Yes the fact i dmed one of ignition twitter account that said to dm if having login issues which i did but i guess it was the wrong one screenshots show it But after waiting 3 days then messaging the other got a reply but more less said its 3 days past the day the issue happened so they wont honor or do anything for that day. In the past they have but in the screen shots you can see i did in fact messaged one ignition account so why cant the honor it. Its not like i dmed bovada or slots.lv like come on. Their site has been very unstable imo they should make some attempt at making it right or yet do what they did the last time this was a issue

Hello community i am newly registered here. been a long time viewer and visitor and actually just joined officially.
I recently just signed up with slots.lv as referred by a colleague. deposited via bitcoin and played through the bonus etc. win something small and decided to withdraws like $250 out of the $1000 i've accumulated.
soon as i did that mg account was disabled and got email saying account is under investigation as of 07/19/2022
my suspicion is that they're not to keen in me initating a payout soon after joining!? my issue is yes i'm new but i rightfully won and didn't withdraw the whole thing as i wish i did. anyway i've been in touch with them numerous times via email and all i get are generic responses and similar answers that a concerned team is still reviewing account. i don't have an eta , no solid answers and that's what drives me nuts.
as of 07/26/2022 i got email saying my withdrawal was cancelled with no further details as to why. the last response i got from them was couple days ago saying the same thing thst it's still under investigations?! this is becoming stressful as i'm in the dark, my money is held and this casino site has been ddos attacked numerous times recently and i'm not feeling comfy and safe them doing this. what recourse do i have ? any help mitigating this would be appreciated.
this is such unfair practice i know it is.

i recieved another response from slots.lv of course it is the typical generic type response. i'm so patient and try to remain patient but this whole order of delaying and making a person wait is just flat out dirty and awful. how could an organization do this? i've googled scenarios similar to mine and apparently this site along with its sister sites are known to do these kind of things. i just wish that they were more informative and just say it up front. "if your a new account - don't withdraw or we will red flag you" that's what this is anyway? they said some suspicious activity ! what suspicious activity the only thing that smells suspect is the type of crap their doing my goodness.

This whole industry is loaded with bullcrap and ive had so many issues with all casinos over the years. One thing I can say is that Ive never been screwed by this casino group. Ive done many thousand dollar withdrawals with no issues ever. The only other casino I rate higher would be the slotland group but these guys are a close 2nd in my opinion. If you did nothing wrong let them do their slow little investigation and in the end you will get your money. Personally I think their customer service is a dog sh*t slow and inefficient to say the least. Ive had one of these exact type of investigations and it went in my favor in the end but it just took some time.

Hi in wondering if someone can help me. I submitted a withdrawal on Bovada last night at 9pm CST. As of now, 12pm CST, it's still pending. Never has a withdrawal taken this long and I'm on Ignition, Slots.lv and Cafe regularly. I've asked what the hold up is and I'm just told it's still processing. My brother referred me and helped me open up the account because I am disabled and have trouble with these things sometimes. Is there any reason why the other players with the same disputes either had the option to withdraw all of their balance and even their winnings? Why is it that I have not been given either option? I also see that some players were granted access to their account but without bonuses....why is this not an option for me? My brother only helped me open my account and email and shown me hpw to deposit with bitcoin. He has never even so much as played on my account. Should I be punished for being disabled and needing help with these types of things? Any further help or explanations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Casino Representative responded for both of your cases as they are similar. This is what they said:
"It was determined that the accounts were involved in a breach of our Refer-A-Friend Terms of Service. Due to this breach, the decision was made to terminate the business relationship with the players and discontinue all services and products offered. As a result, any available balance was voided."
Due to this reason your accounts are banned. The Terms of Service for Refer A Friend can be found on the website. Let us know if something is unclear.
Thanks for the reply. What is unclear is the question of why do they have different outcomes for the same supposed breach of service to certain players? Some are simply left without bonuses but are still able to play on the site and make their withdrawals? How do they decide what types of punitive measures will be applied to certain players? I don't think it's ethical to decide players with the larger balances be completely voided and banned from the site.

We are sure they have a team that makes these decisions strategically, we won't get into why they make certain decisions but as you can see in the Refer A Friend Terms of Service they say the following:
Ultimately, it varies from player to player with how they decide what actions will be taken. They reserve the right to make these decisions and make a judgement of how they will move forward with the case.
I still haven't heard anything on my concern. Have they contacted you or are we still waiting a response? I mean it was a awhile ago now so really Im passed it. However it would sure be nice to see a response from them cause honestly their customer relations/Loyalty has gone way down hill over the past 8 or so months imo!!

I received a notification from Bovada service threatening me with disciplinary action if I don't stop requesting free bonuses. I ask for a free bonus after I have made a deposit. I didn't realize that this was a infraction of their terms. I have never been treated so poorly by a onsite casino.

So after being Blind sided today and Talking with Ignition Casino on the phone. I received a followup email and feel their is issues that need addressed and I feel that the New Players and even some of the older players need to be informed on. So to save on typing I'm just going to cut and paste what I sent back.
"Let me start with saying Belinda was great and I feel she did what she could with her hands tied. So She's a 5 star in my book. However this follow up is receiving 1 one star because anymore I feel ignition casino upper heads/marketing cares one bit about loyalty been here since the day I started online gambling, Referred multiple players here because at that point ignition maybe me feel wanted and and felt safe over all other online casino's. But WoW over the last year to 2 things have changed so much. Making changes to lower rate of mile points, Adding more play through and that's just a couple but the icing on the cake is your don't even inform your players before hand and allow them to make a deposit the find out that your screwing them once again. So highly disappointed in the direction this casino is heading makes my stomach sick. Max Loyalty and still get split in the Face!!!! All I can say is glad I found couple of other good casinos while your never ending maintenance/cover up issues were going on!!!! Truly thou really hope Ignition turns things around before they loses to many Loyal Player and cant come back from it. Because we all know once the loss of income gets to a point that's when the remaining loyal players get blind sided by yet another loss of incentive."

First off I wanna say bravo to the top notch customer service agents at ignition. So apparently they made some changes to the loyalty program due to the state of the economy. So in an effort to make enough money to buy Wayfair cabinets, endless supplies of adrenochrome and fund CP movie studios, all players must deposit 100 instead of 30 to get the weekly bonuses that were also downgraded.
So I asked for them to give me an entry into the poker tournament since I was used to getting it for the last 5 years or so. The agent who I won't call a customer service agent, said they would rather disable my account than give me a free entry to the poker tournament. Yeah the poker tournement that the prizes have already been allocated for. Apparently making me entry number 671 into the tournement was going to break their system so they disabled my account instead.
That's like going to the Boston marathon and they expect 4500 runners and 1 extra shows up and they would rather cancel the whole race then let that 1 extra person join the race. 4500 is safe but if we have 4501 runners the roads will collapse from the added weight.
Some weeks I've depositted 600-700 dollars at ignition with no wins. I'd love to see the pedo supervisor brag about disabling my account to the owners.

customers/players are what drives your sales and apparently they wont figure this out before they lose everyone. But then again maybe they should, it's not like they act as if their concerned about it. Also not directed toward front line agents I"m sure this issue has made their job load heavy answering everyones DMs
Hello Jessica, I need some help this happened a while back but I am still awaiting resolution so I came here, So I am a player at ignition casino and I made 3 deposits with bitcoin to which I made sure to activate the bonus and never received my bonusus and when I addressed this to the staff there they kept on giving me different reasons as to why I didn't receive it, one example was that I supposably did not qualify for the bonus, which I not true since at the time of this there was no requirement other than to deposit a minimum of $20 in Crypto and to activate the bonus. Which I did just as I always did before that and had no problems with it before. However the other reason why I was told because I needed to deposit $30 in order to qualify for the bonus! Which when I showed the rep a screenshot of the bonus and how she was in fact mistaken , and only $20 was needed to qualify I was dropped from chat and left their to talk to dead air. When I posted this on a forum someone tried to help but was way off topic and finally an agent assisted me but told me that the crypto match bonus no longer existed and that it was not available, and proceeded to comp me $15 in hopes to shut me up! However I am not satisfied with this because i deposited more than $15 worth of bonus and last i checked the bonus is still up and being advertised. Please help me resolve this issue so that I can again play at ignition casino. Thank you
