  • this is not a casino but horror,they sent a letter(see screenshot)that the maximum withdrawal from this bonus is 2000 rubles and therefore they adjusted my balance to 2,000 rubles I made a deposit of 200 rubles to confirm the payment method and what do you think they are instead of 2200 rubles make a conclusion in the amount of 1700 rubles although they themselves sent me a letter about the maximum withdrawal of money in 2000 rubles thus the casino stole 500 rubles,they do not answer my letters they turned off the live chat for me waiting for a representative and compensation

  • I knew there was something fishy with these guys when I claimed the 2nd 3rd deposit bonus and am at silver level for VIP weekend spins and cash back but yet they cannot give me a reason why I didn't get any bonuses beyond the 1st deposit bonus  and even with sufficient deposits they just won't give me the weekend spins or the cash back

  • I used Betchain mostly for my LCB shop free spins. So I've made 3 minimal deposits via Neteller.

    After the last deposit I won around 100 euro, verified my account and attempted a cashout.

    Then my troubles began. All my cashouts (except a minimum one) were discarded. There were no emails from the support. The live chat agents responded vaguely and simply told me to be more patient. I was waiting for this issue to be resolved more than a week!

    Apparently there was some problem with Neteller, as I was informed after asked in an email. However this is not acceptable treatment from a casino. Especially the lack of communication. After so many discarded cashouts the support had to send me an explanation email.

  • the casino administration went to a meeting and returned not 2160 to the balance a 2500 I bet on the conclusion as the casino representative wrote and today they blocked the account,how to understand it at all first they restore the balance and then block the account where is the logic

    Additionally, our anti-fraud team noticed you uploaded forged documents and closed your account.

    My supervisor decided to pay you anyway, 2500 RUB, against our anti-fraud team's recommendation.

    Therefore, please submit a withdrawal for above the 25 EUR equivalent of 2500 RUB and your account will remain closed due to your forged documents.
