Amaya now have a full range of online poker machines because this three card variant has recently been added. Unlike original video poker this variant simply uses three cards, with the need to beat the dealer to take home the pot.
How to play Three Card Poker
Bets are selected from the chips in the bottom corner. Click on these and then on the Ante spot to create your wager.
Pairs Plus is an additional and optional side bet. If you decide to wager on this you’ll need a pair of cards, from the first two dealt, to win a prize. Pairs Plus pays 1:1 for a pair, 4:1 for a flush, 6:1 for a straight, 30:1 for 3 of kind and 40:1 for a straight flush. Prizes that do not use pair plus is also shown on the table.
Once the ante and pair plus is set you can deal the cards. This shows 3 cards and 1 dealer card. You will have to make a decision on whether to play or fold at this point. If you decide to play a bet equal to the ante is automatically placed on the table. The dealer then shows his cards and you’ll know if you’ve got the stronger hand; if so you’ll win a prize based on the odds shown above.
