The $511 and $980 he requested we has not entitled to since we needed to remove the bonuses he used in both transactions.

The $980 got denied, we removed the $110 coupon he used (Code GRAND200), and approved a withdrawal for $870 on 03/09.
The $511 got denied, we removed the $60 coupon he used (Code WED150), and approved a withdrawal for $451 on 03/21.

Both transaction where paid out to him via wire on March 28th. It takes about a week for the funds to hit the bank account.

We advised the casino to contact you and sort it out with you personally. If they paid you out then they should be able to provide you with the evidence, transaction number etc. So let's see what they're gooing to say.

 I have an update and need to make sure we are on the same page.Went back to my bank and sat down with the banker and i think we found the wire transfer 1,286.00 and we are Assuming this was the Amount.So if this is what they show then yes we got it.So the matter is Closed as they did come through .
