okay this is a great win but my balance was 8000-9000 prior to the win and it only reflects  14000 so am waiting on a response to find out what exactly happened here there was no malfunction I believe I am reading the pay table correctly but they paid me for only a one coin bet I don't understand how the computer cant add ?

okay this is a screen shot of the paytable can anyone figure out what I am supposed to be paid  I was in the free spins  I had an  A  and a  3X  symbol  I had another A  and  a 4X  symbol  and I had another A  I was betting 10 coins  here are the paytables  however in my history I checked right away and saw they only paid me 6000 for that win  is that correct  when you have a 3x and a 4 x symbol you should get 12 x your bet  I am waiting on a response

I did some research on the game in question (Angkor).

It was difficult to check from the pictures you provided as the quality is really low but even so ,you didnt capture extual free speen feature (see the image attached).It was hard  to trigger the feature but when I finally got it it was easy to tell that in order for wilds to get multipled they need to be in the same winning combination .I had numerous of wilds with no winnning at all ,so my guess is that  you got them in seperate winning lines .

Not 100% sure with this as this was the first time I played.

that is not my screen shot  as you can see I was on machine number  #1  that was an earlier play that you are looking at    this game is a 243 way to win game        if you look at the picture see the Angkor in row one and row two is blinking and row 3 that was the end of the bonus round    and if you could tell me at my bet rate what the below combination should have paid me      thank you I am sorry mikey you are looking at the wrong screen shot  I was betting 125.00 per spin and got  Ace  3X ACE  4X  ACE  which would trigger 12 x bet  which is 500 for 5 ACES  and 500 X  10 coins  bet  X  12  and then in half because it was  .50  cent  bet      ............... that isn't the game that triggered it  and I saw the picture in my play history right after im sure you can locate that spin it was like the 9 th  spin out of 10  I got just a little bit before that one could you please post the picture from my history of that screen    it was on the top row maybe I am confused but the balance reflected my math

Your winning came from a free spin feature and the screenshot taken was after you completed the session .I've played quite a bit this game just to trigger the feature and my screenshot shows what it looks like when you get into the free spin mode .My guess was that it multiplies only the combination where the 3x or 4x wild appears and they only time it would multiple 3x x 4x is when you get them in the same winning combination (winning line).


The easiest way is to contact them directly and to seek for an explanation .
