    It was you alone that admitted using these specific IPs on one of your emails.

    Feel free to share with the rest of LCB users the email that you are admitting the use of these specific IPs and also inform them about the result of your complaint to our regulator in Curacao.

    In anyway, we understand that no matter what info we will provide you, you will never be satisfied, however that is what regulators are for and therefore once again we consider your case closed.

    I have spent a lot of money on lawyer fees and I was told that Curaçao regulators will not help anyone.

    LCB also cannot assist us as they are also fooled by Campeon’s dirty tactics and lies.

    Watch this video of the owner of Campeon....its all a lie because they don’t care about their customers, they just want to steal people’s money and they get satisfaction from it. I have tried to contact the owner of Campeon 1000 times but he never replies contrary to what he says in this sad interview.

    The advice I was given was to stay away from betting companies who have the same license as Campeon’s companies. This could all change if they get the MGA license but who knows what will happen, it’s still not clear but we will know the truth soon enough.

    Campeon are treating us very badly and they think we are fools and the truth will all come out eventually, this is a fact.

    You took € 240, the least you can do is tell me why. Why can't you tell me why you took my money in the first place ? What is the secret ? What are you hiding ?

    You have a suspicion on Bonus-fraude or that i am in some kind of betting group. What is the suspicion ? bonus fraud or a betting group ? or both ? What bet or bets ? What group of people ?

    Yes i crossed a line by trying to contact the CEO’s and the head of customer service on Facebook. And after they did not reply, i tried to reach out to 3 relatives.

    It was a respectfully typed message, just explaining the case and asking for a way to get in contact with you guys. I did not threaten anyone, i did not stalk, i did not use abussive language.

    But all this was 3 weeks after my money was taken and my accounts were blocked.  I had been ignored for weeks ! My hands were tied. I apologized multiple times for my (re-) action, i also apologized to them personally. No harm was done, can we please move on ?

    My deseperate reaction does not give you guys an excuse, and definately not the right to keep my money.

    Here is an extreme example:

    If some guy steals your bike, does that gives you the right to break in to his house and steal his TV ? No ofcourse it doesn't. But if you do, does that give them the right to keep your bike ? I don't think so.

    It’s not like you can decide that the penalty for contacting you by Facebook is € 240 exactly. It makes no sense.

    You could or maybe should report me to the police or other authorites for my actions. I am not sure one message is considered stalking. I am not sure my civilized, non-violent and non-threatening way is considered harassment. But maybe i overstepped on some privacy law? Maybe the authorities will fine me, maybe even more than the € 240-,. It still does not change the fact that these are still seperate cases.

     Also you guys told me in hindsight  that you were : 

    ‘happy to help out and you were willing to refund the ammount, if i did not use Facebook to get in contact with you guys'.

     Are the reasons for your suspicion so doubtfull that you could have just refunded it ? Is that why you can’t tell me the reasons ? (if there is a reason at all)

    And what did you do in the first 3 weeks to help out ? I e-mailed you dozens of times without any response. You guys actually decide to block me at SvenBet and when i tried to connect the live chat at Campeon-Bet you blocked me there aswell.

    Let’s be honest, that is not helpfull at all !

    It seems you were never willing to help me, nor refund the ammount.

    I looked at their site, they gave SvenBet a Bad Reputation and 3,9 out of 10. I don’t think they are a fan of your way of dealing things. However they just decided to investigate my reactions to you in stead of the casino for some reason. I have been in contact with CasinoGuru afterwards but they can not do anything untill they have a response from the Gambling Authority in Curacao.

Your policy says nothing about the prohibition of using two IP addresses, these addresses are separate. One of them is the IP address of the T-Mobile mobile network, and the other is the wireless Internet WI-FI in my home in Poland. As you can see, none of these IP addresses uses the VPN, which you proved by sending an ID. These addresses are in Poland, because I live here.     You took out all my winnings (€181), with vague acussations of cheating, of course without giving any proof of that. Ok, it's your fucking casino, I don't agree, I think what you do is illegal, but it's ok, it's your casino, it's your bonus,  and you do whatever the fuck you want with it, right?

    But how can you explain here to all our fellow colleagues from @lcb and the rest of the people who are reading these posts that also you never gave me my deposit back?
