    I wasnt ever asking fot $1000 back or even $500 for that matter....but the truth is that I made playthru and i tried to cash out multiple times but was prevented from doing so-and even tried contacting support over 10 times during this period but i never even got an answer---so considering the fact that i made playthru with at least 500 dollars left in my account and I tried to cashout that money but couldn't....so i believe its only fair that they give me something. if not the 500 bucks then at least credit my account for half of it.  $250 would be fine. I would never say another word about it then....i just wanted them to do something instead of fighting this tooth and nail.  are they that cheap?  is that too much to ask?

    There is nothing further we can do regarding this case. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint please file a complaint to their licensor and I'm sure they can assist you. If you broke casino T&C as the casino explained to us there is really nothing we can do to make them pay your winnings.

    maybe im confused, but i thought this casino and their rep was supposed to be honest and always fair-so when I follow every rule perfectly and they admittedly added an old bonus's wagering requirements onto a brand new deposit( I had 2 pennies in my balance that were tied to the prevuous deposit...AND I FORFEITED THOSE 2 PENNIES BEFORE I MADE THE NEW DEPOSIT)...I am still somehow at fault?

    and if contacting their licensing board is the only thing i can do then so be it...but ive put alot of time into this and you knew as well as I know that i am right in this complaint...so why not ask the rep to do the right thing? unless you just think im a liar ..if so I can provide proof

    seriously though, how in earth did you come up with the idea that "I" violated any of their terms or conditions? I most definitely did not!  

    so in the end, they can just give you any excuse they want and that be the end of it? whats the point of even having this forum if there is no accountability for the casinos or their reps?  and if you actually read my complaint in its entirety then there is literally NO WAY an honest person would take the casinos side.  I did nothing wrong....i was given false information over and over and over again in regards to my playthru status and was blocked from cashing out because of it---and their excuse is that they added an old bonus to my new bonus and combined the playthrough on both of them---THEY ADMITTEDLY VIOLATED THEIR OWN TERMS....but the rep is fair and honest....LOLOLOL

    if they were fair and honest then they would stop violating their own terms and conditions.

  • I always forfeit my bonus before making a new deposit. I thought that was the process. Just don't play with bonuses cause they are bullcrap with too much red tape. Play straight money, hit em and run. Efffff all that play thru on a match code. The only time I get f-ed from a casino is when match codes are involved.

    Betting over limit at any RTG dump. Rolling play thru into a cash tournament win at VC/CS. Winning over 1000 at any genesis dump. I could write a book the times a bonus effed me.

  • Ok so i have been a loyal player at bovada even 1 step from max loyalty rank. Here is my complaint they posted a bonus on my account bonus tab for free spins and comp points pictures will be attached. On this bonus it didnt say there was a minimum deposit requirement. And under there bonus terms of agreement it states if no minimum deposit noted then it default to a qualifying deposit of 20 dollar to active bonus. So I deposited 21.00 and recieved no bonus. I messaged support and they told me it was a 100 min deposit so no bonus even thou it was posted. I talked to 2 different people both said they we're in charge and got no where. I got pictures of chats also. Sad loyalty doesnt stand of anything it seems anymore. Please help if you can thanks

  • Since I have created an account to present day the amount I have spent at this casino is too much for the treatment I and dishonesty I have received. 5-7 minutes is the supposed wait time for a chat rep..that is a lie. More often than not the chat reps do not respond. I deposited monday.Wish I had not to be honest, because after I had spoken with a chat rep previously she stated to me how due to me not having deposited recently that that was reason for no bonus to be applied. And how if I made another deposit that a bonus can be considered. When I attempt to apply bonuses during depositing this does not apply or work I get error messages etc. After an entire day I got a response in chat and the "bonus" was a 7 dollar sit and go for poker. I do not play poker. And no idea why it was so difficult to do an evaluation of the amount I have spent since creating an account and make proper accommodations. On twitter Bovada is giving away free spins and bonuses yet when I am inquiring about issues and errors as well as losses then I get ignored, dismissed, or a bonus of disinterest. I can not see myself continuing with bovada when they are being dishonest and are very inconsiderate with some one who has made proportionable  deposits that would deserve better than what is given and furthermore ignoring and dismissing me when communicating with them.

  • Hi I've read many horror stories of online casinos holding funds, for bonus abuse etc. Thought I'd never have this issue seeing as well I don't abuse bonuses I read all terms and conditions therefor I can't be ignorant to the rules. Therefor wouldn't find myself in an inconvenient situation such as this. However I've done nothing wrong no bonus abuse no multiple acounts nothing like that. I simply got lucky and hit big off of reward points ignition casino gave us due to longest ever cyber attack just eating up our money  , along with their sister sites.i have an acount at Cafe casino and slots.lv and have never had any issues. I tried ignition casino deposited 1 or 2 times before using my 10$ in reward points thay had 1x roll over and hitting 50, then 60 , then few hundred then few thousand then 20k within 25 minutes  tops. I was beside myself 26k from 10$ I'd never believe it if I didn't see it myself.  Truly got  lucky .I  Put In for withdrawl of max amount which was 9500 and played with the rest and of course lost the rest but it was okay because 9500 wasn't a bad gig from free money. After I spend the 16k back in. They then disable my acount. Convenient right ? Would think theyd disabled it after requesting withdrawal or not at all. So that to me seems ill intention on their part. But I'm sure it's just a "coincidence " otherwise i feel i also deserve that money back and they can disable it right after i withdrawl of an investigation was trully warented. They Eventually sent email saying it was under investigation 🤔 for what? Winning? Withdrawing when I didn't deposit? I've done nothing wrong. I got ahold of chat they said they would email me.  waited... nothing for days. so I became proactive sent my  license front back with selfie to [email protected] and appealed to their ego and offered phone number etc for any further questions they have. they did respond next day with confirmation of verification. Reached out after 48 hrs to get an update. they said my identity was verified but the investigation was still going on  no time frame just completely at their mercy . How much investigation could possibly be needed for 25 minute's of play? I mean really They should not be able to hold our winnings for "investigation" without a time frame followed. Same as verification 24 to 48 hours for example this allows for abuse of power and we little guys are at their mercy. This was a blessing I need this funds asap they are messing with my and kids livelihood. I won fair and square no violations have been made ,no bonus abuse, no multiple acounts nothing just simple right game ,right time, got lucky unless your religious I'd been praying for some help with money lately behind on rent so I would like to believe prayers where answered but it's kind of hard to be happy about a blessing that is unjustifiably being held with no legitimate reasoning. no updates( that's just common courtesy) just radio silence on their end. this  shouldn't be acceptible anywhere ever except maybe organ donation. you have a right to know time frame its called mutual respect for others. they should be held to a timeframe deadline of sorts. Otherwise they are taking advantage of the customer. Technology now days you can just about research anyone  get backgrounds etc . Within few days tops. I have things to get done in limited time I would appreciate them concluding their  investigation. And processing my withdrawal . Immediately as it's already been 10 days. And I'm quite fond of shelter I'd like to keep the roof over My head thank you. please if you could help me I promise there is nothing to warrant this investigation it truly is as simple as I stated. I know they'll eventually give me the money but I don't have that kind of time nor should I have to wait unnecessarily so. I should get to be excited about a win like this. they are robbing me of it. Instead I am stressing over the amount of time they are eating up. This money  will keep a roof over our head rather then homeless at the end of the month. time is of the essence. 🙏

  • So I recently had started a account with Ignition casino and I was just trying my luck and I started to win money so I decided why not try to get ahead and send my identification to their verification department so I sent and email of my Colorado Id card and then I waited the next morning I seen it wanted me to do the automated version of the identity verification which I tried to do but my phone camera wouldn't really work so they sent me and email saying that I had to go ahead and send them my ID front and back and then also a selfie of me holding my ID by my face which I did then I sent it and then minutes later it said thank you for the information your account is fully verified and then I started to play someore and then I started winning more ended up with over 3 grand so I decided to submit a withdrawal request and I did and then I noticed that my account was temporarily disable and then I've tried to contact customer service and they won't tell me anything but I'm so confused and I have so much I need to get done with that money

  • I have been an avid depositer to the brand until about 9 days ago. That's when Bovado.lv locked me out of my account during 2 high stakes poker matches without warning and have yet to provide a clear explanation why. I was told my account is frozen pending an ongoing investigation. This was over a week ago and still cannot get a customer service rep to give me anymore info whatsoever. 

    I pay to play at Bovado, Slots.lv, Ignition and Cafe Caaino. I abide by all of the rules and do not think it to be very good customer relations to literally kick me out during the final rounds of what probably would have landed me a $500+ Win on the poker tournaments not to mention the few hundred I had in my account at the time.

    After years of praise and  giving exemplary reviews to one of my favorite online establishments, I regret that I will not only be giving bovada a thumbs down but am shaking my head at the outcome of this situation!! 

    As a weekly depositor and player, one of the main reasons I chose Bovada was due to the Exclusive benefits they offered players like me for using btc only.  And I read and understood clearly the changes to their reward system for players like me, however, they still advertised (and are still advertising) the ability to receive such weekly extra bonuses on deposits.  But my most recent deposit (which was over their mandatory $35 minimum) never received any bonus points or spins.  I attempted to reach live support for almost 10 days before finally talking to a live agent, only to be told  they weren't offering btc Exclusive bonuses anymore.   I mentioned to support that they still advertised on their promotional page but support refused!

    As an advocate and regular depositing player I'm utterly disgusted that they'd rather lose my money than to hold to their word.

    So I have been playing on Ignition casino for a few years. Once my daughter came of age she wanted to play as well. She lives in Idaho, I live in Oregon. 

    I referred her to play while she was visiting and I could show her the process of everything and how to use the site and as for the welcome bonus and everything that comes with just joining. 

    She initially deposited ~179 usd in bitcoin using the 300% welcome bonus. 

    She played for awhile strictly casino and ran it up to $3300. She decided to take some of her winnings off and requested a $2800 withdrawl. 

    A couple hours later her account was disabled and they said they would be in contact.

    A week later they sent her email saying she violated the terms of service by having more then 1 account in the house hold and abusing their referral bonus. I didn't even think that me showing her how to use the site at my house would cause a problem. She's stated to them that she can prove we don't live in the same house and in different states even. 

    They've agree to give the $179 back but nothing as to her winnings. 

    Is there anything that can help me or tell me what to do so she can claim her winnings that she made legitimately and the only thing that was done wrong was playing at my house she we live in 2 different states.

    After the completion of the player account investigation, Ignition Casino concluded the player has a duplicate account and was in breach of the Refer a Friend terms of service and Bonus Abuse. The final decision was to enable the account but disable the ability to receive promotions. The player has been notified of the situation.

    I have read multiple posts on these forums where they have closed accounts for the same reasons and have been paid all of their balance including winnings but were no longer able to play on the site. I just don't think their is any reason they should be keeping the winnings as they were all casino winnings and not poker from collusion or cheating.

    I just don't see how they can keep winnings that were made from casino play and not obtained by any sort of collusion or cheating.

  • Ok first this has been my main casino for a couple years now but here recently their website has been very unstable. First complaint is for last Thursday not being able to log in to enter the weekly Thursday free-roll date 7/28/22. I post on one of igntions twitter account then shortly after both ignitions  tweeter account posted that they aware of some player's  having issues logging in and to DM then if your having issues. So i DMed the first that popped up and waited for a response after finally messaging the correct one 3 days after waiting for response i got one which told me bow that sorry for your bad luck run and since its Monday theres nothing they can do. Even thou screen shot were provided that i did respond in dm to one of ignitions tweeter account. Pictures will be attached. Also for anyone else looking to see if there having issues here 1st yes the slot will play with you but expect a reload then nothing but loses after if you get a reload just switch slots. 2nd don't expect bonus rounds unless you drop to minimum bet even then you might win dollar. 3rd even if you been loyal enough to get diamond level like me the only response you receive from them is sorry for you bad luck streak, sorry you feel that way and its rng they cant change that, so more less the slap you in the face and show you loyalty doesn't  mean shit anymore and this id say really started show 6 months ago but now its just horrible the past month or so. I have more screen shots of our actual chat if someone needs to see just let me know but so disappointed with ignition casino to say the least.
