For some reason, it did not save my "Claim", but I deposited the $90, then realized my balance was not reflecting the bonus. Before I spent any of the deposited funds I contacted Live Support to request them to manually apply the bonus (as they had done a few times for me in the past), but they refused. The agent claimed I had a Free Chip active and that was the reason he stated he could not apply the bonus. I told him I had not activated any such chip, and took a screen shot of my available/active bonus section, but he didn't want to see it. He then told me he could not (more like would not) apply the bonus to my deposit. I asked why and I never did get a reason why. He told me they could apply it to my next deposit, to which I replied I would not be depositing at this casino again. Okay the no deposit was legit but I played 3 different slots on stake 0.5$ and it didn't take long as matter of fact kept going down till I was broke.only thing that I was happy of was the different slots they had!but otherwise it is a rip off if you ask me!

I lost on another deposit at this casino. I believe it was my 3rd. In all the deposits I've played on I never really got ahead of my initial balance at any time in the game. I Just kept on depleting my balance until I had nothing and there for not much game play did I have as the.money ran out rather quickly. It's a bummer...

I am kinda on the fence with this casino. Decent selection of games and familiar lobby set up. I have had a little luck here and was able to cash out a small amount here twice. Yet never really have gotten hot here. Their Live chat is atrocious to non existent. Only way I can get a response is with an email and a 24hr wait....

If you are limited in choices as I am than this place is ok. They have nice bonuses with on the lower side of WR.

So i had played with the casino for a good while until they started showing more of their greedy and true selves. Do not be mislead into thinking these guys are generous with their bonuses and have your player experience in their best interest. These guys have gotten more and more in a bad mood, there are a good few that...

These guys have gotten more and more in a bad mood, there are a good few that are very nice and awesome customer service representatives but most give this dont care and you dont matter feel. They try to take every opportunity to not give out a bonus. Dont be mislead into thinking this is a good place to spend your money im glad i had my account permanently banned and requested to not have it reopened even upon request. have been much happier spending my money elsewhere.

I registered on Vegas2Web site and went on the bonus link to claim the $15 free bonus but there was no $15 promotion available. i had an instant chat and asked if the agent could credit my account but he said it wasnt available in my jurisdiction. I live in the UK which isnt in the countries prohibited.

**** UPDATE **** This casino has the worst customer service agents in the business!!! Not only are they extremely slow to answer in the first place, but even while chatting with you, a full 5 minutes between each response is the norm lately. There was a glitch on their page and I had clicked claim on a 60% bonus that required a minimum of $90 deposit. For some reason, it did not save my "Claim", but I deposited the $90, then realized my balance was not reflecting the bonus. Before I spent any of the deposited funds I contacted Live Support to request them to manually apply the bonus (as they had done a few times for me in the past), but they refused. The agent claimed I had a Free Chip active and that was the reason he stated he could not apply the bonus. I told him I had not activated any such chip, and took a screen shot of my available/active bonus section, but he didn't want to see it. He then told me he could not (more like would not) apply the bonus to my deposit. I asked why and I never did get a reason why. He told me they could apply it to my next deposit, to which I replied I would not be depositing at this casino again. I have been depositing at this casino for more than 3 years and I know for a fact they CAN apply a bonus manually, they simply did not WANT to. IMHO this is complete BS.
