  • Welcome! New gambler here i just want to drop it here and ask if your site is legit, ive read bad reviews and your tagged as "not recommended" most of the time. But i think 1xbet is one of the best casinos since you support mutliple local currencies and allows btc transactions.

    need your help...
    have problems with 1xbet.
    I have been active there since 29.09.18.
    could always pay via trustly but suddenly trustly was no longer available as a payout method.
    I have my last withdrawals on my credit card withdraw, that is a total of 8.939 €.
    have it paid off in smaller, it was also approved but still not finished.
    The support can not tell me more, they always say that the specialists take care of it.
    would be nice if you notify the casino!

    Please make sure the quality of the photo is good. Casinos do not accept blurry and photos that are not clear. We sent another reminder to the casino. Hope we'll get the answer soon. 

  • We just heard back from the casino. They informed us that your issue has been forwarded to the casino security department. They will solve it by the end of the day. So let's see if they are going to keep the promise.

    1xbet security section started asking for aditional docs and photos, I obeyed what they ask me to do.

    They systematically requested the same thing to me 10 times, i manage to accomplish what the requested. In the end they paid my withdrawal. I paused my playing for a while and resume my playing by december 2018

    Last week I won 3 days and 1xbet.com security section started doing the same protocol they did in 2018

    Now, they are asking for my utility bills, I do not know where they want me to send it. My account was verified twice in 2018 and I provided my docs again last week. 

    When they requested more photos this year I sent the one they had approved in 2018 , at the beginning they rejected, the, the had to accept them

    I do not know why they do it, security section operators seem to have orders to do what they are doing.

    Any explanation is welcome

  • Melcb, I deposited and withdrew many times. As I have won and lost many times and my final result is positive, they could say that 1557 is only winnings
