Hello!
I had a problem with a casino named slotobank.
The skin there looks exaclty like casinoluck or nextcasino.
They have the same games.
I made a deposit received the bonus but lost everithing very fast.
A couple off days later I received from them a promo with 20 euro with no deposit.
I asked the live chat if they have any restrictions and they told me that I can only withdraw 100 euros from this.
I say ok and start playing.
the wagering was 1200.
I only played videoslots.
Boom brothers ,gonzo's quest ,dead or alive and ,blood sukers and wild water.
After I made a lot off bets on 0.80 ,1,1.20,1.60 and 2 for a couple off hours when I only had 130 euros in my account I say to check the wagering because I wanted to make an withdraw.
When I checked the wagering from that amount 1200 only 400 or something like that was made.
Very strange for me because I have an experience with this an I was almost shure that I had done the wagering or at least that I have macimum 100 euros to wager.
And I made one bet of 1 euro on gonzo's and after that I refreshed the wagering page and from that only 0.20 was taken.
I tried again maybe I was wrong .The same.
I tried on all the games that I played before and it was the same situation.
I contacted the support and they told me that the wagering for jackpot games and jackpot progressive
have a 50% from the bet taken and classic slot 20%.They didn't answerd to me how much it is from those games.From what I know from all the casino with that sking the wagering on videoslots are 100% and if it is not 100% is more than the one for jackpot or classic.
The person from the live chat told me that will send my problem to the it and to wait.
Again they didn't told me the percentage for videoslots.
Ok that was last week .Yesterday no answer I I sent them an email.

I only want to tell you about my experience here.
I think that they could do the same on the bonus from the deposit and if you make a 50 or something like that if you don't have lotto luck you have no chance to make an withdraw.
It is almost imposible to make a wagering in those conditions.

well if they have such a bad % that counts towards wagering of only 20% i would say stay clear of this casino, all wagers on all slots should be 100% in my eyes, it angers me when i see some casinos set wagers at ridiculous amounts, i just class them as rogue, but that is my opinion.

Awesome job bud, i'd like to throw my 2 cents worth in if i could since i've played for a longtime now. Okay sorry about that Zuga, I'm new here and didn't realize that's how it worked is all. No pun intended. It's sites like yours that help all of us out!
I have contacted them so many times now that I doubt one more time would help. I'm so mad and frustrated it's unbelieveable. They have come up with some really crazy reasons why they haven't paid me yet. The last one was they only send out so many checks at a time, so they decided to pay me by credit card but that would take another 5 to 7 business days....blah blah blah. I call them at least 5 times a week, and even go on their live chat, where everyone that responds knows me on a first name basis. It's ridiculous!
Thank you for responding I just wanted to let others know not to put there money here if they are expecting to get paid when they win!

I am beginning to wonder about Cleos vip room, i requested a simple cashout of 350$ back on 8/22/13 which their excuse has been that they are changing processors . What you changing right in the middle of a promotion ! Have not seen a dime yet. Sounds to me like they are running out of that so called 10 million giveaway or just don't want to give it back .
Yeah I would DEFINITELY avoid playing at Cleo's. I won't play there any more. I've been following their facebook page for about a year and have seen one person after another complain about their winnings being left in their accounts on a "pending" status for three to four weeks and longer, and have experienced it myself. And then once the money is finally removed from pending, there are reports from players saying it takes at least another week for them to actually send the money. Sometimes longer! And of course Cleo's has been saying for a year now the problem is with the processors or they are switching processors and etc. Yeah right! No matter if that is true or the real issue is they simply leave the money in your account because they are dishonest and want you to reverse it and lose, it's not right. And of course if you complain on their facebook page they conveniently delete your comment as soon as they see it. I've also noticed several people complaining about not being able to deposit, and suggesting they think Cleo's banned them from depositing because they have won too much. At first I doubted a casino would ban someone for winning too much because you would think they would want to get some of that money back from the player... but I'm starting to think those complaints are valid as well. If everyone would look at Cleo's the same way they look at other casinos rather than pretending it is a "promotion" and not a casino, I think you would come to the same conclusion as me - they are rogue. They give away tons of free chips and crazy match bonuses of 200% to 300% every single day. That right there should be a red flag as it seems to me like the casinos that give away the most free chips and crazy match bonuses are the ones that end up having problems paying out winnings, and end up being blacklisted. Cleos' recently added paste and pay so they could get more money coming in, but still have not addressed or resolved the delayed withdraw tactics. They may pay after a month or more, but I'm guessing a lot more of players "winnings" get reversed back into their accounts and then lost simply because people get tired of waiting for them to process the winnings, and not being able to play when the winnings are in the "pending" status. It's nice to see LCB has a warning about the delayed payouts at Cleo's now...but I personally think any casino that uses the tactics Cleo's uses - no matter if it's on purpose or truly is a problem with the processors - should be blacklisted. If they can't pay in a fair and timely matter it's NOT a good sign. Obviously we all play for fun and not to win (or at least should play for that reason), but if you are lucky enough to win, it sure is nice to know you are playing at a casino that will process your winnings quickly and NOT use delay tactics. And unfortunately Cleo's is not one of those casinos. It looks like those of us who live in the US (outside of New Jersey I guess) are limited to the few honest RTG casinos there are, and the three or four non RTG casinos that are honest. What a shame. Another casino I would add to this list is Cherry Gold. They have been sending me e-mail after e-mail in the past few months telling me I still qualify for one of their ten 100% match bonuses for new players. Yet I used all of these bonuses almost two years ago (and won...and did get my money). When I contacted them about the e-mails they said the e-mail was a "mistake" and I do not qualify for those 100% bonuses. Yet they have sent me that same e-mail at least four more times - including TWICE in the last 24 hours - claiming I still qualify for "one" of their 100% new player match bonuses - even tho I asked them to stop sending me that "mistake" e-mail. I also noticed in the fine print of their terms they now LIMIT how much you can win if you claim a match bonus. When I played there a couple years ago there was NO rule stating there was a limit on how much you can win if you claim a bonus. In my opinion the "mistake" e-mails they keep sending me along with the new limits on how much you can win if you claim a bonus are a sign this casino (and their sister casinos) are having financial trouble, and they will do whatever they can to get people to play there in order to bring in more money for themselves. It kid of reminds me of the tactics rogue casinos like 99 slot machines uses. I definitely will not play at Cherry Gold again.
Here is the rule about the limits on how much you can win from Cherry Gold if you claim a match bonus:
"Players will only be able to make a one-time withdrawal for a maximum amount of 10x the original deposit when the winnings result from playing a match bonus. Surplus winning credits will then be forfeited."

Both rogue casinos. They do what they want and make it up as they go along so don't waste any more time or money at either of these. Make sure you look at All casinos to make sure there is no warning sign (depicting rogues) next to your casino of choice.

They have diferreent Terms for wagering the bonus
The bonus Terms are ,when you are wagering the bonus,in this case my bonus I had to wager X 2500 euros ,buuut the winnings from the spins or free spins doesnt counts on wagering the bonus,only BETS taken while you play,so the bigger bets you place,your bonus will be wagered in shorter time,but of course you need to have luck. -

From what I read, the documents were never approved. The mail of 31/08 states they have been received and passed over to the cashier to approve - it doesn't say they were approved.
I don't think this is a valid reason to avoid this casino as the docs were never approved and they weren't happy with the copies they had received.

Most casinos ask for a depost on a no deposit in order to cash out - this is a security/fraud requirement. There are very few no deposits that are in fact exactly what they say on the tin. I suggest submitting documents before requesting a cashout of a no deposit bonus. Once they are approved, then make the deposit so you can cash out with no problems.
Some members sort their documents out first before they have a no deposit bonus or make a deposit. It is a very good practice and can save heartaches if documents are not approved.
If you have had a problem with Lucky Red or High Noon - I'm very surprised because this group of casinos bend over backwards for LCB members and is one of the best RTG groups. You should post your problem (if you've not alredy done so) and LCB will certainly help you out with that. -

Seems Prism Casino has made every excuse, besides me not submitting my DNA, to get my withdraw. Argued that 2 documents were not visibly reliable (scanned my license high res and another doc). I have never played at Intertops .... for anyone who has I would like to hear your experiences. I am looking for some new places to try out. My experience, the entire group where PRISM belongs to is to avoid. They hand out many many bonuses, too bad that they don't mention to make deposits inbetween using codes - they refuse to pay you out, if you used bonuses even though you made an own deposit. -

I would certainly add Bovada Casino to the list of casinos to avoid. I have played at this site since it changed its name and management from BoDog many years ago and I can say for certain that they have tightened down their games to reduce the number and amount of payouts to customers. I am taking my own advice and closing my account after nearly ten years to stop making these less than honest and less than fair thieves...I mean folks, rich.

Liberty Bell casino. Do not get fooled into thinking they are a good casino.Just ask anyone who got done in by Rushmore group, because that is exactly who they are just under a different name. I would avoid if i were you 8'|.

i hate Always cool casino i which i could make a big site which says don't play there! won 150euro from wagering a chip, but after my withdrawal 2days after it they changed there t&c's that holland couldn't withdrawal i was so angry place complaints everywhere but never any response so i safe my energy about them what a poor casino!

I would like to thank you, Dirkemans, but I don't really get what you're saying. I know there are rogue casinos, and disagreements about casino conduct. I know I've been spared a lot of grief by reviews, especially on LCB, and thought 'I'll go see for myself' and found out...the hard way. I must say, though, I played a free chip and won, on Planet 7 a few years ago. They paid right away, and everything good...good look to it, good customer service. I don't know why they are on any 'down' list.

Wagering Requirements
Wagering Requirement is defined as: The amount of times a value has to be staked. For example a Bonus with a value of £10 and a Wagering Requirement of 40x means the user must stake £500 before the Wagering Requirement is reached.
All real money deposits have a 1x Wagering Requirement (need to be staked once before a payout can be requested). I agree make my day. I won at Planet 7 too and even though they got bad ratings from most everyone and are part of a bad casino group (according to LCB members), I got paid every time too. I honestly think most of the bad reviews come from people who play with bonuses and don't take the time to understand how they work, then get mad when their withdrawal is denied. No doubt the fine print is extensive but if you want them to actually pay you money you have to follow their rules. I always felt that their being out of the country in a business that has few regulators, I was kind of on my own and better be nice and do everything i can to follow the rules. There's only bad reviews to police them, that's it. And unfortunately they do have the final say, even if it breaks their own rules. That's in the fine print too.
