Pai Gow is an ancient game where the gamblers skill has as much to play as luck. It stands to reason that Pai Gow poker should also require some skill too; and it does. During each game you’ll have to form two hands in order to beat the dealer. Interested? Read on.
How to play Pai Gow Poker
Before you can get started there’s some nitty gritty to take care of; namely the setting of bets. This works in a similar way to a real casino because chips are chosen from the stack located in the bottom corner (the ones at the top are decorative). Place any of these chips on the table, or a combination of them, to choose your wager and then press deal.
This deals 7 cards from which you must create two hands. One will be a low hand and contain 2 cards, whilst the higher hand contains 7. The dealer will then show their hands and if either, or both, of your hands are better you'll win a prize (obviously more for the latter).
A rundown on prizes can be viewed on the in-game guide located under the 'main menu' button. This also provides a quick help guide and links to other Amaya casino games.
