Bad experince with This casino, blame teqnical issues on the site, directly at the customer.

Today, 14/08 - 2023, I made a deposit with an associated deposit bonus of 100% + 200 spins.

The bonus was available on my site after deposit, where I could activate the bonus.

I activated the bonus, and clicked on the the only 1 (of 4) games that World to use the free spin. There I started playing, without realizing that the casino site had a technical error, and the bonus was not activated, despite being told to the contrary.

contacted the casino's support, who couldtn / did not want to help. according to customer service this was my fault and I should have contacted support before spending any money. This despite the fact that I was told on the bonus page that the bonus had been activated.

tried to tell the customer support that i had picture of the screen, showing that the bonus was activated, but the agent just said that it was nothing the casino could do, and This was something i should have reported before using their casino. 
 

Unless something changes, i do not reccomend.
