And I am not eligible for a gift because of duplicate accounts? Did these accounts deposit? Was I notified that someone was signing up and therefore making my deposits ineligible to recieve a gift which is so small it shouldn't even matter but its principle at this point!!! I have had to inform management about level upgrades.... ask for bonuses.... hound for bonuses I qualified for... I am so sick of all of this.... I basically donate over $2000+ and I can't even be given the little gift that they throw down because of what?! I recently opened a account at Betchain casino. After making my first deposit I played a bit and managed to win. Then requesting a withdrawal I got asked for a selfie holding my ID. I don't understand why they request my ID after playing in bitcoin. I mean what is the point of cryptocurrency then? Reluctantly I uploaded it and after several hours my account were disabled. When asking Support why he only replied "Sorry I can't tell you anything". Then I asked if I would get my deposit back and he simply said "Sorry you cannot". On June 4th, 2017 I signed up with BetChain casino after seeing the 5mBTC No Deposit Bonus offer online. The winnings allowed me to make the play-through and cashout the maximum allowed by the bonus terms. I contacted support for what they required. On June 5th, 2017 I uploaded the documentation requested (self holding ID and note saying "hi betchain") and seconds later clicked the "cash out" link to request it and I was logged out of the website. I tried to log back in, but was given a message "account disabled."

 

I initiated a chat with live support [1chat transcript 2 hours.png]. I was given the direct reason as “That because unfortunately, we do not accept players from the USA and some other countries where online gambling is prohibited by law.” This was very confusing as I had multiple sources of information indicating that US players were allowed, but only to wager with BTC. I cited the terms and conditions and took a screen shot of the mobile sites information that actually instructs US players on how to proceed with BTC deposit and play [2bitcoinguideUS.jpg]. Despite my queries, the 2 hour long chat produced no clarification beyond the fact that a manager had deactivated the account, the chat agent asked a manager twice with the same response “But i have spoken another time with manager and we don't accept players from USA.” I had asked prior to playing and was told US players could only play with BTC (and felt confident this was the policy as the website provides information with US players listed as the audience). I was repeatedly given the reason with no waivering or other issue appearing to be at hand, I inquired how to go about taking my issue to higher management level.

 

After support agent said that they would forward my case to administration I awaited a response and received an email [3email acct closure.png] indicating “We found out that you have already uploaded your ID to another account” which I am absolutely certain is not the case and I am completely confused how the reason went from “no US players” to something completely unrelated and false, or perhaps confused with another account. After this contradiction and then unwaivering holding the line of the “no US players” even though I knew the contrary, I am fine leaving the account disabled but I do want my 50 mBTC cashout (bitcoin wallet address will be forwarded privately).

I have played for quite awhile at betchain and considered one of the best online casinos.

Then you guys started your new VIP loyalty club, and things have been going down hill since then. 

Your support staff with the exception of Peter, are rude, ignorant and unable to admit they dont know something, so just outright lie to you.  I have a good example from Kris telling me i didnt get the sunday reload bonus because my deposit had had full confirmation.  But i could play with the amount i deposited?  Obviously a deep thinker to come up with that BS.  And never got what I should have gotten for the bonus.  I have been screwed out of at least a half a dozen bonus from your staff either not know their jobs, or just being plain lazy.

I have also noticed a tendency in games to pay less then they paid the year before for the same amount.  Good example is explosive reels, which i also caught paying out the same on a 5 mtbc bet as on a 1.  brought it up with support staff, want to take a wild guess on followup?  Not a damn thing of course.

Then there is the tournment which i took forth place in last month, which on the VIP page say .1btc and i havent gotten anything yet,  support dont know anything,and i have no idea on who to contact.

When I tried to do cash back monday, i was told i didnt have anything qualifying from Sunday.  So if its cashback from sundays play, why is it called cashback monday.  But wait, already been through this before, and two weeks before same thing, but it was because i had no play on monday.  Post the damn rules so that we know what they are and your support staff does as well.

Another major issue that needs to be addressed, if all of your promos are going to be off your local time, thats fine, but post the time on the website, so that people who are a bit ways, knows and then can act accordingly.  cant tell you how many time i have made deposited, and then been told no its monday here, so good for you didnt say anything online about being your server timezone.  

Post the rules and then stick with them, this back and forth, sometimes this, sometimes that BS is a great way to make people not trust your orginization.  

Last but not least, have you guys done away with the monthly reward or cashback that players got around the 4th each month?  I know i didnt get anything, but again there is no communication from Betchain, so i dont know if its been cancelled, or ive been singalled out, or something else.

I am one of your Platinum players, and this is how you treat me, i can only shudder at the thought of how new players must be treated.

So afte already waiting for about a week, im told to wait through the weekedn as well.  So as a customer, its nice to know where we stand at Betchain, at the end of the line, perhaps mutterings a "Please sir, I would like some support?!?".  Wrong time of the years maybe.

Ive already packed my bags (so to speak) and moved over to another online casino, where you can win, get support, have far better than betchains crappy VIP program.  love the comp point 90 pts = 1mtbc.  where i went to its 100pts = 5 mtbc.

yeah, because the comp points you redeem may be worth 10MBTC if THAT even over the course of the month, when you were probably getting 40-80 mbtc every month ( if you deposited the amount I deposited on average) .. I've been lucky to maybe redeem 3 mbtc from the month?? but last month I got a 80 MBTC bonus on the 4th.. Funny how that goes right? Things are completely inconsistent.. If your given any type of bonuses or choices ( cash back) they will always send an email to your VIP manger.. Which you will be lucky if you even get a response in 24 hours.. Not to include that individual support emails aren't even going through nor [email protected] going thru..  Also, if you use the same password for betchain that you use for any sites dealing with bitcoin, my advice change them. I cashed out one night and within a few hours had 1.15 btc stolen from my paxful account.. funny thing is I never had anything like that happen.. as matter a fact is the only time I had over a BTC in my pax account.. but had no problem vanishing randomly.. and the account whom did it was transfering large amounts of bitcoin.. from 10-100... hm.. wonder if it would be connected.. And that is not the Added up amounts - my withdrawal amount from last sunday.. Thats the 10% cashback for the 60 USD in bitcoin I deposited well over 20 hours ago.. You guys seriously need to get your shit straight. Well, because it was one of the only couple btc casinos I knew of at the time and I wanted to gamble.. So I took a chance.. Regretting it.. I heard a DING, looked up and Sending 1.15 btc to *adress***  I did some research, that address is passing 10- 100btc.. makes you wonder. Especially when my dumb ass had the same password for betchain as I did for paxful. But we learn from our mistakes.. either way, I have hardly gotten anything from this casino as you see.. One week even gave me 2 weeks in a row because I could not contact him no. I tried for days! And I just ended up getting screwed out of VIP deposit bonuses. So I made a comment about how Betstarz gives their players 10% cashback on all their deposits everyweek.. and you can still claim bonuses on your deposits too!!  And Alexey had given me a choice.. I was told I could claim cashback at the end of the week or I could claim the bonuses.. And that if I had claimed a VIP deposit bonus, I could not have that Deposit added into the total btc deposited for week ( because that deposit had already redeemed a bonus) I get that.. But when I contact, show you emails, and can prove how things worked for Alexey and I both, because I cashed out the measley .175 btc SUNDAY, you couldn't give me 10% cashback on my deposits from monday to saturday/sunday the following.. Thats a bit rediculous! especially when I cashed out .175 I had deposited atleast that within the 7 days of withdrawaling it!! So basically people can't ever break even for a week on your site huh? No god forbid! You want to continue to squeeze blood out of a turnip. failed to add theres always scetchy things happening on the slots, like 3x3x3 5 line, middle row Freeze and start spinning in opposite direction of other two.. Thats just 1 issue to mention.. And I know its not the slot! because I have put DAYS and I mean DAYS time into that slot alone!  even the 22 hours straight I played when I got screwd out of my withdrawal and given the Pending excuse!! 22 hours later!! and I even went on the blockchain! It had already showed as confirmed!! And I said it to you guys! but no, you guys just said " We are experiencing technical difficulties, we will respond back to you by email and you can check back later to see if its confirmed" .. So out of my 50 or so deposits, its that 1 that takes 22 hours + pending? No I learned my lesson instead I go and screen shot because they are usually confirmed within the first couple minutes if not 1 minute sometimes!! Not 22 hours! But you guys didn't want to pay 9,000 usd out to a player on your casino. Why? Because I would have actually been AHEAD.. I would have actually had a profit from you guys!  They want to try and get us all "Chasing the dragon" They love our frequent deposits, because they know that were just trying to recoup some of our loses!! and they also know that statiscally, the more you play, the more you lose!!! So, 16mbtc is worth losing a player who has made 

ALL these deposits, and was LOYAL..  ( I'm posting the deposit screen, then the bonus screen, so anyone who wants to do the mathmatics and line up dates can see where there rules were different! such as in giving a bonus on a deposit afterwards. ) I had been explained the issue with that later, and I understood. The only time I had a problem with it is when it wasn't my fault or out of my control that my "vip" manager would be gone for 5 days in a row or even taking 3-5 days to respond to an email to me! I dont deposit just to have to wait 1-3 days to get bonus and play.. When I deposit, I expect to play then! That or I wouldn't have gave you my damn BTC/money!

(also, be sure to look at the times I've cashed out!! lol, and they want to screw me out of a 16 mbtc cashback bonus.. all because I cashed out .175 on sunday ( Alexey and I was doing the cashback as a weekly thing, Monday/Sun  not Sunday/Monday. and for the longest time I was told to contact VIP manager and I did and was told I was already a vip!  other than that I'm pissed that is why this turned out to be so much information.. But really They are the ones who lost.. cause they won't be getting a paycheck from me everyweek. You all should either set your VIP rules, explain to cusomters and give them a chance to accept your new terms, or make sure you follow what had already been set in place that your users have deposited for over and over, time and time again!
