  • just a quick note. i just tried to download the casino and the virus protection i have on my computer would not let me as is said this casino holds a number of viruses that will damage my computer. Its rare that i have that post come up, 2 or 3 times that i can recall, so sadly for me i have to listen and not download... bummer!!! did anyone else face the same problem but still download anyways? and if so what happened?

    Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know that I made the playthrough on the $50 free chip and it has been madness to try and get the $100 max paid out as there is NO withdrawal option at the casino huh

  • Well, "Nick" may work here or not but "support" simply does not exist.
    I've been holding on "live" chat for over 20 mins to check an offer in their promos & got nothing but the auto response. I had the same prob a couple of days ago... even wandered off to the store & came back to the same lame NO response. Sent 2 emails with no response.
    So even if he works here, he clearly has no influence there. I'll spend my money & time elsewhere, thanks.

  • Hi all, i don't think it is a bad Casino!
    They are really new and they work on the problems they have.
    I got yesterday a call from Nicholas Johnson, he's my accountmanager.
    He was very interest if i have any questions or problems.
    I have a problem, it isn't able to deposit with paysafecard, because there comes everytime a wrong window up, where you  can't pay. I did explain him my problem, and he was very nice and helpful. He doesn't know anything about this problem, and now they working on it.
    I think we have to gave them a chance, there are sure many problems which we dont see and maybe it took a little while.
    My first withdraw at Club World took over 4 months, and it is a reputable casino, not?
    there was a problem with moneybookers and it took 4 months to get paid, but finally i got it. I will deposit there if paysafecard work:-)

  • Hi, all. Hope ya'll don't encounter this issue or if you have that you have a better fix than was offered me.

    Long story short, playing poker last night on nickels, got cut off. Today I signed in, made a depo & went to play again.
    Kept getting msg re-directing me to the cut-off game, which would've been great if it had ACTUALLY taken me to the game. Instead it took me to dollars & would not let me re-enter nickels or take me to the interrupted game.
    Live help's fix for this was to send an email & they'll forward to RTG. In the meantime my money sits there & I can't access any other games. So maybe sometime whenever RTG gets to it I'll be able to play.
    If they have a fix.

    I'm really disappointed. I like this software & I've never had this problem before even when I got cut off.

  • I sure did, Mommy. Everything I do leads to the same popup, I'm re-directed back to pick em but on $1 denom & can't get to nickels, also not the game that was interrupted (I had an active hand.)

    I've never seen anything like it, either, & I've played RTG's for years. I'm glad Bet Phoenix FINALLY has support staff but if this is the fault of their software copy or even RTG, I'm  O U T. Uh-oh, no way. Reckon I'm gonna hafta quit online altogether & head out to a real casino sad  Oh well.

  • I hear ya, I closed a couple of my casino accounts today, Im getting a bit fed up as well. Its not as fun playing online as it used to be, at least not for me anymore. No playtime, no entertainment, and now you have to worry if you will be paid or not, even at the good casinos because of ridiculous terms and conditions they have.

    Well I won't say it's exactly "resolved," because I SHOULD have been taken to that interrupted game, but at least I can now enter & play at the casino and not get the fatal flaw msg.
    I DIDN'T get directed to the interrupted game, as SHOULD have happened, & I'm still buttoning about seeing if other games will work.
    Looks like they just "ignored/deleted/etc" my interrupted game so I can play on. Weird & freaky & no reason why.
    I'm trying to get a straight answer out of live chat now.

    I'm not worried about the 25 cents...I'm a whole lot more worried about "support" & their entire lack of ability to resolve along with never being able to get back to that game. Clearly I wouldn't have won a bundle, that's simply not possible at that level.

    What bugs is, despite what SHOULD HAVE and in the past HAS happened, I WAS NOT re-directed to the interrupted game (it's gone forever, apparently) nor was my bet refunded--either & both have happened to me before with interrupted RTG sites.
    Instead I essentially just got signed on again, lost about 4 bucks froggin around trying to fix it, & "night time" (after 9 EST) there's no one to even whine to.

    Well, you all wanted to stop my whining so maybe this is the site to support. lol.

    Their support bothers me too, however if you get in touch with their casino manager, Dean, he is very helpful. Everytime I go to live chat Im either told to wait for him to come in, or they dont know, or they have no idea what I am talking about.

    It is very upsetting to get no answers from the very people who are their to provide them. They now have 24 live chat, but if they keep giving you no answer to your issue, what is the point I guess.

    I love BetPhoenix, it is my favorite casino, however they need to educate  their CSRs to handle situations correctly.

  • i recently won at betphoenix casino. i went to withdraw and it said specified or unspecified i contacted support via the phone and kept getting a spanish speaking person who i later found out was the security gaurd and no has any idea why he kept answering.i had to request my withdraw by email they said. i did [email protected] that was almost a weekago yesterday i sent another email and i emailed sam a csr havent heard anything yet.dont know what to think it has never been this hard to withdraw from a casino.never heard of emailing >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(will keep you posted

  • This casino is still screwed up.  It kept telling me I had an unfinished video poker game and wouldn't let me play anything else.  I couldn't get help from live chat so I tried playing the only game it would allow me to in order to "complete" it.  I tried reinstalling and nothing worked.  Finally, after 12 hours Live Chat responded and said they would reset my account in 2 hours but they wouldn't reset the bonus $ that I wasted trying to "complete" the unfinished game I was stuck in.  I wouldn't spend a dime of my own money in this casino.

  • I have only good things to say about BetPhoenix...despite the technical flaws (that i am sure will be worked out).  I agree with Mommymachine, this if fast becoming one of my favorite rtg casinos.  I have made deposits and had withdrawals from the deposits.  And it did not take but maybe 5 days to get my money, that is including the weekend in between.  I just made the playthrough with the nd $50 and requested a withdrawal.  Their support staff has been nothing but helpful and patient.
