I finally started getting emails from someone named Brad and of course asking for more documents after it was processed on the 16th of January.. i couldnt beleive it. But i have sent everything and now they say i have to wait the 7 to 10 business . that should be the 23rd. the thing i been doing is bugging the ^)*&%$ out of them everyday becuz its so shady.. and i spoke w/ a rep. that was very helpful and reason being is becuz he used to work for the group of 18 or so casinos that take players Rewards card. he said he is at RBC to help them with all the bugs.. he was the only one recently that actually made sense..The merger is the problem according to him..i told him i have about 5 prc and i dont play them any more..he looked up my card info. and said i have $300.00 on it. i am over it .although i did win 4 bonuses of $100.00 and did get pd. so im just not going to let up on them and see what happens.

As i see it, since these two casinos are no longer being loyal to their players; It's like i dont know their intentions on these payouts that are owed as i have one since 16th of jan..The one thing that is so clear to me is that for this time, like i said who knows their intent and what the outcome will be , but every single one of us are all being putoff by the lamest excuses ever and the most common being documents..people that have been paid are being asked for 80 million more things and then its still not right and they want more and more..It's just them stalling and its so stupid..we arent that dumb, right..no other casinos request docs. over and over and over.well not in my experience anyway..BTW, my docs are all approved now..aso of the 13 or so of this month..ha ha ha.lets see what they want next??sad..

Raging Bull and sister sites Grand Fortune Casino and Malibu Club Casino are now placed on LCB warning list. We will be issuing warning report early next week.
In the mean time we did find new point of contact and hopefully this and other complaints will be resolved ASAP!

Finally good news regarding your payouts. We just heard back from the casino and this is what they said:
Cobra will be paid today, the money will be sent to the processor, he requested them via wire transfer, so he should expect them in 7 to 14 business days. I have sent the payments to the team, he has also $451 pending to be sent from Grand fortune, they will also be processed asap.
Please let us know when you receive your payments.

I rated them and gave the 0.1 rate in red!! But i I also said "liked it" followed by: "KEY WORDS: LIKED IT!!! PAST TENSE..liked it..but not any more..if you go to chat any time of the day or night to check on your payout, each and every cs rep. has repititious replies that are probably given to them by their employer becuz i have been trying to be very consistent by going to chat and bugging the ^&()$ out of them hoping they will get fed up up and put a rush..i mean after winning a measly 100$ that is processed 3 months ago, and btw processed is last step and then you are to be paid 7-10 bus. days as it came and went.. then in march , this month after submitting all docs. again. Has anyone ever got a pmt processed twice in a 3 month period and not get paid..it sounds unheard of to me..i beleive they are going to pay me but i am sick of the word for word general answer they give me on chat after waiting 30 min. to hear the exact same thing......" i absolutely could not beleive my chat with lex last night. her response was word for word what i have heard from pretty much all of them..and they always say this one." i beleive you will be getting paid real soon. I see your point and completely understand how you feel. We've been sending them reminders almost every day. People who are dealing with your cases are changing all the time and each of them needs time to figure out what's been happening. Two days ago they told us that your case was beeing looked into, we sent them reminder yesterday and still no news. We'll keep on messaging them. I'm sorry, you've been waiting too long but we need to be patient.

I agrre becuz i was trying to be a smart ^(&*^$# and at tthe same time when i was done and i looked at it and didnt like how it looked.. kinda contradictory from a glance ..but i was trying to make a dumb point..i am so sick of there bs . all the reps seem like robots in chat becuz i get the identical response from them everytime. however a (supposedly) VIP rep. name dlaura said she sent info. to finance to expedite mine.thats been a week or so..oh well goona change my rating..LOL

Hello Zuga,I just wanted everyone to know i just got (pending) 2 of my payouts.One from Raging bull and the other from grand fortune but i still dont see the 980.00 that was Rejected.I am very happy today since i did get some of it at 10:00am today

Thank you for your time and effort, MeliisaN....it is well appreciated..i did go to chat ..i got Franz again for like the third time... she did say it was escalated as a check and to check back with them next friday.. I beleive it's getting closer and is going to come to an end, but this is so unbeleivable. i know its only $100 but the principal is what keeps me going with this. And for myself and the others who are fighting this , i am sure they are as grateful as i am for the help that you guys have provided.
