Any idea of why you removed your Play N Go games, that was my main reason for playing at your site.  I loved Energoonz, Golden Ticket, and Ninjas Fruits.

Are they being added back in the future, being removed by management, or was the removal or a game provider decision?

Really honestly your Game Art and Endorphina games are ok, but not of the same caliber as the Play N Go games were.

Play N Go has closed games for US players, so there is nothing we can do about it.

That is probably the worst poker room I've ever played in, or tried to play in, as I was continuously disconnected. Probably just as well. Who came up with the reseating and re-blinding every hand.Just awful. I'll check back in a year and there will have to be some improvement !

Buggy software and Support agent Jane doesn't know the rules... My wife and I were playing baccarat (the casino version not the live version). She experienced a large number of ties hands that didn't pay her bets back. But took them as a lost. I told her ties are pushes if she betted on anything other then ties. So no monies should have been lost. So we went to Support Jane who thinks because a bet wasn't placed on tie. Both banker and player looses. I explained that's not the case. A tie is a push on either hands and a win if a bet is on tie.

I asked to speak to someone but couldn't get anyone else to take a look at it... But my wife says it happened a number of times.

According the rules of Video Baccarat from game provider "Takisto" you need to bet on tie to win it. In other words you can bet on banker or player, but your hand will lose if there will be tie (you can bet on tie as well).

It takes the house advantage from less than 2 percent to over 10 percent. Chat told me that in this version of baccarat ties do lose. No player would ever assume that when they place a bet.This is madness and they should take that version of baccarat off their casino as it is misrepresenting the rules that everyone knows around the world. It has a house advantage that should be illegal. Beware! 

I am done with bitcasino.io . You guys just aren't right. I have had nothing but problems with this place. Now you want to steal our money with bullshit games with rogue rules. The rules on the game says equals number is a TIE. A TIE is a PUSH. I don't see where it says a tie = a lost.  How dare you put a game online that just steals people money? THIS IS ROGUE BEHAVIOR!!!

Perhaps I am the only one who has been having issues with some of the netent games.  For example, Starburst.  It will not load.  I contacted support and the said hold on then said it was unavailable.  For how long?  The folks answering emails say all is working.

Many of those games will no longer load for me.  To make it worse, at least 6 times I was in a game, received free spins, and the game stalled.  When I would get back in, my free spins were gone. 

I had issues on mobile play also, for which the casino compensated me, and thank you for that.  It just seems my favorite games will no longer load, and I missed out on free spins (i.e. money) too many times.  If it is just me, perhaps someone could help me figure out the problem.

We have added new Quickfire games powered by Microgaming recently. Curacao licence did not fit with Microgaming rules, so we had to change our licence to Montenegro, which is accepted by Microgaming

LOL thats ridiculous, anyone knows that plays Baccarat that when you tie it is considered a push. You are right they are straight up stealing money from anyone that plays this bullshit cheat version of the game. That is why this game is so popular in casinos because it offers one of the lowest house edge games to gamble on. This version here is raking in more than 10% for house. Their single deck Blackjack is also bullshit here as the house pays only 6:5 on natural blackjack vs 3:2 payout.  I am done with this casino until they get better odds and stop trying to fleece the customers with crummy paying games.

Im glad that you posted this. I know it seems like i just pick on certain casinos. But i've been around online gambling since 1998... Since that time, i've learn to spot the crap this casinos try and pull. Some people don't seem to care as long as they can get their fix (if you will). Yes I know bitcoin is new and it has a long way to go. I also know most of these bitcoin casinos are not fully funded like the bigger cash currency online casinos. There is no regulation and recourse when it comes to bitcoin casino. We are taught as bitcoin users we shall govern ourselves. Some of these bitcoin casinos are taking advantage of this. I personally think bitcoin.io is a bit shady. I think some of their games are unfair and questionable . It would be nice if some of these well est casinos would consider taking bitcoins. I guess honestly even though your experience is strictly with Baccarat.  It would seem as if the Blackjack live and Slot Jack based are both fairly fair based on my experience.  I just won a full BTC off of a 100 mBTC buy in both games?
Maybe your just playing when the software is in take mode?
The live baccarat seems programmed properly.
The only game that seems so far to be out of whack so far would be the slotbaccarat software.
Otherwise I know you seem upset with BitCasino, but compare to Bit Starz.  The pay outs and everything else with BitCasino.io and there sister mBit seems to pay better than Bit Starz.

@cheetahwind the game in question is their programmed version of Baccarat. It's stealing people money by making them lose on TIES (pushes). And Bitcasino.io seems like they are refusing to repay players for this error in programming.

I have pretty much left bitcoins and went back to real money casinos. There's seemly not enough regulations in bitcoins at the moment. Because when casino rips you off, and there is no recourse. You just assed out...

Dude you still got the DAMN game on your sites. The game is faulty, anyone who plays baccarat knows No matter if you bet on Player or house. If both hands are a tie its a PUSH. You don't lose your damn money. But yet you still allow this game to stay available for play. You are just as rogue as the game to allow it to still be available to steal people's money... Im not the only one complained about it. They are other messages posted warning others not to play it.

The issue involving the Baccarat game was resolved and we received a list of affected users from the provider as well. We asked the provider to change the rules based on the community's feedback which was done.

I was informed some of these games were under maintenance.  Yet are these titles coming back along with the game art titles, or are they no longer available?

            Hey Cheetahwind,  I noticed that the other day I go on  the site and I immediately notice the counter (for the video slots)  is waaay down  so then I notice,  like you said all the Aristocrat and GameArt games have disappeared.  This is crazy,  they seemed to be working fine last week.  So what's the deal?  Those Aristocrat games were my absolute favorite.    Is it a license/country  issue?  Are they doing an update? 

I totally agree with you on this. will this be permanent? because I don't get why if at first we can play those slots, why then all a sudden would it be restricted. those slots were the reason why I loved playing there daily but now that its gone, it seems like I just cant find a single slot that would interest me enough anymore to go through the whole trouble of trading for bitcoins so I can deposit and play. i'd rather just play those slots at where they accept usd currency.

          Good news,  I just spoke with CS on their site and apparently the GameArt ones are back and the Aristocrat games will be back in a few days.  They are apparently needing an upgrade/update or some kind of maintenance I'm not sure what exactly that entails but they WILL be back.  So good news.  I was so relieved when they told me that.

Hopefully the upgrade on the Aristocrat games will include a lot less lag on the spin / count up counter, if you need to switch windows while playing.  That's my only complaint about the Aristocrat games offered.  Is if you switch windows in mid-spin or mid-count the whole spin / counter lags horribly.

ok also, I put in a request to join the vip rewards thing and I received a email from a lady, forgot her name. she said I could pick out gifts for myself but then I didn't know I had to reply and so just never got any updates anymore. im not sure if anyone else gets weekly bonuses or promotions or free spins from bitcasino.io but that's what a customer service guy told me when I went to ask for a bonus. Any word on the Aristocrat games?  So far it's been about 2 weeks and still nothing has come back from the dead on them.

Same here, it may seem at this point they might not be coming back. I liked playing them because they had relatively low minimums to play. Some of the  gameart slots have similar cloning of the aristocrats bonuses but are much higher to bet on. Now that BTC has fallen quite a bit they are a litlte more reasonable. But like example new Davinci game minimum seems at 5mbtc which is 1.20 usd a spin. Ouch.

Regarding to the comps here I wish they were a little better with giving out free chips especially after bad runs. Like at one RTG well known casino I play if I make bonus free deposit and lose it all they give back in live chat 50% chip with low wagering and 10x max cash out which seems nice imo. At Bitcasino the only comps seem to be the VIP gift, monthly lotto, and once in a great while VIP host will throw 5 bucks my way lol.

Still, overall, I have had nothing but extreme pleasantries with all the support here. It definitely is the nicest, most friendliest support group I've ever encountered in my 15 years playing online. The game art games are similar, because most of them mimmick a Aristocrat or IGT game variant.

Power Dragons and the new Tesla game, obviously a complete knock off of 5 dragons and choy sun doa.

Dancing Dragons, a knock off of an IGT game.  I'm sure I could find similarities in all of the games released and how close they resemble actual land slot counter parts.

Yet at the same time when Buffalo came out, it wasn't long before WMS and Bally both came out with there own knock offs.  So it seems to be the standard in the gaming community to once someone has a successful idea that pretty much everyone else knocks off of it.

To get back on track though, I know the same exact games are still available.  I'm just guessing they couldn't make the bets as large as the game art games.  BitCasino.io bet setup is pretty much for those who have more than a small amount of bit coin they want to spend.

If you want to play small bets and not have to take a huge risk.  It would seem to me that Bit Starz is way better setup for this situation.
