't you tell me why you took my money in the first place ? What is the secret ? What are you hiding ?
You have a suspicion on Bonus-fraude or that i am in some kind of betting group. What is the suspicion ? bonus fraud or a betting group ? or both ? What bet or bets ? What group of people ?
Yes i crossed a line by trying to contact the CEO’s and the head of customer service on Facebook. And after they did not reply, i tried to reach out to 3 relatives.
It was a respectfully typed message, just explaining the case and asking for a way to get in contact with you guys. I did not threaten anyone, i did not stalk, i did not use abussive language.
But all this was 3 weeks after my money was taken and my accounts were blocked. I had been ignored for weeks ! My hands were tied. I apologized multiple times for my (re-) action, i also apologized to them personally. No harm was done, can we please move on ?
My deseperate reaction does not give you guys an excuse, and definately not the right to keep my money.
It is entirely unrelevant.
Here is an extreme example:
If some guy steals your bike, does that gives you the right to break in to his house and steal his TV ? No ofcourse it doesn't. But if you do, does that give them the right to keep your bike ? I don't think so.
It’s not like you can decide that the penalty for contacting you by Facebook is € 240 exactly. It makes no sense.
You could or maybe should report me to the police or other authorites for my actions. I am not sure one message is considered stalking. I am not sure my civilized, non-violent and non-threatening way is considered harassment. But maybe i overstepped on some privacy law? Maybe the authorities will fine me, maybe even more than the € 240-,. It still does not change the fact that these are still seperate cases.
Also you guys told me in hindsight that you were :
‘happy to help out and you were willing to refund the ammount, if i did not use Facebook to get in contact with you guys'.
Are the reasons for your suspicion so doubtfull that you could have just refunded it ? Is that why you can’t tell me the reasons ? (if there is a reason at all)
And what did you do in the first 3 weeks to help out ? I e-mailed you dozens of times without any response. You guys actually decide to block me at SvenBet and when i tried to connect the live chat at Campeon-Bet you blocked me there aswell.
Let’s be honest, that is not helpfull at all !
It seems you were never willing to help me, nor refund the ammount.
If you were, why aren’t you anymore ? What changed ? I apologized multiple times. Those people received ONE message, no harm was done.
What can i do to discuss my case ? I am looking for a solution.
I am getting tired of this, i am sure you guys are too.
Let’s just start over and talk about the case, we are all adults here.

I looked at their site, they gave SvenBet a Bad Reputation and 3,9 out of 10. I don’t think they are a fan of your way of dealing things. However they just decided to investigate my reactions to you in stead of the casino for some reason. I have been in contact with CasinoGuru afterwards but they can not do anything untill they have a response from the Gambling Authority in Curacao.
