  • I have deposited and withdrawn from this casino numerous times in the past, most recent withdrawal/cashout was last Friday. Today, I won about .3 BTC ($2,700) and submitted a cashout request. When it was not processed after about six hours, I opened a live chat request to ask about it. My session was terminated and my login was disabled. Can someone tell me what is going on?

  • Did you use vpn to play there? If so they allow players from restricted countries to play with vpn and btc for a certain time till you hit huge then they just disable your account and bring multiple account on same IP reason and they gg you.

  • No, I did not use a VPN. I actually won $700 there last week, and before they paid out they required me to verify my account with proof of address (utility) and identity card (passport). Which I provided. And they paid out the $700. I have a complete record of the entire conversation with them.

    Also, their terms do not say anything about players from my country not being allowed. I saved a copy of those as well (I read them before I even deposited).

    This is so unbelievably shady.

    Documents below are related to my first cashout request and the verification process that I completed in order to get it.

  • Oh wow, it's weird because usually on direx casinos no matter what shady things they can do if you are legitimate player and verified without breaking any terms you should always get paid. They pay and at worst close your account or bonus ban you but you get paid, always. That's why after all the issues i still play them because if you see "direx" you get paid. If the casino itself don't pay you push to direx themselves and they will make the casino pay. Hope you get what you deserve and if i'll follow this post to see if they will see me again as i don't play 7bit anymore, too many issues hehe... but some others of the same group in here i do play or was about to so If they don't pay you, they won't see me again either. gl

  • US.. that's what i thought. Yep they let americans play but then when they win big they close account. They are so many to do that especially on direx casinos. Luckily i'm from an allowed country. Sorry i had no noticed your flag before. Yeah it's their habit to allow americans to play and when they win big they review the player history and if they believe after paying they will still recoup it later on they will finally pay after a long delay (happened to people i knew for years online from usa, especially with another casino of the group that is now closed). They let you play then rip you and bring in the fact your are usa and they probably hide in a close somewhere deep outside your reach that usa can't. That's why i don't play 7Bit anymore, they are just shady like that... also change terms, add max cash outs on promotions after one won huge on it on and on. They even promoted slots for a day saying it had a much higher RTP than 100% while they pretend they can't change RTP of slots, it was a big scandal back then. They just do whatever they wish really.

    So the first 700$ they thought it would still be profitable to pay and let you play and lose it back plus more but you then hit for 2.7k so they knew it was time to close the doors. Just like that.

  • I have been playing at 7BitCasino for about three weeks now. About a week ago, I won $700 and submitted a cash out request, which they rejected, stating that I needed to submit verification documents, including an identification card and proof of address. I sent them my U.S. passport and a utlity bill. They accepted the verification documents and instructed me to resubmit the cashout request. I did as requested and the casino paid my winnings within about an hour via Bitcoin.

    Fast forward about a week and a further $400 in deposits. Today, I won $2,000+ on one of the slots. So I submitted a cash out request. After about six hours, I opened a live chat to ask about the delay, since they claim to be instant. Without a word, they terminated my session and disabled my account.

    Now they are claiming that they do not accept U.S. players, even though they verified my account before I cashed out the first time. In fact, their live chat agent confirmed at the time that everything was fine. She literally said "everything was fine" when I asked if my documents were okay. And then they paid the cashout, and continued to accept further deposits.

    It was only when I won 0.3 BTC and attempted to cashout that they started claiming invalid jurisdiction.

    I registered a complaint with them and they offered to refund the money deposited since the first cashout. They even reopened my account so that I could submit a new cashout request. When I decided to accept that offer, they closed the account again before I could do so and now they are claiming that I have "profited" 0.05 BTC overall since registering, so they won't be refunding anything at all.

    I have a full record of all correspondences with these thugs but it seems to be of no use. I literally cannot believe this unethical, shady behavior. It is theft, plain and simple.

    I don't think there is much  I can do but I wanted to be sure to warn EVERYONE out there, regardless of where you are, do not play at this casino. They will rip you off eventually.

  • Well not to hit you after such a loss, but reality is that your country banned online gamblnig and not the casinos. You as citizen of USA must abide to the law and not gamble on restricted sites. By playing online outside of law you are going against it and are therefor responsible for anything that happens. The casinos know this and bank on it, there is nothing you can do, you played illegally willingly thinking with bitcoin you'd go around it easy. That's life lesson hehe. I know you most likely didn't do it with bad intentions, just wanted to play too... but law is law. If i want to go hard on illegal drugs and roll naked on the street, i might have no bad intentions but it's illegal and i will get arrested for it hehe. Still you should get your deposits back, they knew you were american at the time of these deposits and still accepted them and let you play so on that part they have to refund them they have no choice, you could sue them for it as before ID they could get away with it but after ID check they were forced by law,license and everything to close your account and refuse anymore money from you. Without refund they could be shut down.

  • Just to be clear, what you're saying is that the following is not true, there are many (most) games that you offer that do not use this method.

  • So after a few bad experiences with a few different casinos I started looking for a new one and since I use bitcoin to deposit and Witbdrawal I started looking for a Bitcoin casino. Well after a quick Google search I landed on 7bit because 2 sites listed them as either the best or the second best Bitcoin casino...and both listed them as accepting US players. So I sign up but don't deposit. I give all my info and state that I'm from the state of Georgia etc etc.  I have no problems signing up and I receive several emails for bonuses. After a few weeks I decide to deposit.  I sign in a d click on one of the email offers and enter the code and press deposit. It gives me a. Itxoin address like every other casino does and says "send to the above address".  So I do. 

    Then I wait. And wait. And wait. After about half an hour I contact support. They say wait a few mi jtws cause it has to be confirmed on the blockchain. So I wait until I receive the notification tbat the transaction was confirmed on the blockchain then I sign in again. And guess what? No money. I contact support again. They say they have located the deposit and it is processing. I say ok. A other hour or two goes by and still nothing. I contact support again and I give them all the screenshots of the transaction and they say they can't find the deposit. They say they don't have it. That it's been lost in the blockchain lol. I know better than this obviously and tell them that it doesn't work that way. The address is their address and it was copied and pasted from their site! Then they suddenly say "we don't allow players from the USA. YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED." and suddenly I can't even sign in.  So I panic. I beg and beg and beg them to just return my money to my Bitcoin wallet. If I can't play there then they shouldn't have allowed me to sign up and send me offers and then take my deposit knowing I live in the states! Then once my money is theirs kick me out and refuse to return the deposit.  Oh and it only gets better. I genuinely hope you can read the chats. So after refusing to give up I'm transfered to seeveral agents and they tell me all types of things. After initially finding my deposit and sayong it's processing they now tell me that my currency is set to USD and I since I sent the bitcoins in usd that they were lost in the blockchain and cannot be recovered!  I said I sent them bitcoins...not USD! I COULDNT CHANGE MY CURRENCY OPTION IF I HAD WANTED TO....BUT THATS JUST A RIDICULOUS EXCUSE ANYWAY. so then I am told that they never even received any deposit. And I again uploaded the proof....they say it wasnt received by them.  So somehow I sent the bitcoins to the address 7bit told me to send them to on my personal deposit page but somehow they are saying they never received the deposit. I have proof I sent it to 7bit casino. It's on the blockchain. And I don't care if they don't want US players anymore--just don't steal my money. Return it. I worked hard for that money.

    I can send you any and all proof of the transactions.  If this isn't resolved then it should be a clear case of fraud and theft and 7bit should be blacklisted.

  • So they stopped accepting players from the USA---yet they still accept affiliate links for new signups in the usa then rapid fire email offers to the new player and accept those links too as well as the coupon codes and will accept deposits from the  new player.....only to delete the new players account as soon as the deposit clears-locking the new player out and refusing to refund the deposit because the new player is powerless to do anything about ir.  

    Sound about right? 

    What a business plan eh???  What a classy establishment! 

    Sad thing is, how many people have they done this to that didn't know about jswqzs.com and just gave up and let them keep their hard earned money??? I will bet the number is shocking.  This casino needs to be blacklisted NOW before anyone else loses their money

    I am so shocked that a casino with such a high rating and such a good reputation would even attempt to cheat someone out of such a small amount of money.  

    Are the ratings fake for 7bit? This whole thing makes me wonder if it's just a very detailed scam, because there isn't any excuse for my money not being returned to me.

  • I hope they post the explanation (s) they have given me lol.  The "we never received any deposit" explanation is a good one especially when it follows the "we received your deposit and it's now processing" explanation! Or my favorite, "your currency was set to USD, so when you deposited bitcoins, all your money was lost in the blockchain" lol...it's my favorite because in the terms and conditions 7bit states that they will immediately fix currency/bitcoin deposit issues!  

    We will see....I'm guessing either number 1 or number 3 or a mix;)
