    Problems with Lilibet Casino!
    Lilibet Casino has been running a Facebook raffle among their Lilibet Facebook Raffle followers!
    There was to be a prize draw on 15 March 2021. There were 60-70 lottery participants,
    There were 91 prizes. On March 15, Lilibet Casino deleted their Facebook post with a banner and comments from the lottery participants and wrote in another post. Thank you for the interest and participation in our Facebook Raffle! All the winners were contacted personally. The list of winners was not presented, there is no video of the drawing, it is not known how they conducted the drawing.
    No one got in touch with me and the other participants also did not receive feedback from them. So we won nothing! How can you lose in a lottery with 60-70 participants and 91 prizes? I went to the casino and wrote to them in the chat and asked how is this possible? They regretted that I had not won anything in the lottery in which it is impossible to lose! I wrote to them that their lottery is a scam and fake! In the morning I received an email that I won the very last prize of 100 free spins. They thought at night and decided to throw me a bone like a dog 100 free spins with a max withdrawal of 14.22 Euro) They threw these 100 free spins to all participants who wrote them complaints in the comments on Facebook.     I have all the correspondence, screenshots and proofs. I demand from Lilibet Casino compensation 1000 euros to my casino account for such a brazen Scam and deception!

I presume you mean that there were 70 comments. However, there might be more than 91 people who liked the page and shared the post. Unfortunately, there is no way to verify that because the post was deleted.

    First of all, we are not taking any sides when we are dealing with the complaints on the forum. If this wasn't the case, we wouldn't have so many rogue casino reports and casinos with warnings.

    We've been provided with the evidence showing that they've distributed the prizes to the players starting from the lowest prize and going upwards. There's nothing we can do in terms of how they will distribute the prizes. The Casino Representative also admitted they are still missing some winners' usernames and asked everyone who still hasn't received the prize to contact them directly.

     According to their T&C's which I've already stated in my previous post:

    3.7.3. Lilibet has the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any stage.

    3.7.4. In the event of a dispute, the decision made by Lilibet’s administration is final and non-negotiable.

    The decision made by Lilibet's administration is final when it comes to the bonuses given.

    This promotion hasn't been advertised on the LCB forum and we're not responsible for any changes or T&C's of that promotion.
