Hello, I also am having a hard time getting my winnings from Sunrise Casino. I submitted all my documents, met betting requirements, and tried to withdraw 1400 dollars. The transaction was approved for bitcoin withdrawal, along with their 100 dollar service fee taken out. This was on May 10th, and I keep getting the runaround on when I'll receive payment. I received an email (like so many others have) about bitcoin withdrawals taking less than 48 hours. Made a deposit and played well more than I needed to after the bonus cleared. Requested a cash out on Aug 14th and was approved on Aug 16th. Assumed since this was Bitcoin that the money would be in my wallet soon after. I am now getting the typical runaround by support (making me send them different BTC addresses, escalating my case, currently having delays on BTC payments. The most absurd part is I got the same email again today and I lost it. I realize I haven't waited as long as most others but I can see the direction this is going.

Avoid playing Sunrise Slots at all costs. They will promise two day turnaround for withdrawals, but I'm still waiting on two that were "started" on July 11. So I'm at 2.5 months and all I'm getting is the runaround.
"It was sent to our processor".
"We can't give details until the processor tells us."
"It takes time, but we can't tell you how long."
Who is this mysterious processor? I find it hard to believe that it really takes 2.5 months to get from the casino to a bank. They must think their players are idiots.

Do not play at Sunrise Slots. They are quick to take your money and will not payout. Won $2000 9/7/2022 and $5000 9/12/2022 and all I am receiving from Sunrise is "processor delays". I email and chat them daily. Just getting copied and pasted responses. They can't give me a time frame on when I will receive my winnings. Bitcoin was my withdraw option because I got an email about 48 hour payouts with btc. LIES. Almost a month later and nothing. My 9/12 withdrawal is still pending for approval two weeks later. They keep telling me to choose check or wire as a back up but my bank will take several weeks to clear either option. And that's if the payout was even completed by Sunrise in a timely manner. $7000 that I won and probably will never see. This company does not need to be in business.

I have been going back and forth with Sunrise Casino about my withdrawal request that I had submitted back on 8/31/2022, they constantly keep bringing up that there was delays with BTC processor through their third party vendor. Yet they are able to take BTC deposits without any delays? I requested $496 withdrawal and they did not review request until 9/21/2022. They then approved withdrawal requested but adjusted the amount to $400 that very same day because they kept the $96 for bonus they had added to my deposit. So the $400 was approved to be paid out via bitcoin as of 9/21/2022 with of course 7-10 business day waiting period. As of 10/5/2022 which was 10th business day nothing going to my account they then asked me to setup backup withdrawal option for bank wire or check. Which I was going to do but then received another email stating that process was having delays as well. Made no sense, so why would I do that. The questions they wanted to answer in order to do bank wire were ridiculous, they even asked me for the date account was opened, everything except my blood type in order to initiate a transfer. Yeah that's not gonna happen. So I just kept BTC as my withdrawal method. I then noticed my BTC wallet address was different and contacted my bank which they confirmed it had changed when I received funds from another establishment. So I contacted Sunrise casino again to make sure they had updated wallet address because I didn't want them using that as reason to not process payment that was over due. But they promised updating my wallet address would not delay my payment any longer because it was already in transit. Since it was a approved withdrawal as of 9/21/2022 it would be very simple to contact their third party vendor and update my BTC address. It is now 10/11/2022 and have still not received my payment. Of course when I call in now they are blaming it on the BTC address update, when supposedly that wasn't going to be a problem, I am so frustrated, I know it's only $400 but I mean come on it's still my money and they got their $96 right away why can't they just be honest and stop giving me the run around

Please help if you can! I've been waiting on a payout for $2480.00 since July 22 2022! I recently won and withdrew $644.42 on September 25th and they are still giving me the runaround and cant keep their story straight. I've contacted them every single day to stay informed on the transaction and everyday it's a new issue. First I was going to receive my withdrawal in bitcoin which I preferred but then some imaginary problem came about on their end so it's turned into an international wire transfer of which they still can't give me a SWIFT code for. It's been over a month and I have yet to see any movement towards actually sending me my funds. I would be the utmost grateful for any help received.

Sunrise Casino is a scam.
Hit 2500, they processed the withdrawal. Denied for missing info. Requested again, approved. Initial request was 9/18.
Now, they removed 135 from my withdrawal saying it was bonus, but they removed the bonus when I made the initial withdrawal. Then when they denied me they withdrew it again and put it back. Then my latest request that was approved, they removed it, then put it back once more. Marking it as 2 separate withdrawals now.
I have spoken to countless reps, and have screenshots and emails. They give me fake info about escalating, and everything is fine, and it's all going well. Both payments are in the next batch of payouts.
11/18 I get a payment of 119 dollars. I check the BTC address it came from the next day and it had 4k still sitting in it. I could have been paid. They refuse to pay out the larger deposits and postpone the others for some reason with false info about third party payment providers.
Tabella Group runs this casino and several others. Dreams Casino, Cool Cats, and various other clones. They all use the same slot provider and same dispute service. This is all the same people.

Call the support and demand your money. Some of the casinos are scams, which is pretty sad. I've run into a lot of such, where all the documentation was submitted, and I still couldn't get my money transferred. On November 20, 022 , I requested a $500 withdrawal on my winnings with Sunrise Casino. They advertise "lightning fast payouts." After submitting my request and noticing, I hadn't received any type of email or message that they acknowledged my request, I started a chat with an agent. It was then he told me I had to send a copy of my license and a bill with my name and address on it. On the 22nd of November, via chat, it was approved, but they say it'll be 7-10 days before I can get my winnings. I feel as though, when everything is approved, my winnings should be disbursed immediately.
