  • Hello, I'll explain the situation I'm facing
    Suprabets decided a month ago to block my account without a valid reason on the pretext that I violated rule 11.5 of the terms and conditions.
    The amount in my account is more than 7000 euros
    Something I didn't do obviously, all my bets were normal I saw on trustpilot that I am the 1000th to be scammed

    They don't answer emails and have been ignored for 1 month to explain to me in detail what I am accused of. The live chat has already communicated to the team that I want an answer but the managers do not want to follow up on my emails.

  • Im sorry its not resolved, i didnt receive any notifications on mail.

    So i didnt violated any rule 11, my accout is still sold by 7000 euros and they dont want to pay me.

    I still have no proof of them that i made something wrong ...
