Back Playtech Extends Flutter Entertainment UK Partnership for Another Five Years

Two gaming industry heavyweights, Flutter Entertainment and Playtech, have extended their existing relationship for another 5 years for brand portfolios in UK and Ireland.

Playtech will continue to support Paddy Power, Betfair and Sky Casino brands with gaming and live casino products and services.

Fruits of Good Labor

The deal will also include the exclusive launch of Sky Vegas Live Casino.

Conor Grant, Flutter UK, and Ireland Chief Executive Officer, has said that “Over the years we have built a very successful partnership and are excited to continue offering our customers access to software from one of the world’s leading suppliers of high-quality gaming product.”

Shimon Akad, Playtech’s Chief Operating Officer, added that Flutter is one of his company’s key strategic partners, making this new long-term agreement to supply inventive software services across four key product verticals is big.

He said:

“This is testament to the long standing and strong relations between Flutter and Playtech, and we look forward to continuing to work with Flutter in its core markets to support Paddy Power, Betfair and Sky Casino over the next five years.”

Who Wants to Be A Millionaire Reboot

Playtech has recently signed a partnership with Sony regarding the launch of Who Wants To Be a Millionaire brand reboot.

Two brands have signed a five/year agreement that will see them work on a new concept for the popular TV show.

The game show franchise will serve as a basis for the Playtech’s live digital entertainment portfolio enhancement through three bespoke games. It will be a part of the supplier’s Live Game Show experience.

Sony Pictures Television UK’s commercial director, Stephan Zingg, said that he is sure that the new show reboot will astonish many players thanks to entertainment’s fresh elements that will enhance their experience beyond limits.

Edo Haitin, Playtech Live’s CEO, said that “as the industry advances in new directions this year, it is important to build game show content in collaboration with multinational conglomerates, and Sony is a proven, absolute favorite around the world.”
