Most notably known for his outstanding contributions while working in the Google team, Dave Phillips was welcomed to Continent 8 Technologies as the Vice President of the Network.

His role as Vice President of the Continent 8 Technologies’ network will see Dave Philips responsible for supervising the company’s global network. This encompasses over 100 locations, including 30+ states in the United States.
Dave will be in charge of multiple key markets such as the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Singapore, and India while ensuring the company maintains its position as the leading provider of secure, high-speed, and low-latency connectivity to all segments where its services are implemented.

November was marked with two notable expansions of the team, ensuring a higher level of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
The beginning of the said month saw Carl Bonner assuming the role of the Regional Sales Director. Carl previously worked at AWS (Amazon Web Services) as a senior account manager, and he also founded the Betting & Gaming division. Khaled El-Din was also welcomed as Regional Sales Director, bringing his precious experience from swcomms, Solar Communications, and Chartered Developments.
In October 2023, Jeremie Kanter joined Continent 8 as Director of Regulatory Affairs to oversee its new C8 Comply division. One of the key duties of this sector is ensuring smooth navigation through the continuously evolving sports betting landscape.
In December 2023, the company was selected by ODDSworks to conduct the extensive cybersecurity audit and VAPT as part of the supplier’s licensing requirements in Pennsylvania issued by the local regulator PGCB.
As for the US growth, July saw Continent 8 technologies launching in North Carolina, while in April the corporation secured a Massachusetts license. In addition to this, secondary sites were launched in 5 more US states, namely Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, and Louisiana as well as the US territory of Puerto Rico.
The end of October saw the company opening a data center in Curaçao, shortly after the groundbreaking transformation initiatives presented by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. Speaking of data centers, a significant expansion in the form of 30% of the additional capacity was added to the New Jersey premises in April.
