    Due to their Company policy, we have not been provided with the concrete evidences from their inner system, however, this is the information casino provided - The Security Service conducted an investigation and found that the bets were made from the same device and IP address. The bets were made on your own or by a thirdparty who had the access to the same device. 

    Unfortunately, there are no further steps that we can take form here to assist with your case.

    please dont be posting such idiotic claims. Your complaint was addressed, we can only go by the evidence shown to us by XWY casino. We are not a regulatory body, we only try to mediate and dont get paid for it by either party. This service is free as you can tell already.

    When you say LCB doesn't answer your PMs you need to be more specific about whom you sent the message to. And Im sure if you send a reminder they will answer at their earliest convenience.

    Moving on please refrain from posting BS claims, you can additionally file in complaint with Curacao regulatory body as you were already advised.

    You posted bullshit claim that we get sponsored by 1xbet ( casino that has warning against them and average user rating 1.4 out 5 on our list ), without any shred of evidence, and thus it is idiotic claim.

    We helped with your complaint, since you were not satisfied with the outcome we referred you to the regulatory body as we have no way to verify your or casino claims beyond what we were shown already. We mediate and  do it for FREE. Neither party pays us and I do invite you to show the evidence to prove otherwise. Until I will keep calling it idiotic . 

    Also do not be posting private messages in public without prior consent from the other party.  Thats another reason for suspension.

    In conclusion, please behave and honour the platform that gave you the opportunity to be heard.

  • I played in this casino and it seemed good until I read in the LCB news about the warning they made, among other things, to receive bets in cockfights. Horrible. I did not read everything but I see that the player did not watch the news and was confused in thinking that LCB is a partner or that they work with that casino.     I wanted to share my story with 1xbet and warn people using it. Someone could publish awesome Netflix series about revealing this Mafia. I played over a year in 1xbet and made many big withdrawals.

    Anyways hear me out.

    10th of August they started long verification process with me after I won about 7k. I have played a long time in 1xbet. Never any issues. Account has been vertified before. Vertification process was long and difficult but I passed it. Same as another 1xbey scams.

    I got email I can withdraw my funds 12.08 01:30. I was sleeping. Right then, almost at same time there is bets made in my account. To empty it. Amount is 13000€ .I have not made bets in the site after my withdrawals was declined 09.08. Now my account is empty.

    In my bet history you can see that I have never made bets in these leagues or that time in a night. Bets are made at the same time I got email that I can withdraw my funds. Sadly I was sleeping.

    They have declined my refund claiming that these bets were made by my ip and device. They aren't providing any proof of this.

    Fraud is so obvious is really ridiculous.

    Just check this out and figure yourself.

  • This one sounds unreal. Do you 100% know, that you went sleep, because from many drinks, you sometimes can not remember what you did. But if this is true, than I will stop to play in this site. Because I like this site and I never been disappointed from them.

  • Dude, check the screens. Bet history, what kind of games I had betted before and games what I lost straight after I received email confirmation about withdrawals. Time stamps. Leagues. Teams. Makes no sense.

    In two hours after email confirmation about withdrawals they had emptied my account. Don't know if it's rogue employer or just pure fraud. I was sleeping, I live alone. And hah I don't even drink

    No evidence from 1xbet, no real regulation authority behind them so they can just do what they want. I didint listen other people who had been scammed by 1xbet and I played there almost exactly year without any problems before they stole from me. I won 7k with 5k stake. All gone.

    It can happen to anybody. Biggest fraud in online gambling history. Thousands of people scammed. And it's all there. Just Google. Just want to warn people. Best regards

    In case you're not satisfied with the casino's decision regarding your case, we can only suggest filing a further complaint to their regulatory body.
    Posting the same complaint again on the forum under a different username will not change anything. Please have in mind that duplicate accounts are not permitted on LCB forum and will not be tolerated.

    My account id is 26259987 and I registered in 2017. In 1st January 2019 I requested 1xbet to block my account permanently because I had gambling addiction issues - they discarded my request and I continued playing depositing over 370.000€ in that year (after the block request).

    Now I have my account blocked for 3 months. They state I requested the account to be blocked due to gambling addiction. The only moment I stated was over 1 year before that time. They refuse to unblock my account, giving my funds (over 4000€) and providing me the bet history of my account. I request them to rollback the account to the moment of my request: 1st January 2019 when I stated per email to block department the account closure due to gambling addiction - and allowing me to get my deposited funds I had in that moment.

    I uploaded multiple attachments stating this point.

    I would like to have the actions rollbacked to the moment I requested the account closure!

    Rule 2.29 Should the bettor commit fraud in respect to the bookmaker (such as the registration of multiple accounts, the use of automated betting software, arbitrage betting, if the betting account is not used for betting, the improper use of loyalty schemes, etc.), the bookmaker reserves the right to stop such fraudulent actions by:

    - bet cancellation;
    - closure of the customer’s account. Money that has been deposited into the account will be refunded.
    -filing a claim to a law-enforcement agency.

    The Security Service detected a Multi-Accounting and as a result, your account was blocked. Since the Security Service operates with exact data, they stated that you had more than one account.
    According to the above Rule, money that has been deposited into the account will be refunded to you. In your case, your withdrawal amount exceeds the amount of deposit as a winning funds, so you have already withdrawal your deposit in full.

    We don't see any reasons for a refund.

    I have 5 accounts. You already cancelled the bets and refunded them in 2 of my accounts as you can check: 194668635 you cancelled the bets and refunded the deposits here.

  • My point is not having multiple accounts or not. By their rules and their actions they cancel the bets and return the deposits. They aren't doing that in my account!

    Also, they didnt close my account when I requested, allowing a gambling addicted to continue betting in their system for over 1 year.

    I have money in that account balance, and loss much more. Im just looking for my deposits be refunded.

    So hy dont you combine my 2 older accounts aswell? it was exactly the same situation. But no refund was received until now from this 3 accounts: 33569245, 26259987 and 142169369.

  • It doesn't matter when I applied to you or not. I applied to [email protected] on 1st January 2019. I already sent many emails regarding to that and I have been always ignored regarding to that. The accounts are no more blocked - as you can check from your side they are just closed (by you per your option). You forgot about account 142169369 aswell. Why are you ignoring the block request on 1st january 2019? that is my main question.

    We've received the evidence from the casino showing the exact date when you requested from the casino to block your account due to gambling addiction. At the same time you continued to create multiple accounts at the casino which is strictly prohibited and against the Terms and Conditions of the casino. You created a  total of 7 accounts at this casino. Please note that only one account per IP address and household is allowed at any casino.

    As per casino's final decision, you won't get a refund for the two accounts you've mentioned, since these accounts were blocked as per your request.

    The casino has refunded your deposits for 3 accounts, even though you repeatedly violated the casino's T&C's by manipulating accounts, using VPN services, opening new accounts with knowingly false data, etc. 

    There is nothing more we can do to help you here. If you don't agree with this decision, you can try to file a complaint with their licensor. 

    Also, we kindly ask you to stop creating new topics and posts regarding this issue on the forum, since you're spamming the forum. If you continue to do this, we're going to impose a posting ban on your account.

    We consider this case closed.
