  • Hello, I also had problem with 1xbet casino.  I registered 20 days ago and my account was verified.  Tje allowed me to deposit and play. As soon as I won 600 usd and created a withdrawal request they asked me for more docs . They finished it after a week and decided to send the payment.

    I then deposited 200+200 usd to play and my balance got 780. I requested a new payment

    The casino closed my account and said they would refund my money. It was last february 5th

    I still wait for it and the casino is not answering any message

    Any help is welcome

    - bet cancellation;
    - closure of the customer’s account. Money that has been deposited into the account will be refunded.
    - filing a claim to a law-enforcement agency.

    In order to this, your bets were canceled, your account was blocked and your deposit was paid back.

    Seen similar complaints on other portals for complaints regarding multiaccounting. 

    Sportsbook provide screenshots as evidences for their accusations. If you have evidences of multiaccounting, you can show us screenshots from your system that same user has/had 2 or more accounts with you. It is not a rocket sciense.

I send them all documents they asked like id card, screen shots, selfie of me, also I send 2 land mails to Ukraine with documents and answered several questionnaires with nonsense questions and also I made 2 skype video conferences. After 2,5 months of kyc they just sent me email that they suspect of multi accounting and took all my money from my account!!!

    They didnt provide any evidence for that. I am sure that I have only ONE account with them. They dont respond to my emails after they robbed me and I dont know what to do!
    How they can take my money with false accusations without any evidence for that?

    We took a look into your case. Yes, your account was blocked due to the rules of 1xBet company.

    Let me rephrase and add additional info to my previous reponse: The casino provided us with an evidence showing that there were multiple accounts involved. Moreover, they also claim that you went through two video conferences, after which their Security Service found that all the accounts have the same manner and were created from the same IP address. 
    As per their terms and conditions, this is a violation of the Rule about a one account to single family, address, email address, IP address, credit card, etc. As a result, they have decided to permanently block the accounts. 

    Therefore, we cannot offer any further help with your complaint. In case you are unsatisfied with the decision they made, we can only advise filing a further complaint to their licence holder here


    We consider this case Closed.  

  • I have only one account. No one from my family or address has account with them. I have opened only one account and played only on that. Also I offered credit card hostory to prove it. As for IP address my internet provider offer dynamic ip addresses that means my ip adress changes over time somethimes in day somethimes in a week. So I dont know who used same ip before me. Thats why casino is wrong in my case. I didnt do anything wrong
